McDonald's in Fermanagh

Service at the till was appalling. Staff acted like they didn't want to be there. McFlurry had been sitting too long before given to me and had melted. Floors dirty, Tables not wiped between customers.

Order for eat in they put for takeaway, I go to my table and I see a triple cheesburger is missing I go to them after 5-10 min when I want to eat triple I see it s a double and not a triple 🤣

Great food, out quick but kind of dirty. Also loud

Clean premises and quick service. Meets the standards that we have come to expect at McDonalds.

Got a milkshake. Was melted and warm. Wasn't even busy. Been once before, didn't add extras which were paid for and on the receipt.

Really good staff especially one lady who was really nice to my 3 year old grandson

This has to be my worst experience of what happens when automation takes over common sense. I watched an older couple walk out (they weren't allowed to order at a traditional till), two friends orders take longer than should and my own order crumbled to pieces down to a store being force fed corporate automation (For example food being binned because another item failed or took too long). There has to be a line drawn where customer human interaction and customer obsession/service overrides procedure. This store between location and customer service needs a major look at! It is not one person's fault. It is just a series of problems that leads me to not only never to return to this store but potentially never return to this McDonald at all. Please look at this as constructive feedback as there were elements that were perfect for example store hygiene, uniform and professionalism. This is where a typical area manager says this is a high performing store that is punching above targets but as opposed to in our opinion a store that could do ten times better! I would like to point out this is not a staff problem but a corporate/owners problem. Food was good. Parking is hard and no drive through it's more a chip shop vibe. Maybe the operator needs a second store that is a 24hour drive through in a very busy town!

Just out of Mc Donald. Parking is terrible.The place is cold I had to clean my own table (not just take the last customers leftovers but get the cloth and clean it down). Receipt machine was not printing. The food was just about warm. Staff walking about looked like they were getting no direct from supervisors or management.Mc Donald's Enniskillen is poor example .If you have a choice go to Omagh much better.

The staff are very efficient and friendly. The food is generally served very quickly. Free parking is available. The only aspect holding me back from granting five stars is the absence of a drive-through facility, especially as this is the only McDonald's outlet in Enniskillen and is in a suburban area on the Belfast Road, making the addition of a drive-through perfectly feasible, something which would have been much easier to complete had the premises simply been built this way in the first place, not that this is the only example of such a shortfall at a McDonald's outlet; another example is the outlet at Blackpool Shopping Centre, Cork where this facility could have been included in the outlet's construction even more easily, given that McDonald's operates from a freestanding building in the shopping centre carpark, which is very sizeable. On the plus side for the Enniskillen outlet, I have always had a working plug socket at the table I have eaten at there, which has not been the case in some of the other outlets at which I have dined, such as the Blackpool Shopping Centre, Cork outlet.

Slow staff, our hot drinks went cold and just ok food

Food is never hot just about warm. It is what is is.

The seating area was freezing Tuesday the 17th of October about 845am. Could at least turn the heat on.

It's possibly the worse one around like how on earth can a McDonald's not have drive thru and location is really bad and parking are limited

The food quality was good but the service was awful, the place wasn't busy but it took 15 minutes for our order (two medium meals btw in case you think it is a large order) to come out and it took them about 10 minutes to take our order, we were standing at the counter and four employees walked past, looked at us and did nothing multiple times. I used to work at McDonald's so I understand some of those people could have been cooking chicken or burgers or handling the drinks or drive thru but even the people who prepare your order didn't take our order when she saw us (it is the front area's job to take orders) the one who was on front area was a manager. I just found it to be an abysmal service. Also there was no sign of lobby staff, half of the tables were dirty and the floor was sticky.

Absolutely horrible meal Myself and my husband threw it away. It was cold The staff member shouted our name and threw it at me Absolutely awful service

Great people who keep the tables clean . Just not enough tables downstairs , for those with wheels or mobility problems. ..

If you have an order more than 4 items please check its all there before leaving

Hygiene dreadful.mangers attitude also dreadful. Was monitoring my children's food been prepared and to my horror seen the lady repeatedly push waste into the bin and then returning to roll the chicken wraps with no gloves on,never washed or sanitized her hands.she continued wiping down counters with her bear hands and returning to the waste bin to push more rubbish/waste down. I alerted a manager who informed me that the girl was new and she can't watch everything! Then she rolled her eyes and walked off. The incident happened at 11:45 tonight with a camera above recording all the dreadful/unhygienic practices. Will never be back.

Needs a drive through, car park is a disaster

Seems like food is made up prior to order at station - hot food was lukewarm only, had to return drink as it was actually warm; milk shakes were warm too - like everything had been sitting a while - better to go to counter and watch your food being freshly cooked/poured

Food good, very busy restaurant, probably why they want to rebuild it as 24hrs premises. Plenty of staff although very young. Downstairs toilet not a pleasant smell, but probably due to the footfall of people.

Floor in male toilets is lethal. Very slippy. But food is good 🙂

Food was cold. Floor is filthy and just looks grubby all round.Staff all look like they’d rather be somewhere else! Definitely won’t be going back there!

Never had a good meal from this mcds and yet again disappointed. Cold burgers .really over cooked fries .never will be back again

Only ever get the egg mcmuffin meal at breakfast time at any McDonald's and Enniskillen do them very well.

Clean environment and friendly staff with just enough car parks.

