Jamm in Fermanagh

Very early waiting for next bus at the nearby station service was brilliant couldn't be better from one particular girl thank you so much rest couldn't be bothered or maybe hard of hearing. Spent quite a few minutes asking excuse me can you help which fell on deaf ears but then the angel in glasses appeared generous with time made ete contact wonderful and when the gateau was frozen she refunded and boxed up up for me to take with me delicious on my 2 hr journey thank you very much will be back next time

Popped in for something to eat on Sunday and I couldn't fault the place. Massive portions and the person serving us made an effort to talk to me myself (as I use a wheelchair most people tend to talk to the person I'm with as if I can't order my own food) I had the cottage pie with veg and chips and gravy. It was amazing. And we also had goujons, chips and gravy which was also amazing. Can't wait to return

Stopped here for a bit of lunch as there isn’t many options in the shopping centre and it was decent. The service was quick, the place was clean with lots of seats available, the food was nice and warm and there was a very large selection of food. Overall it wasn’t bad.

Avoid at all costs, the food was horrendous

Went for a quick bite to eat today and we had Peking Chicken and Peppered Chicken it was just devine, service very quick and staff really friendly very relaxing and very clean. We would definitely return and highly recommend.

Don't go on Saturdays - the woman at the till is the most ignorant that I've come across - God forbid you ask her for sugar, even though the condiments section is one step away from where she stands -which was almost empty. Sections closed off early for cleaning, even though it was only 3pm! So all customers have to "jamm" in together in one section -no a change of social distancing. Had to move dirty cloths and cleaning sprays from my chair before I could sit down. Extremely bad experience.

An absolutely horrendous experience in so many ways. Entered at 4:20pm on a Sunday. Bought two Turkey Ham dinners. Both cold. No stuffing left. No offer of substitute. One plate and one fork was unclean. Mug had red lipstick on it. Nobody smiled or was even vaguely friendly. It was like groundhog day. Like the Adams family. None of the staff appeared as though they wanted to be there. The atmosphere was palpable. Sat down to eat at a table stained with the dried out water tracks of a filthy cloth. 7 or 8 minutes later (4:35pm), a larger girl approached and unapologetically said they were closing. We clearly hadn't finished. She didn't ask that we hurry up - she waited beside us uncomfortably until we left. I felt hounded out of the place just minutes after spending £22. You couldn't make this up. I have never experienced service like this, ever. I considered making a complaint there and then but I honestly couldn't see anyone capable of taking it onboard, or indeed anyone that looked like they had any semblance of authority. Don't be fooled by the one star. It's there only because I couldn't give it no stars. First and last time I'll frequent there! Guaranteed.

Today, I decided to get something for lunch, so I decided to try Jamm. Honestly, worst decision, will not be coming back. The meat was under cooked and the price for a normal chicken curry chip with a drink ( I got oasis ) came to 8 pound something. Like come on! Deffentely some changes need to be made...

Got shepherds pie for 2 year old and he loved it, ate it all so defo 5 star for that..

I don't know who writes these reviews the tastiest thing here is the water, can't even say cheap and cheerful cause it's not. Food was terrible carrots and parsnips are black peas are dried up and gravy is brown water and meat is tasteless. Not a great experience folks. When I said to guy serving his reply was in not the chef...I don't think there is a chef...pre packed dinners from Lidl would taste better.

Great food. Quick and easy. Lovely and clean. Loads of seats. Great value for money. Lovely and friendly staff. Disabled access. Kid friendly. Highly recommended.

Had a dinner of cottage pie plus chips and peas, scone , jam, tea, coffee, juice and a healthy bar for the child and all in £17. Dinner lovely, scone massive, healthy bar- healthy- staff friendly, restaurant clean so would recommend it to anyone.

A local restaurant in erneside shopping centre upstairs some lovely food for dinners and salads two soups

Food is ok but the blonde girl doing the till should learn some manners and leave her bad mood at home

Why is same dinner more expensive on sunday than rest of week ....had dry turkey and salty ham pretty poor

Good food plenty of tables good service. Just choose your food and enjoy.
