Went in for our dinner 6.30pm Staff didn't wanta be there. Or just hadn't got a clue on how customer service works. Walked into not a clean table in sight with one customer sitting at a table, we stood waiting and the girl that was meant to be clearing tables walked passed us didn't seem to care there was no were to sit, not even a hold on and I'll clear a table for you, that one customer at a table told us there is more seating upstairs. I'd see past it if it was flat out but sit in area was empty. Very unclean to say the least. slow service. food came out cold. Over charged for our meal. Kids chicken fillet was so over cooked she couldn't even bite into it, wasn't ate. The bathroom was so smelly and dirty my child wouldn't even wash her hands in it. First and only visit....

Have eaten out of this restaurant many times, but tonight's experience was terrible. Placed my order, went back to car for 10 minutes. Then waited another 35 mins . Had to finally ask one of the staff why it was taking so long. After a couple of minutes they served my cod & chips. I'm not sure if it was actually cod, more battery than fish & and it was over cooked. Chips weren't good either, all hard & burnt. Standards have went down big time. Won't be back.

On my way back from Sligo and had a craving for battered sausages, anf beans with tea bread and butter. They had no bread alas. Lady took order and serving was efficient and friendly. Sausage batter a bit hard from over hot oil cooking. Almost a tin of beans and a dozen free chips. Large pot of tea. Total amount is £6.80 a fair price. Chips cooked but a bit white. Will try again if about.

Fish was small and overcooked, more batter than fish. Small portion of chips.the portion of mushy peas were dry but to be fair a good portion, the chips tasted like they were reheated, overall very disappointing.

A good range of options on the menu all at reasonable prices. Portion sizes are good, with some smaller portion sizes available at reduced prices for children. Bottled and canned drinks also available to order with your food. The staff seemed to be very polite, friendly and helpful, and willing to cater for those one-off or special requests. Some seating is normally available inside, but currently not being used due to covid19 restrictions. Orders can be phoned through prior to arrival.

Usually when family comes to kennys, the food is lovely however the cashier was very rude, the chicken goujons that my mother was more rock hard then actual food. My chicken wrap was very dry with barely any Mayo. Went to customer toilets and my shoes were literally sticking to the floor and staff not wearing masks in the takeaway including a tall gentleman who looked like the boss

I think the size of the fish is getting smaller, very disappointing tonight🤔 Micheal Diners from now on, very sad

My friend and who is currently using a working stick , walked into the shop at 855pm , there were other people in front of us so we stood there for a few minutes, then I asked a man who was in front of us had he already ordered , he said yes so we went to the counter to order . A very rude lady behind the counter aggressively said we are closed at 9 and the shutters are down, you could see the other lady behind the counter was mortified and asked the rude lady , maybe it’s an easy order. The other people waiting on food were also shocked at how this lady could be so rude , we were in the shop before 9pm and the shouters were up. Never in my life have I experienced such rudeness from anyone who is in a customer facing role . Never again , if you want good customer service, go somewhere else

We had a great meal Fish & chips & chicken slices which were massive. All freshly done and very reasonable.

Ventured on day out from Westport Co Mayo to scenic drive through Fermanagh. Stopped for shopping in Ennisikillen and lunch. As we were unfamiliar with town we asked in local store where we could get fish and chips to takeaway. We were advised Kennys served up the best in the area which proved correct. Staff advised my husband to come back in 10 minutes for our 2 orders of Cod and chips as orders were cooked fresh. We both agreed the cod was the best we have had in out travels North/South/East/West, Kennys defintely are the best!

Was always a big fan of Kenny’s until I found a few black hairs on my chips. Disgusted. Will not be back.

The food in Kenny's is consistently first class with large portions of fish and chips, burgers etc. Always fresh and tasty, served by friendly, helpful staff. Although I preferred Kenny's when there was a more formal seating area some years back I still visit at least weekly.

After reading the mixed reviews i wasn't sure what to expect but totally surprised for the good.Portion sizes were great value, for example small chip was only £2 and was size of a large chip from most Belfast chippys.Kids meals £3.20 again excellent value and the fish supper was extremley tasty.Service wasn't overly fast but food was cooked perfectly so no complaints.I would definately visit again when i'm in the area.

