Had to wait a while but worth it!

I think i got a touch of food poisoning as dont feel so good today

I’d like to say a big thank you to the two young guys that sorted out my takeaway tonight on my way home from work.. I asked them if they could double wrap everything for me as I was taking the food home which is nearly 40 miles away, couldn’t believe that the food was still above warm when I got home and very enjoyable! Thanks again lads!!

young lassie that works here was really nice and allowed us to sit in with my autistic grandson who was eating his McDonald's thankyou for that, now it would of been 5 stars but the other 2 staff members kept looking at us and whispering to each other instead and made us feel very uncomfortable

The food is okay. A lot of mistakes though.

Ordered 2 meals and some sides using uber eats. Only 1 meal came, cold, soggy and boggin. Had been waiting for over an hour and my partner had to walk to go and find the driver to retrieve the food. By the time all this had happened we couldn't be bothered phoning kfc, but we did complain to uber and received a partial refund. Not really the point, though, is it??

Don’t visit often but went with a friend last week and the staff were all very polite and the premises was very clean and tidy.

Awful place, from start to finish nearly 45mins to wait for a meal deal! Fast it is not! The bins are always over flowing. Tables, floors, doors and windows have a greasy film on them.

Hot fresh delicious meals always plus friendly service.

The fillet in my fillet buger seem to be from a very small chicken and to make it worse the piece of chicken that comes with the meal was a wing certainly not worth the almost £10 price tag

I understand food prices gone sky high but, what bloody happen to the zinger burger? The chicken was barely the size of the tesco burger bun and barely tasted the zinger flavor any more, with the McDonald close to refurbishing I expected to be busy, now I understand why it's not KFC just need to increase price like every else to at less to barely look like pic in the menu at less

The place was bloody freezing, needs heating on

Service is not very good, toilets were not cleaned and it's obvious this was not just a one off. Very cold due to the doors opening and closing constantly. Good was fine as it's the same in most KFC restaurants. Needs some better management/guidance

KFC menu isn't so good anymore, but handy place to stop off for lunch on the way to Aberdeen, very busy, no one cleaning, toilets weren't great.

Last time we were here, it was pre covid, and it was good. We walked in today. Only 2 tables occupied. Only 1 table was clean of the rest of tge tables. We were the only people wanting served. 6 staff standing yapping and not doing much. We waited about 4 minutes. Finally got served. 50% of order was correct, that was the fillet burger meal. The wrong item was a zinger tower burger meal asked for, given as a zinger burger meal. Not too much of a problem, but was incorrect. We went to the clean table and the food was luke warm at best. The diet Pepsi was vile. I left most of it. I upgraded mine to large. I did get a large drink, but both bags of chips were the same time. 6 staff members doing nothing and all that tables needing cleaned. What happened to team work? Then we both went to the toilets. Both were swimming in water and really slippy. There was no hand cleaner in the men's as well. Will never go back.

Good Fast-food for chicken lovers. I just tried to order with the app, didn't work and charged my credit card. All The staff look disabled, hopeless. Need a very deep cleaning.

Well cooked chicken and chips had a very nice seasoning.

Had a parcel delivery nearby and dropped in for a coffee and a scone. It was spot on.

Ordered usual meal that we normally have and when we got it the staff had never notified us that they had changed the burger and it now comes with supercharger sauce instead of salsa so we took it back and got it replaced with no sauce as they no longer do salsa apparently about 30 seconds later they came walking out with the burger and we thought that was quite fast only to find that the chicken on the burger wasn’t even cooked I will never be back here as that’s a health risk serving raw chicken and when we told the worker that is was raw all he said was that it was too late as the burger was partly eaten but was everything else okay the cheek of that to not even care about potentially food poisoning your customers🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

So called fast food, waited 10mins for 2 chicken burger meals. Then, when back at car, discover burgers cold and chips like warm. Didn't have time to go back and complain, just won't go back. Place wasn't that busy and plenty staff, why can't get hot food???

Really busy as the McDonald's next door being renovated. Took forever to be served. Resteraunt could be done with a good clean.

