Is alright. Can get really busy and at times you do need to keep an eye out for colder stuff coming out of the kitchen but they do replace it with fresher goods on demand.

A nice meal with my friend and then some worker come up and acusses us of vaping she must of been bored to come over and falsely accuse customers of vaping in McDonald’s some people are terrible try to put misfortune on others and find it funnny to try get people kicked out of McDonald’s

If managers helped the staff instead of shouting at them to speed up service would've been better and faster that was on the evening of Thursday 29th August 24'

Be more shocked if they managed to get all the items right 2 orders in a row from their app, today they exceeded themself with no drink no sauces and as per normal no straw, which thankfully wasn't needed anyway as the drink was missing! And no formal way to complain on the APP either.

Absolutely shocking time from ordering to actually getting food and no milkshakes available won't be hurrying back

Far superior to the McDonald's branch on The Kingsway in Dundee near Asda. Food is better prepared, it is served a lot warmer and the service is far superior, although the interaction from staff is virtually non existant

Alright mcodonalds in person, the staff are friendly, wait times are usually decent, but the delivery service is terrible, every time I've ordered, at least one thing has been wrong or missing. On one occasion, an entire meal was missed. Today, the entire order was cancelled without explanation.

Why is it that ten minutes after ordering, the number is shown as ready and to be picked up, but you stand at the counter for another ten minutes and wait for the order to be prepared, watching other orders being picked up, and you just stand there, creating inconvenience for others and yourself? Why do you do this?!

Fizzy juice the last few visits have been terrible, ordered coke, got tasteless fizzy water, juice dispenser obviously run out of flavour or being ignored. Can't remember a time when a mcflurry actually got mixed from this mcdonalds. Burgers and chips are good 👍, staff are friendly.

My advice check your bag before you drive off , again my order was missing items

Placed an order on the mcdonalds app, eventually contacted the store an hour later, the very shockingly rude supervisor answered my querie.. "we're actually shut right now, your money will go.back.in tomorrow" then puts the phone down. Absalooutly appalling customer service, you need to get staff that cate mcd! Shame on you!! Do not.plave any orders with these guys no help!

As a delightful date for me and my significant other it was not what I thought, having said that the food was adequate for the price. Although the ketchup is rather a trial with the dry cleaners. My Armani suit will never be the same.

Awful customer service, received the wrong burger, can't eat red meat, called the store and got a very unhelpful young girl. We didn't order through uber eats but had to call their customer service, to only get a refund and no food. You'd think the store would send the correct order. Chips were also rock hard and inedible, there's no way the food was freshly made even though it took no time at all to come as it wouldn't of been that cold, burger wasn't even lukewarm. I've driven home from McDonald's myself, no insulated bag and it's been warmer when I got home. Edited to add in no way was this the deliveries fault, assume it was Uber as had to call them, doesn't actually say this on the app, cannot believe McDonald's making mistakes and not taking the flack or fixing orders, if it was in store they would so why not with a delivery?

3 visits in a row there has been no ice available, 2 out of the 3 times the dips were missing from the order, and 3 out of the last 5 times I have ordered a strawberry milkshake it has came as a plain milkshake with no flavour added. This branch of McDonald's is consistently poor. Update: Still poor. Orders still missing items. This time missing the fries as part of 1 meal ordered.

The atmosphere is because we went trough the drive thru but overall it was amazing.

Despite being busy as it was a sunny day, everything was quick and efficient. It was a bit too crowded inside so I sat out at one of the tables.

Clean and tidy, food served pretty quickly and was hot. Staff efficient and order correct. Parking decent

We stopped at lunchtime for something to eat , it was busy but service was good and faster than expected , after we left my friend realised she had left her purse at the restaurant, we phoned and the purse had been found , as we were travelling and didn't get back to collect it till later we were happy to get it back , it had her bank card other cards and cash when she left it A big thank you to the staff and whoever found it we got it back and everything was still in the purse , A thank you to the staff that helped us .

It’s a fairly typical McDonald’s so not a massive amount to report. It’s well situated and while busy at peak times service is fairly quick. One big gripe I have with this branch is the amount of fries they give you in a “large” meal. Like, I only get large for the extra fries so it’s infuriating when you get a big box with essentially the same amount as a medium. Never had a problem with the quality of the food. If we can just get the fry situation sorted we might be onto something. Until then, I’m back to sticking with KFC.

This is my local Mcdonalds. The food is good , but not as fast these days due to the endless orders being done for deliveries, still. It's clean and service good. They also have a drive-through ..Not best located as on a busy junction and at a set of traffic lights.