Called on Saturday night on the way to the caravan. Being Gluten Free theres not many places cater for me but I know Kennys over Chicken, fish and chips which are advertised as being Gluten Free. When I went into collect my order a man who had been sitting in for food called the owner over saying his Chicken burger was freezing in the inside for the second time. Yuck definitely not acceptable. I then asked for my order asi had telephoned in.there was numerous boxes placed above the fryers keeping warm. The girl who was serving me lifted down two boxes and took my fish out of the box with the tongs she had been used for all the non Gluten Free food. I ask her did she just use the tongs to lift my food. She was surprised she didnt know she couldn't do that. I told her the food is unsure to eat now due to cross contamination. The order stood in the back watching all this going on and never once ask whats the problem. The girl was embarrassed and offered me new food. I declined and took my money back and left very disappointed. But glad I had saw what she had done this prevented me being sick.

Some of the best fish and chips in the country - definitely worth trying if you are hungry in Enniskillen!

This chippy is always on point, never grease on the food. This chippy is unique, it’s that good we drive to enniskillen with the kids some times just to have food here. Will definitely recommend.

Called in for fish and chips. Had a pot of tea as well which just made it so much better. Clean and tidy chip shop. Food was hot and tasty and served promptly. Well priced with large servings. Definitely worth a visit.

I have learnt not to review after one visit so this was my third visit to this establishment. It is a takeaway but there is a sit down area. The two of us had cod and chips curry sauce and a cup of tea. The fish was perfect. A light golden batter over white flaky cod. The chips lovely and a very good sauce. Three times, three lovely plates of food. It’s not posh, it’s fish and chips, but these are in my top three all time fish and chips. Long may they continue. The staff are friendly and it is very reasonably priced.

Should be embarrassed by the quality of food that comes out of here.

Don’t eat here too often and now I know why, under cooked chips rock hard. Batter was so tough on sausages it was inedible. Definitely won’t ever be back

Always go to Kennys when im the caravan. A wee treat as theres not too many chippies serve gluten free food.

Ordered Heated wrap with cheese, tomato and onion. Ate into it and realised there was chicken in it. Was physically sick. When asked about this I was told chicken is in wraps as standard and how was she to know I was a vegetarian. Was given £3 back.

Friendly efficient staff and quality food either to sit in or take away make this a hidden gem. Prices are average but food is above average.

Long established Chip Shop in Enniskillen Town Centre. Great menu that will satisfly all tastes. You go in hungry and come out satisfied. Good food, good service, and reasonablely priced.

Used to get a treat from here when I was young and always looked forward to it but this place has let us down every time I have taken my own family here over the last few years. Food portions are small and the cod suppers this place was once renowned for are like something you would get out of a frozen ready meal, except with more added bones and 3x the price (price seems to increase every time you go). Tins of drink are always warm too.

Stayed in Enniskillen over st Patrick’s and fancied a fish found Kennys not far from hotel so walked up and ordered our fish suppers the service is friendly and the place is clean .

Kenny's is the best fish and chip shop in Enniskillen. The service is quick and the staff great. There is a seating area which is nothing flash but clean and fit for purpose.

Food was great first time I tryed, we always sit in to eat. Tables and floor always dirty.. Staff all the time on fones or talking with one another.. Food is constantly a hit and miss,,plus if you mention to staff about the problem, they have a attitude problem.plus they never can make up there mines what is exactly on the breakfast and how many items you get, and how much they will charge you.. And if It comes with tea.. They always mess our order up, where they forget some of the food or drinks we ordered.. Not returning,, have now found a lovely new take away, and food is fantastic... My husband and I were staying at Killhevlin hotel and we heard about Kennys so we went for something to eat and I must say the chips and fish we're absolutely delicious and they were home made pity all that has gone out of fashion

Came here for a feed and I left disappointed, The girl on the till didn't have a good attitude about her. The food was okay but contained a lot of hard chips. Cleanliness could be better here.

Vacaciones en Enniskillen, decidimos un cambio de comida, así que fuimos a comprar pescado de kenny. El servicio era muy bueno, la comida estaba bien preparado. Tienda limpia y ordenada. El personal era muy agradable.

Not only were half the chips completely raw but the rest were definitely not fresh , all food barely warm and again could tell it wasn't fresh , chicken burger ordered and that's not what I got , basically got a big lump of tough rubber chicken. As per usual from here we asked for salt and vinegar on both chips and nothing was put on them. Won't be back, disappointing.

Call here for fish and chips to take away on a Monday evening. Food was great but customer service need attention. Two girls more interested in their mobile phones than dealing with customers. Having a full scale gossip about other customers they had served. Not a great atmosphere and had we not have been starving we would have just left but glad we didn't as food was good.

