Domino's Pizza - Alloa in Clackmannanshire

I have called over missing items and such in the past, and been either told I was joking (and then hung up on) or been met with really angry staff who aren't interested in hearing what the problem is-- reaction is to ridicule and threaten to "flag" phone number. Why and what does that even mean? Is there anyone here interested in solving problems and not abusing clients??

Tasty pizza, Fast Clean Service Collection was easy and cheap with a special offer

It's now a card only store which put me off slightly but we all enjoyed our food the staff where lovely

The food was amazing the pepperoni pizza medium size blew my m8nd it was like My taste buds haven't had anyth8ng tasty in a long time but the service 2as a little bit slow but it done the job and the atmosphere was amazing with pictures of dominos history

Overpriced. Don't know how they can justify charging what they do.

We ordered tonight from Alloa Store using the App, which took 3 attempts and a phone call to place the order. We also chose a selected time slot for delivery, however the order arrived 30mins after this time and was stone cold, not surprising when it sat in 'quality check' for over 20mins. One of the pizzas wasn't even cut! All of the above is more than disappointing considering the extortionate prices charged. The only good thing about our experience tonight was the pleasant driver.

Got home, my large dipping tub was missing 😡 Plus £50+ for 3x medium pizzas & 2x sides Shocking price !!!!!!!

Got a hot and spicy large pizza it was absolutely very tasty and cooked to perfection and was ready in 10 minutes and it was tremendous Staff very polite and friendly well done be back for another one soon you can order and collect

Dominos Alloa Friendly and Helpful Staffs, Freshly made pizza as expected, located in the town centre across Screwfix store, 2 seater bench available in the waiting area, Very small counter area, covered by CCTV, 3 checkouts however usually 2 operational, Parking right outside the store.

£17.99 minimum order £2.99 for delivery, robbery.

Very good Pricey like all other dominos but the food was good delivery was fast enough too

It's a domino's pizza. 🍕 you get what you expect. It's fine for what it is we collected this time, food was ready when we were told it would be, staff were friendly enough, food was hot. There is a large parking area out front so it's easy enough to park thete while waiting to collect your order.

Got jalapenos instead of black olives on my pizza... not happy because i also had gherkins on the pizza so they were easily disguised! I accidentally managed to chew 3 bits and my mouth was burning.

This place is a disgrace! I made an order, told them I had COVID so can you leave it outside my door. The driver gets to my buzzer, I let him in and then he starts shouting up the stairs that it's been left down stairs. I'm shouting to him I'm at the top floor. I then check down the stairs and there's no food. He just drives away and has the cheek to say to his employers that he left it outside my door! I'll never be eating at dominos ever again!

A delivery . Cold. Looked OK, Didnt expect to microwave it before it could be eaten. For the price? Won't be ordering again.

Prompt service,quite pricey but when it is bogof it keeps the cost down. Extremely tasty.Very friendly staff.

On of the best pizza places around with a great lineup of food and delicacies. The staff are, pleasant friendly, helpful and very welcoming and the delivery service is first class. Definitely recommended.

Made a order it came with less that 50% of what I ordered plus pizza was warm , phoned up to be told they were wondering why there was extra stuff in shop and they would send out stuff right away plus send complimentary item witch wasn't received

At home having warm not hot pizza tonight. Pizza were ready on the pass, waiting for chicken kickers, while one member of staff answered a phone order, none of the other 8 staff I could see offered to pas me my order. Not very well organised 😡

Constantly missing items. Food is regularly barely lukewarm when it arrives. Driver drops the food off and runs so you don't have time to check, meaning you have to phone. You can hardly hear the person on the phone, as there is no background noise reduction at all (the background noise can sometimes be louder than the persons voice). Toppings are extremely sparce.

Pizza good. Despite ordering in advance and their screen saying it was ready had to wait outside when it was freezing. Also I don't get the use of only one door everyone touched in these pandemic times.

Cold pizza delivered 15 minutes after the pizza tracker said it was delivered, had to call them to ask where the driver was - the Alloa branch is not up to the usual Domino’s standard.

I only gave this branch one star so I could write this review. Well over-priced for product delivered. Considering the available fast food outlets in the area, I would rate this the worst of all value for money. Absolutely shocking. I asked for double pepperoni on an 8" pizza and I got 5 bits of pepperoni. Staff were not customer friendly either. I got a refund and left. Better value in ANY other pizza place in Clackmannanshire

Not the best. Sometimes the dough/pizza is overcooked, and sometimes very undercooked and doughy. So be prepared for the unknown. The delivery staff are great, and super quick!

Ordered a pizza the other night 3 hours later still not here after 3 phone calls ,on the 4th phone call manger says we've lost your order but we will send a free one so i said when will it be here he replied "tommorrow" ...na dont bother ram it !!!

Bland overpriced pizzas with a real lack of of toppings. Toppings very sparce Cant beat a proper pizza from the vast choice of indian takeaways. The curry pizzas from masterchef in alva are just out of this world woth a choice of any curry topping at a fraction of the price of dominoes bland muck.
