10:15 a.m. with a 9 a.m. opening and the doors are locked with people inside eating. Everyone just acted like I was not there when I tried the door several times and looked for a second entrance.

Eat here now and again when i am on business in Enniskillen, always liked it. Good, fast service but today i was pretty shocked to be asked for eight pounds something for a soup and sandwich, was even charged extra for bread with my soup. Won't be going back as there is no shortage of places in Enniskillen

Visited this wee coffee shop for the first time on our most recent visit to Enniskillen and found the staff to be friendly and enjoyed the food and coffee we had for lunch, lots of specials available and fresh pastry etc. Would recommend.

We both had filled sandwiches. While the filling was adequate the bread was not very good and neither of us was asked if we would like the bread buttered. The tea and coffee came with a 'thimble' full of milk and we had to ask for more. The staff were ok but not friendly or pleasant. When we opened the door to call in again for coffee at just after 4pm a staff member called out 'we are closed, all right'. Don't think we'll be back!!!

Called in here for cup of two cups of tea & two slices of pie - one apple & one rhubarb - plus a little ice cream. The pies were good but the bill was £12.40! In our opinion it was too expensive for what we got. Plus they didn’t take cards & my husband had to go to a cash machine to pay the bill.

Variety of sandwiches made to order from fillings selection bar made on all types of different breads so very fresh and well filled. Good coffee made here and an excellent hostess and lady staff looked after our needs very well. Huge variety of pastries and scones, you will not leave displeased or hungry. Well and fairly priced fare. Enjoyed a lot.

Called here yesterday for brunch. The cafe is in a good location and has a homely atmosphere with a fantastic selection of cakes and scones. Alas the owner and her colleague run the cafe as they were conscripted, informing that they could not make scrambled egg on toast as it was midday not breakfast time. I found this lack of flexibility frustrating. We went upstairs and found that the formerly large open plan sitting area is now shut off and used for storage leaving only a small dark sitting area. We received our order from a younger waitress who was friendly and helpful unlike her colleagues. Food (baked potato with tuna & wheaten bread with jam) was tasty but coffee was very weak and mediocre. Not as bad as a previous visit where I asked for a flat white and was served a watery latte! Enniskillen has some fantastic cafes serving great coffee so Jenny's would need to make more effort making paying customers feel appreciated if they want folk to return.

Cappuccinos were so weak. She asked if I wanted them "weak or strong," to which I answered "Strong." No one has ever asked me that. Maybe they were hoping I liked weak, because that was what was coming. It is a place for desert snacks, little cakes and such, and they are good at that. Later we went back for scones and cream, and they were quite good. Should stick with tea perhaps. Not a true coffee place. May have just been a fluke, but I suspect it wasn't.

Ordered two flat white's here yesterday and the drinks brought to us didn't even resemble coffee. Tasted like warm milk with a few grains of instant thrown in! Completely undrinkable. When I told the woman who I assume was the manager, she very rudely told me that 'if you want a stronger coffee, you should have asked for two shots'. She then tried to tell me in a very unpleasant tone that that a flat white is 'one shot of coffee topped up with lots of milk'. Ha! Perhaps if you're going to run a coffee shop, you should look it up! Avoid this place at all costs if you're looking for a decent coffee or friendly staff.

Not really one to write reviews but I have to express feelings towards this café. My husband and 2 children visited this café during the Easter holidays for a wee treat, the food is lovely but the staff not so much! when it came to us getting our food brought to us the extremely young girl just set the plates down not even asking us who's was who not a word she said!!! (she was wearing a name tag saying Madonna) not mentioning the see through trousers she was wearing my son pointed out!!!

Last Saturday (4Oct '14), I brought a friend to Jenny's Café in Enniskillen. We went upstairs and sat at a table which had not been cleaned or cleared. Eventually our food arrived by a waitress which looked rather stressed out. She apologised for forgetting the milk for our tea. About 4.45p,m. a waitress arrived with a vacuum cleaner. She proceeded to make a dreadful noise on the wooden floor and on the area next door. There was no way we could speak over the noise so we left. On the way down I had to lift a wet floor sign off the stairs which blocked our descent. Down below staff were still serving food as we left VERY dissatisfied customers!!!!

