Been going here for years. Cannot fault the food as it is lovely but the staff totally let the last few visits down. Service got slow after main courses waited ages for plates to get cleared. Asked for a dessert menu and waited 20 minutes for someone to come back and get our order which ended up not happening as we had to go to the bar to pay! Food is great but overall seems staff morale is low.

Customer service was excellent Stella and Carra were extremely helpful will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

This place is simply unreal. As chip shops go, nothing comes as close to the freshness and service I received today. Left with a smile on my face!

I didn't eat here, so can't speak for the food, but great warm pub with locals, quality beer on tap. Can't ask for much more.

We checked out the reviews for restraunts near where we were staying and The Inn at Kippen came up. We were not disappointed. The food was fantastic! Best meal I've had in a long while. I had duck breast and my wife had the blade of beef. Both meals were delicious. The menu had plenty of choices on it including steaks so this gives me an excuse to return. The server was also polite and helpful. We will definitely be back !

Hemos visitado en varias ocasiones durante los 2 años pasados y siempre recibimos excepcional estándar de servicio y excelente comida de degustación, algo que parece ser difícil de encontrar en muchas diners, lo que le pregunto por qué estas otras empresas están todavía en negocios. Nunca hemos tenido algo más que de las comidas excepcionales en una gran relación calidad-precio, es una pena que no viven más cerca. We got a lovely welcome and service was very friendly and very good. We had not been here for a few months but glad to say it is still a great place to come. Food excellent and great coffee. Highly recommended.

Been to the restaurant a few times and the food is always great. Staff are attentive and is reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Great place to get morning rolls or lunch. Love the paninis. Gift shop too. Tray bakes are amazing. No indoor seating but plenty outdoor seating. Well worth a visit