McDonalds Arbroath is consistently one of the better McDonalds restaurants, as evidenced by how busy it often is. Food is always well-prepared and properly hot, drinks always flavourful.

It's a McDonalds, it has the usual food on sale, the food that was made for us was fresh and hot, the latte was a bit strong and tasted more like perculated coffee.

Quick fast food. Can be quite buzy at times when sitting in. Drive thru is non stop. Nice comfortable place too chill and enjoy your meal.

No milkshakes again...useless 0 stars

McDonald 's Arbroath the first I have been in since they remodeled it inside and out had a chicken and bacon grilled wrap and a tea was lovely so enjoyed it

Large McDonald's with a drive thru, good sized eating area and they have plugs to charge your phone which is very handy. They have an order counter as well as self service, you can either collect or get table service.

Haven't had any problem with this McDonald's until now sadly - hubby had a big Mac and was unwell the rest of the night! It has put him off burgers!

Great for quick service when in a rush, or to sit in with the kids x cleaner than a lot of the other Macdonald's I've been in too.

They are very rude they didn’t add my sauces that I asked for and treated me as staff are no Supportive to my disabled son

Told me drive thru was closed and I was to go inside but when I went inside I was told system was down and to wait 15-20 minutes coulda just said it at drive thru instead of wasting time

Just purely the worst McDonalds in Angus and Tayside, orders are forever wrong or got bits missing staff are more interested in standing talking behind the counter than actually doing anything, they’re rude and discourteous especially if you try to explain your order being wrong or not complete. Restaurant dining area and restrooms are at best usable the dining area isn’t the cleanest and the male restrooms often have a heavy scent of stale urine urinals out of order due to whatever reason one click and collect bay which even if you order in advance wait in excess of 10 minutes the drive thru is laughable the staff are always putting the wrong items through or give you the wrong change parked order waiting is beneath standard and even when they write you reg down still manage to give the wrong orders out, there is nothing positive I can honestly think of about this restaurant other than the hope of new management who enforce rules and policies and ensure staff performed to standard I’d sooner drive to Dundee Dobbies much much better service that can’t even be compared to this joke of a store

In the Arbroath store the staff are rude, the chips haven't been salted and taste like they were made about 3hrs ago. Took ages to get my order too. Never seen a McDonald's so troublesome

Absolutely atrocious I know there is an energy crisis going on but I think mcdonalds make more than enough to at least heat meals up properly I bought 5 meals n literally just live 5 minutes away got home and every meal was freezing burgers chips etc had to use my own electric to heat them up.thats twice now certainly will be leaving well alone in future.

Arbroath McDonald's is probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to. And consistent too. Their fries are always good.

Three items missing from drive thru order after waiting 10 minutes

Ok now if you order Through Just eat why is it THEIR FAULT THE ORDER'S WRONG.... McDonald's have a duty to make sure the Order's are correctly dispatched, I have had a lot of wrong order from them because they can be bothered to double check burgers or read orders correctly. You never get staws or napkins when you ask or sauce. Since they have don delivery everything as gone down hill.... and McDonald's now will not take the responsibility for their mistakes its Just eats fault... personally its a disaster..

Went though the drive though. Everything was going very slowly and this is not the first time this has happened. By the we where about to pay. One staff members fleece was covered in hair which look like dog or cats hair. With her back turn on us waiting for abit to pay. Custom service is shocking here. One good point was got a smile when we got our food. You get better service at Fawlty Towers.

McDonalds is my favorite place! It’s like a cafe you can hang out at and it feels at home. The food is great and the workers are even greater! I also notice every time I’m walking through a village and see a McDonald’s French fry box on the side of the road I’m near home.

Been going for years, drove 15 miles and the manager refused to accept my English £50 note. A shame to the brand, racist too. A plastic £50 note!!! Luckily customer service gave me a £20 voucher, I’ll go Forfar next time.

Arrived 9am and waited over 15 minutes for my food when I was in a rush and when I inquired they said they were busy even though there was only 1 other customer in the shop. They also had no salt! They said it was a stock issue (someone forgot to order it)

I've never had to order from the drive-thru and then join a massive queue to have the food brought out... the biggest problem though? The woman taking the order, rude as hell. She was asking for items one at a time, we weren't taking our time to respond. The driver was asking us one at a time what we wanted, yet she she said "when you've figured what you want to order let me know" and then went quiet. You were getting your replies speadily, the rudeness just wasn't necessary.

Excellent hot chocolate.. Tuesday 19 July 22. What a letdown, paid for a bag and had to remind them at counter. Also no onions on 1/4lb cheese burger.

Always get order wrong, last week missed out my meal completely