Visited 2nd October for lunch. Restuarnt and tables never clean. Bins overflowing. Had to wait ages for food. Quite busy which staff can't cope with. A few polite staff but not many.

Unbelievably slow service. Staff just standing around doing random stuff like filling sauce boxes while food just sits in the ‘ready’ section and gets cold. When they do move it’s like watching sloths. No urgency whatsoever and the manager is nowhere to be seen.

Great location just outside Forfar with easy access to main road. Simple ordering in the drive thru and a short wait before the food arrived. We ordered the boneless bucket, no bones and crispy coating, simply delicious. Plenty of food, enough really to have the following day. Not a regular KFC customer but after this I can recommend it, tasty, good value and plenty of it.

KFC can never seem to get an order right first time. Pretty expensive now vs quality.

We've arrived 7:45pm ordered chicken but its wasn't we were expecting. Chicken seems been re-heat its tough doesn't taste like it used to be totally not happy. On the contrary the front staff are good.

Had a KFC at Forfar with my husband for a wee treat. Very tasty. Nice restaurant and lovely staff.

Service was good though they forgot to incorporate napkins salt in with the meals never gave me a carrier for the drinks either chicken fillets were OK though little over done on batter it was like rock around edges and these fries were also over done meaning the tiny bits were almost black and inedible.. Shame because previous visits were great possibly you'd think as it was when they were very busy with drive through if anything they would be cooking faster so if anything may mean perfectly cooked or under cooked not over cooked?

KFC, oh KFC, where do I even begin? I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying their latest offering, and let me tell you, it was a culinary disaster. From the moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for a world of disappointment. The taste, if you can even call it that, was nothing short of atrocious. It was as if someone had taken all the worst flavors in the world and combined them into one unholy concoction. I couldn't quite put my finger on what exactly it tasted like, but trust me when I say it was far from anything resembling edible. The texture was equally repulsive. It had this strange rubbery consistency that made each bite feel like chewing on a piece of old, worn-out tire. I found myself questioning whether the chicken I was eating was even real chicken or some kind of synthetic meat substitute. The seasoning, or lack thereof, was another letdown. It was as if the chefs at KFC had completely forgotten what spices were and instead opted for a bland, tasteless coating. I couldn't detect even a hint of flavor, which is truly a crime when it comes to fried chicken. And let's not forget about the presentation. The chicken looked sad and unappetizing, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours on end. The breading was unevenly applied, with some pieces barely coated at all, while others were completely overwhelmed by a thick layer of grease. Overall, my experience with this particular KFC was one I would rather forget. The taste was a far cry from anything resembling good food, and the quality left much to be desired. I would strongly advise anyone considering trying this abomination to steer clear and opt for something else. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you.

Fast service and food was piping hot, been a long time since I went into a fast food place and got a meal I enjoyed. Will stop by this one again.

Service was mega slow and clearly they can't keep up with delivery drive through and sit in and clearly the sit in is what's suffering.

The worst KFC I have been in my slow service nothing in menu utter joke 1 person on till who spent her whole time talking to customers. Badly managed store

My contactless wouldn’t work and I didn’t have my bank card but Drew went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. The lad let me transfer money to him so I could use his contactless to pay for my meal could not ask for any better service. thanks drew

Everytime I go here there's something. Never usually write reviews but awful customer service went to drive thru hears and gets my order wrong and something wrong with kfc app. I wasn't even getting angry or annoyed but he got my order wrong and I even told him twice cause the price is wrong he just kept saying that's what the till says, and I'm like well the ORDER must be wrong then I'm not saying the price is wrong for what you inputted into the machine. Okay everyone makes mistakes.. But once he gave me the right order bad enough he doesnt say sorry for everything he doesnt even say thank you or bye and slams the window in my face. I use to work in a take away and that is just ridiculous!!

Visited KFC in Forfar this evening. Ordered two meals costing £15.88. The person charged me £16.28. He could not explain the difference. The Very Rude manageress came through from the kitchen area to see what was wrong. She said that the prices had gone up and the boards had not been updated. A very rude person to be in charge of an establishment like KFC. Avoid Forfar KFC at all cost.

