Food was terrible but if you see Harry on the reception desk be prepared for amazing above and beyond customer service he deserves a promotion

Very early waiting for next bus at the nearby station service was brilliant couldn't be better from one particular girl thank you so much rest couldn't be bothered or maybe hard of hearing. Spent quite a few minutes asking excuse me can you help which fell on deaf ears but then the angel in glasses appeared generous with time made ete contact wonderful and when the gateau was frozen she refunded and boxed up up for me to take with me delicious on my 2 hr journey thank you very much will be back next time

The food was nice and the service was very attentive. However it was just nice and was not amazing … expensive for what it was. Have eaten here before and would probably go back at some stage in the future, but am wary of the high price for what is nice but not outstanding. Service charge was automatically added to the bill … I don’t like this. Would have tipped. But think you should be allowed to make that decision yourself. Nice surroundings although a bit cold.

We are local, members of Killyhevlin Spa, have eaten here quite often but not as much recently. Had a lovely meal and good service New Year’s Eve even though we hadn’t a table booked. New system of “wait to be seated” is poor or worse, since introduced there is rarely anyone there and staff move about and are visible in food area but don’t come to customers, this evening there were 4 customers waiting but we were all left 5-7 minutes while only few customers in food area. Staff member who has worked here for at least 2/3 years came to us, no eye contact or welcome, just walked us to booth area away from main dining area, as only few people eating I said we only be 45 minutes-1 hour and could be get table in main bar area, it was only 5 pm, she said all tables were set & booked for dinner. Carol (Manager) was speaking to customers and busy so I didn’t want to annoy her but I’m confident she would have sorted us. We left and went to another hotel close by where we got a superb service and excellent food. The staff member wasn’t concerned or cared we left. Obviously Killyhevlin procedure is to reserve tables at 4/5 pm regardless of booking time???, no common sense to get more business or retain existing customers. While I rate Carol and Mo (both Managers) very highly Senior Management need to look at the overall processes especially “wait to be seated” and “reserving tables”.

Found this to be disappointing as had previously visited in 2019. The menu was limited and the food was average at best. It is far too expensive for what you get and the drinks were also way overpriced.

Kebabs and kebab boxes are delicious. Boys are very polite and friendly. Love the food.

Had to give 1 star to leave a review. Went in on a Saturday night ordered a mixed meat starter was attacked by a swarm of small flysheet at the table, me and wife were the only people in heard 2 dings from microwave and the food was brought out. Well the dips were that old that there was a dried skin all around the chilli mayonnaise the lemons were dried up so I cancelled my main only to be told its already been done ild only been in for 4minutes and the starter was done and served and the main already sorted,so said I was in for fresh food which he argued it was being a chef for 34years I found this beyond believe so up and left. Was going to stay for starter but when he was trying to con me decided not to. Can't say what food tasted like as never had any.

We arrived for dinner at 6pm and waited over an hour for the some of the kids to get their food. One of our party got the chicken wings and sent them back as they were frozen on the inside. The Caesar salad had uncooked chicken also. The people who ordered the steaks were waiting for their sides to be told there were no sides with it just a plate with two tomatoes and a steak. We had to ask on numerous occasions for the food for the kids. We had a party of 14 but we had pre-ordered the food as requested by the hotel however they didn't have a clue what was ordered. Very bad experience and over priced. Would not recommend and will definitely never go back to this hotel.

Had late supper and wanted something light to share … Chefs platter to share was perfect for that .. washed down with Guinness of course

My friends and I travelled to Enniskillen for a glamping experience this month and we ordered a meal deal including pizza, tenders and garlic bread. The foot arrived to us as 1:45am and the the delivery driver had said the food was cooked at 1:05am. We weren’t too far out from the town that would warrant this delay. In addition, when we received the delivery - the cheese was solidified and hard upon eating the pizza. The chicken wasn’t cooked properly and everything was cold / slightly warm. None of us have felt right after this food and wouldn’t recommend this place again - especially at night. We spent a lot of money on the food (over £50) and we couldn’t even finish it. The quality was not up to standard and I do believe that we have had a touch of food poisoning from this as none of us have felt great since. Again, I just want to point out that we would not recommend this place and I really don’t think it would pass a food safety test judging by the quality of the food we had received. It will be a long time before I order a takeaway again after this! Still have an upset stomach from the food and so does my friends!!
