The best restaurants in Lisburn South Eastern NI

Put an Order in at 12:39 last night and was told the price of the food and sat waiting for the food until 2:30 am this morning for it not turn up when I rang up this evening the manager told me he couldn’t deal with it … he then went onto say he tried phoning me 5/6 times when I asked him what number did he ring as it was delivery he couldn’t tell me … I’ll not be back absolute joke !

Soggy sour toast not enough butter sat beside people we didn't know I don't think they were happy either and an owner who just didn't care when approached.

Really poor customer service. Wrong order delivered and when rang to complain I was told I was wrong. This is not the first time a situation like this has happened. Good food, but horrible staff especially the girl on the phone.

Service good, quality unquestionable but we found both the chow mein & sweet & sour a little bland.

£13 for a fishcake, 2portions of salad and a canned drink seemed a little excessive to me. The taste was only all right. I left wishing I had gone to a nearby supermarket to buy a pack of their fishcakes to heat and eat at home

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this visit was a letdown. We ordered hot food and soft drinks, but the food came out first, and after a long wait, we still didn’t have our drinks. When we asked the waitress about it, she was really dismissive and just told us, "this is how it works" and was rude and aggressive to us. No apology, no effort to make it right. I’ve never been treated this way at a café before. When I went to the till to mention it, the staff didn’t even acknowledge the issue. Instead, we saw them pointing at us and talking about us to each other. It just felt really uncomfortable and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back here. There are plenty of other places with better service.

Probably the best cafe in Lisburn! Great food, great service and plenty of comfortable seating. The takeout bakery on the Main Street great for more treats at home.

Over an hour to wait for my dinner - really not good enough

Totally honest they were probably having a bad night but it was a disaster, the taps were all off so no draft beer, however the cocktails were delish !! Unfortunately the floors were so so sticky , the guy at the bar was super apologetic however the girl gave a much sharper toned answer about the beer . The bathroom was genuinely horrific,no detail needed it was crazy. Great cocktails credit where credits due.