The chips were cold. The floor was disgusting I had to actually ask staff to clean it. The staff wrote totally incompetent and all basically children

Great speedy service Went today after seeing the little mermaid went with my Husband & my cousins Daughter for my Daughter Birthday treat on Monday, great food the two girls played on the iPad.

Not often I write a bad review. This was not a great experience. I had forgotten my credit card and only had euros. So asked before ordering if I could pay in euro and yes as long as it was in notes. Ordered and the boys didn't want salad only ketchup on double decker the usual kids stuff. Asked if I could order some mayonaise nope they don't sell mayonaise there. Received order went to pay and was told they don't accept fifty euro notes which is all I had at the time. Lucky the boys had some twenties. Sat down to eat my quarter pounder should have had everything on it only had ketchup. Yes you guessed it the boys burger were fully loaded. The milkshakes were more vanilla than strawberry and we were a chip short. Overall bad experience hopefully just a once of at this place.

An option for extra pickles/gherkins at the big computer menu? I'm fine paying extra for them! In this ecological world we all live in and to save waste, why not put them as an extra? Let's be honest the majority of people hoke them oot before the first bite. Gherkins rule!

Typical maccas but extremely tight car park. Be warned! You may have a scratch on your car when you finish your feast.

every time the food is not warm enough, almost cold

As ever - it was a McDonald's so you know what you are getting. The site has good parking, massive space inside - very clean, while it was busy enough - super quick to order and the toilets were clean! So all good. I am being super picky by marking down 1 star as it was the 1st time I can recall I had a burger from McD's and it felt "greasy" , not sure how or why this was - but wow I really noticed this. Added on top - not napkins added to the bag and none on the "Condiment" counter. Other than this - all was good :-)

Slow very slow. Mc Donald 's should be child's play. But for some reason there have two months and only one ear. Advice: what system you use to recruit people! (Do something different)

Would highly recommend mc Donalds coffee, somewhere you wouldn't think of for a coffee but the coffee is very good if your in need for one and in the area. Unfortunately this store doesn't have a drive through

Everytime I go there they seem to forget something, this time it was my big Mac!!

Got food here tonight. Chips were massively undercooked (it's pretty hard to mess up with fries) these, at best were just dipped in the oil momentarily. Soaked with grease, cold and still hard. Chicken Selects a little on the softer side as also not cooked long enough. Normally they are nice and crispy. Slow service all the time even when not busy and parking is an absolute joke.

Hate the having to use the digital boards to order, sometimes having to queue outside the place as the queue is too long, then you have no where to stand when waiting for your order, so you are sometimes confused top of the people sitting down and eating. Perhaps an area for waiting for orders would be a good idea. No the drivethrough is even worse, have had 3 different cars of our over heat waiting for an hour and a half at Sligo branch. May just go to supermacs in the future.

Visited Enniskillen McDonald outlet with family. Food, Drinks and Facilities were all very good. One among the cleaning staff seemed to be discriminative in gifting McD kids baloon to black children.

It's a good and bad as any McDonald's.

Was in McDonald's on Sunday with family and that was my last time. Maggots in ketchup dispenser definitely took away my desire for McDonald for long time.

No drive through, also parking is a nightmare, extremely tight car park. Regretted driving in there, an accident waiting to happen. Food and service inside was fine.

Saw some bad reviews with the parking lot, and it’s true, not very big, and can get a bit jammed. No drive thru as someone had mentioned. The food here though was much better than other Mickey Ds I have tried in Ireland. The kids working inside were also polite with good manners.

Can't get parking and the wait for a fast food venue was 20 minute plus no good for fast food

Very disappointed with service here on Saturday 25th June. An absolute farcacle system of not letting customers order at the desk was being enforced. (Which I have never came across at any other branch.) This resulted in a queue out the door!! I'm not going to be ageist and say its the older generation that struggle with the self order screens, but pretty sure it's broad spectrum. What probably could have taken a cashier 30 seconds to do, took us several minutes. We sat down with our table number and food was brought quite promptly considering how busy it was, and was fine- no complaints there. However when we asked a member of staff if we could have some ketchup she said "it's over there" (pointed at the serving station in the corner) and tried her best to scurry off. I called her back because I had already tried to get ketchup there, I told her it was empty and asked if she could please bring us some - to which she shrugged and said, "try the other one" I also asked if we could have some napkins as ii had tried to take some from the dispenser, I must have pulled out 50 napkins and each one was smeared with sauce - told her this and she just disappeared, never seen her again. It's had been a long long time since I visited McDonald's Enniskillen, and it will be even longer til I'm back again.

On route home from Dulrush fishing lodge and stopped off for a McDonald's and was really pleased with the overall customer service, in what was a very busy Sunday afternoon. I would like to point out that the Older English gentleman working, was such a nice guy and is a credit to the store. Thank you

Great staff nothing is a bother

Fast efficient service, the guy on the till, Josh G, was friendly, knowledgeable and great at his job. Car parking is a problem. They should move the premises to the new development on the Cornagrade road, and provide a drive thru option.

Male worker greeting people at door checking everything is ok like a proper restaurant getting me red sauce if needed very polite man well impressed for mc Donald's

Parking is not the best but good staff

Food was typical, very quick. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was busy so it wasn't spotless but it was grand.

One of my son's favourites and McDonald's at it best. There was a very nice touch which does not happen often. It is that we are personally asked if everything was alright with an offer of help if it were not. The other thing about this McDonald's is that onsite parking is available which is important.

Food was hot which is unusual for McDonalds so well happy.