Phoned the order in and went to collect and it was ready on arrival, very prompt service, pleasant staff and most importantly good food!

Been here many times, used to be consistently good, had a few not so good carry outs also. However last night the food was back on track as being good. Staff were friendly. The seated part of the could do with a make over, clearing of dirty plates is slow, toilets were clean. As a take away very good, to sit in, it could do with a revamp.

Grabbed some chips from this place. I asked for vinegar only and instead they give me nothing but salt over my chips even when it's written on the receipt just vinegar. Staff aren't very friendly.

The food here is delicious, but can suffer from quality consistency. When it is good, it is very good, but it can veer to terrible very easily!

A real old school Chipper, thoroughly recommend and cheap as well. Try the Cod and Chips you will not be disappointed, one portion would do 2 light eaters. Clean and tidy will go again.

Ordered my food on the phone and they would not put it on until I came into the shop... If this wasn't bad enough it took half an hour to cook while my friend had got food from somewhere else which had gone cold from waiting. Also the kitchen seemed quite unhygienic and old people talking in it, while my fish and chip was sitting waiting for them to bag, it was ok however I wouldn't go back due to bad customer service

We had ta fish supper take away from Kenny's and really enjoyed. The fish was very good. The chips were very plentiful...one portion would do between two I think! The batter on the fish was crispy. Probably the best chip shop in Fermanagh!!

Had a beautiful cod and chips, girls were lovely, food amazing and very fast, highly recommended! Opted to take away but there is seats to sit in if you wish.

Chips great but fish cremated, third of fish was just batter with no fish inside and batter so cremated that it was hard as a rock, disappointed, won't be going back.

Fresh fish and chips all the time. They also serve burgers, chicken etc. We go here often and enjoy. If you want traditional go here.

Ate in here for a quick lunch with my husband and young daughter. Take away would have been slightly, only slightly(!) better as the upstairs seating area is the most dire place I have ever sat to eat! We cleaned the table ourselves prior to eating as it was grubby, cutlery did not look clean and the chairs have god only knows how many years of food stuck between the cracks and crevasses of the seats. The place is seemingly frequented by the local school/college children and therefore can be a noisy/inappropriate environment for young children given the shreiking and loud belching from a delightful group of young ladies nearby. The chips looked disgusting, as mentioned by a previous poster I left most of mine as there were only a handful that looked normal. They didnt taste much better. Pastie wasnt bad though. On the plus side prices seem cheaper than other chippys no complaints about the cost but definitely will not return unless the place gets a good scrub as previously suggested and a facelift. Shame, as it has plenty of potential.

It bemuses me that people take the time to review a chippy...IT''S ALL DEEP FAT FRIED...it's quite sad. There are restaurants where food is freshly prepared & well presented to write about. These places are only good after a night out...taking from experiences way back!

For my money the best wee chippy in Enniskillen. Some of the staff can be a bit surly at times but the food is spot on!

When the cravings for all things bad hit at lunch time I have to go to Kenny's. Great value and very tasty food, and there's nothing greasy or dry, just very tasty!

Very tasty food. Restuarant was basic but very clean and the staff were pleasant. I can recommend the cod supper - fine fish and chips well worth the price.

Had a takeaway from here. Fish and chips are beautiful. Found prices reasonable and staff very friendly.

Want a good chippy, look no further. I recommend sitting in to enjoy the food at its best. You have to eat out of the papers tho.

Kennys is just not what it used to be. Hadnt eaten out of kennys in 3 months & wont be eating here again anytime soon. Items were missing from my order, chips were shockingly bad, service grumpy & overall the place needs a good scrub.

I love kennys food! But they need to pay more attenstion to details my order is never 100% correct :( Amazing tho just check your order!

I used to eat here regularly but unfortunately it's now rather hit and miss on quality. On my last visit I was served what can only be described as greasy slop. The chips tasted like they'd been sitting about for a few hours and my meal was topped with the worst onion rings I've ever seen, note I say seen as I certainly didn't eat them. I have often got better meals here in the past, but for now i'll be giving it a miss. The staff could also do with a bit of improvement, server by a rather grumpy girl who just didn't seem to care about the place.

Without a doubt Kennys does the best fresh fish & chips in Enniskillen. Chips are home made - not frozen :) and lovely flaky fish. Currently has introduced fish bite boxes which are 1st class and very good value. Does all the usual suspects chicken, burgers etc. the queue in the shop tells it all. A must..........
