The best restaurants in Angus Central Scotland

Got a parking ticket from them took 3 months to get the ticket and fine recinded after numerous calls and emails... their log in system was flawed and I had threats of court action if I refused to pay the fine.wouldnt go back if you paid me to .

Service poor ordered fish and chips batter was burned both sides .Could not eat it and would not go back again .

Great food but the toilets smelled disgusting and the floor was super sticky!

The staff are really friendly and professional. The food is reasonably priced and well cooked. We often stop here on our way home from our caravan. The staff are very welcoming to us and our dog.

Food came quick, loads to choose from, great portion sizes and very good value for money.

Attended a surprise birthday party upstairs in the function suite. There was a good selection of chairs for everybody. The dancefloor was ok assuming most people don't get up to dance, however it was extremely sticky probably a combination of spilt drinks and not polished. It's perhaps ok from a safety perspective but if you want to dance it's rough on the knees! Toilets were ok but really dark so no way you could fix your makeup if that's your thing. It was a good size for a private function and most folk probably don't care about the dance floor.

Amazing Currys nice and soft chicken I just start trying different stuff but all good and fast delivery staff whit in 20 minutes can recommend to people and friends in Forfar and surrounding area thanks

If I could give 0 stars I would! Myself and my husband had a chicken Korma pizza from here on Sunday and both had food poisoning on the Monday! Told the order would take 20 mins and it took an hour and a half to arrive. When my husband phoned to see where the order was he was told it was "on its way" and it turned up about 45 mins later.

Good value, lovely filling food. Portions were huge and tasty. The gammon was one of the best ever tasted. Brilliant deal of £26.99 for 2 course's, drink and breakfast in the morning. All staff were lovely and helpful.

Great service, the food was delivered,really hot, by a young man who respected our property and closed the gate as he left, the food arrived triple wrapped in paper with a layer of aluminium foil and enclosed in a paper bag. The food was excellent.

Very poor service, called to arrange a family meal to be delivered, advised would be about 90 minutes. No delivery after 150 min so called to ask what was afoot. Advised that our order had been cancelled, no real reason given other than they were busy. Give this establishment a miss as not reliable to say the least

We can always depend on Thrums for good food, but the app to order a delivery doesn't allow you to choose an approximate delivery time, so your delivery time is an unknown quantity. Could the app be updated to facilitate this?