Have called in here for soup on many occasions its okay but a bit lacking in flavor and consistency, if I'm to be honest you just need to tweak the recipe a bit PLEASE, wheaten bread is fab though. Coffees are good and tray bakes large but very tasty. Good value for money. Staff not overly friendly they don't seem happy can`t quite put my finger on it but they could do a customer service course maybe which might help.

We stopped off in Jenny's coffee house for an afternoon, soup and a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. The shop décor is fashionable and inviting. The food is a direct anti-sis of the surroundings. I could easily be convinced that the soup was instant. The bread was sliced brown pan. The expectation was the bread would be fresh, and home made. The bakery name over the door is misleading. Maybe it should be changed to Jenny's coffee house & supermarket bread shop. On a positive note the place is clean. Down stairs rest room facilities could do with a proper lock. The staff are courteous and professional, but not friendly . There was some cups left over at our table from a previous guest and the waiting staff didn't clear them until our food arrived.

We called in here for a coffee while on a walkabout. We'd spotted the coffee sign from the Main Street and figured it should be almost bohemian in nature, given its position. The building is nice enough, loads of feminine touches from the decor to the menu. The coffee was good, if a tad overpriced, the staff was fair, the food felt microwaved. All in all, rather expensive for what it was, but fair play, if they're getting the bums on seats that's what it's all about.

Jenny's has fabulous coffee and delicious treats. The first visit I had a cappuccino and a cinnamon roll. Both were excellent. We returned on our way out of town and I tried the Vienna Cappuccino which I'd never had before. It is a regular cappuccino but with chocolate sauce on the bottom....yummy! Plus a few of us purchased their shortbread with butter cream. It was outstanding. Basically two shortbread cookies with butter cream in the middle like a sandwich. Very decadent! I would definitely recommend stopping by Jenny's. Although we did not have it they also had sandwich and salad options that looked very good with a wide selection. Their location is also very convenient to anything in down town Enniskillen.

Food was beautiful. Couldnt beat the home made scones. They were absolutely gorgeous. You cant go to a cafe like this without trying out the traybakes aswell. The staff were very nice, had smiles on their faces and very polite. They ensured that we were okay while having our food and sured that tables were tidied and cleaned after each customer. They ensured they knew customers names and that they got to know customers too. Very good price

As with many great places, we stumbled across it by accident while looking for another cafe. None of us are coffee drinkers so I'm afraid I can't comment on the drinks, but the snacks and cakes were amazing. The place was packed when we were there but we managed to grab a seat upstairs. Staff are very nice and always running around cleaning up and bringing hot food out. We had a jacket potato which was well cooked and with ample topping on.

This is the fourth visit to Jenny's enroute to Lough Erne Resort. The staff are very friendly. Always smiling and very pleasant. The Home made scones are to die for. Jenny's is a nice place with home baked goodies and good fresh scones...sadly they have NO IDEA how to make coffee. They use Illy coffee which is good but..I asked for a large Americano..Says I, 'how many shots in a large Americano?'..'one' I'm told..'oh! may I have two shots?'...'yes but it will be very strong'... so coffee arrives...no crema, weak as dish water...not the first time this has happened in Jenny's and the funny thing is you pay extra for hot water!!!!........ WON'T BE BACK! It's a great shame as not many places have good scones freshly baked daily!!

This review should be read with the realization that it is just what it says, a coffee house. So, of all such cafes, it certainly deserves 4 stars. Consistently delicious home baked goods, tray bakes for take-away, excellent coffees, good variety of tea. Clean and friendly. Of all the coffee houses in Enniskillen, this would be our first choice.

Ventured in here for first time in years after a terrible experience before. Unfortunately I met the boss and alas nothing has changed … all is well and good until you raise a query.. then I was treated very poorly and aggressively. All I wanted was a coffee and when I checked about the milk being used I was made to feel like an idiot for asking…. Never again
