This little cafe never dissappoints. Food wonderful. Clean. Great menu really goid and something for everyones tastes

Good coffee & food. But spoilt by slow service (even when not busy) & high prices - most expensive coffee shop in Enniskillen.

Have used this new McDonald's a few times now and absolutely no issues.

Paid 5 pound for pistachio latte ,no pistachios ,no cream no sauce ,very poor when you don't get what you asked for and have paid the price!

This was the worst chinese meal I have ever tasted. Food was tasteless. There wasn't even any salt, pepper or soy sauce on any of the tables. We left quite a bit of food on our plates. Really should have complained but just decided we wouldn't eat there again. We asked for a dessert menu and the waitress came back and said they only had banana splits or banana fritters. We just paid the bill and left. Very disappointed 😞

Bar food tasty 2 very good waitresses friendly and chatty Food was good and service was quick Might be an idea to have bar service outside would help with the massive queue at small bar A pleasant evening was had

Chicken fillet burgers ordered requested onions and mayonnaise see picture Onions not fresh and one little dab of mayonnaise Chicken fillet not satisfactory was a grey colour rather than white Rubbery chips Also way too expensive

We stopped here for coffee while on a long road trip. The coffee was okay but my main issue was with service. The waitress do not seem to be paying attention to customers. We welcomed by one waitress and then waited just about more than 15min before making insistent eye contact to finally be asked what we’d want to order; this was to no avail as none of the 4 employees understood that I was attempting to get their attention. I had to ask one the waitresses if we could order and later on also to ask to pay. I was quite shocked that the waitress who came to clean our table waved at us to leave the bench while my mother was still sat down to put on her coat. We were clearly leaving, she could have waited 10 seconds. Part of the problem is training, the other part seems to be culture.

Understaffed and poor hygiene throughout. Second visit to Costa in the Erneside shopping centre. The filthy state of the floor and furniture was appalling. Noticed flies in and around the pastries. The cakes were covered but buns etc made easy pickings for the flies... Not acceptable in this day and age. Only sign of three staff on on a busy Good Friday lunchtime. Barista was working flat out and couldn't be faulted. It's management who are responsible for the staffing numbers and the poor state of the place. Anyone can see the upholstery is stained and dirty. Not very encouraged to make a return visit.

Coffee and food is fine but service is very slow, cafe is full of dirty tables and there is spillage on the floor. bit dismal