This kfc is the best in uk according to me . It’s a ritual for us to stop at this kfc when we are travelling south or to England . Very fresh , tastiest chicken always served hot .

Good, fast and polite service from the staff. Had to use there facilities while I was inside and these too were clean and tidy. Only thing was no double down sold here.... lol

Ask to be double bagged for travelling a long distance was refused. 10 piece family feast had eight drumsticks and two bits of chicken. Corn cold. Very disappointed

Just collected the burgers from drive thru and they were so cold, felt like they were straight from the freezer. Pathetic service.

Been hear a couple times recently and the service is really slow. Had to wait 10 minutes before I was even seen to (no other people in que). The food is good but so slow to cook, you would get served quicker in a restaurant. The poor guy on the till kept having to appologise for everything being so slow. I won't be back untill there is emprovments unfortunately.

Plenty of parking places. Chicken was a bit overdone and greasy. One toilet door would not lock and the other untidy.

Food was ok, it's a KFC. However the drive through staff were short, sharp and unhelpful. Also charge 10p for a ripped paper bag to virtually throw the food at you out the window. 2nd visit not much better, and the girl serving the drive through was cleaning also. That's ok as long as you cup and wrap don't smell of bleach. Avoid this KFC.

Absolutely disgusting service today 6/9/22. Two young guys serving at 1.30pm and the language was vile. Swearing and slagging off another work colleague. I think they were moaning about shifts and the language used was loud and embarrassing. The tables had leftovers on them, no cleaning in site, it was pretty filthy and no one seems to care. Resembles a dirty cafe.

Just another KFC they are all the same .Only go as grandsons like it.

Stopped of to get a quick burger 20.20 through drive through burgers look warm parter needed bathroom sign up cleaning in progress nothing happing toilet was disgrace. Seating come dining area floor littered with food and paper on floor eating my burger and half way through hair in my food needless to say binned outside bin full to brim seagulls will have a good time. WONT BE BACK

Poor service - very slow, had to repeat myself multiple times, had to request napkins and cutlery. Limited choice which is bad for a chicken-based fast food place.

Disappointed. Boneless Banquet....everything has shrunk in this meal! Fillets,chips,popcorn and side of beans (which were too hot to eat, thankfully they weren't for a child) the only reasonably sized thing was corn on the cob! Pepsi max drink also shruck in size. Coating falling off most of the fillets, and just not so 'finger lickin' good! Boxes very flimsy to for takeaways. Unfortunately not worth £6.99!

Understaffed, chicken not cooked enough and lemonade like fizzy water. Very disappointed.

Food is lovely staffs are welcoming but for some reason, it takes ages to get served now especially when you use the drive service. Would be very nice if they improve on that.

KFC please help out your staff. Was understaffed and slow but food came and was good. I feel sorry for your workers, they were trying hard but needed some help.

Stopped in for a quick coffee in the afternoon. No customers inside and drive thru was not busy. Place was a mess. Bins inside and outside overflowing. Shocking!

Drive through was slow & food was lukewarm at best

Where's the serviettes/wet wipe, and where's the spork thing? Trying to eat beans with your fingers is horrible! I obviously didn't bother. And empty the bins! Rubbish stacked on top of the bins, then blown all over the car park. Disgusting. Looking at other reviews, KFC apparently don't take notice of any criticism. Photos of the state of the place forwarded to environmental health and the council.

Fast service, quick hot food, through the drive through, also now open for eating in.

Just ordered a KFC for me and the family as a treat. It was from Uber eats but the service was fast and the driver was brilliant. But when we cracked into the food it was cold and not good at all. I ordered some beans for a side and they were burnt all around the side and the fillet burger was chewy. Again this isn't Ubers fault it's the service from KFC. The only good thing about the meal was the orange tango. And also spell Angus right.

Good food, service is terrible. The teenagers who appear to run the place are nice enough but no experience or skills although they are trying so not a direct complaint about them. Tables sit dirty for ages, never given napkins, salt/straws etc despite asking. I'm here often and always the same. Asked to review this again. Same experience although today I think I got my backdated sauces and napkin/salt packets. Apologetic and polite staff for delay but food was good.
