The best restaurants in Belfast

Love this place, probably the best coffee you'll have in Belfast. They are extremely passionate about the coffee they're making.

While the food was nice, we weren't thrilled. We booked based on the menu we saw online, but unfortunately, the dishes didn’t match what was advertised, and the prices had all increased. It’s disappointing because if we had known the actual menu, we would have chosen a different restaurant. The portion sizes have significantly decreased. We ordered the chicken supreme, which was decent, but the cauliflower sauce was a bit watery and didn’t complement the dish well. The much-touted butternut squash gnocchi? There were only three, and calling them gnocchi is generous—they bore little resemblance to the real thing. The plate also included just three pieces of carrot and a slice of zucchini, which left us quite shocked. For dessert, we tried the cheesecake tiramisu, but it was a letdown. The coffee on the ladyfingers was overly bitter and overwhelmed the other flavors. Given that we left still hungry, the bill felt excessive for what we received. Overall, it wasn’t worth it.

For dinner, my husband and I wanted something cheap and easy, no frills but still something tasty. For the most part, Little Italy Pizza was good. It was definitely cheap and the place was busy when we went in to order (and any other time we walked by). They only do takeaway and we each got a 12" pizza. Because of the very tiny crust and small difference in price between a 9" and 12", we would recommend just getting 1 pizza per adult. They have several different options and my husband said the Sicilian pizza was pretty good. The cheese pizza was good too, but a little dry and could've used more sauce. For the price and convenience it what worth it but not our favorite pizza place.

Had dinner, great surprise it was all very well prepared.

A yr ago that would've been 5 stars I could not fault back packers as its known. This time and previous times it has went downhill something shocking. Food was cold and sausages inedible, then to top it off heard what was either footsteps or a furry foe or cat in the ceiling. Will not be back

Excellent breakfasts , very clean, friendly staff, nice atmosphere!

Only the toilet wasn’t as clean as it would have been nice. But I didn’t care that much. Everything else was really great!

On our first visit to this establishment, we were unsure what to expect, as it was our first time entering. We ordered two kebab wraps to take away + drinks, but unfortunately, the service from the individual handling the payment was poor—quite abrupt and unhelpful in explaining things. While we found the food to be excellent, the negative attitude of the staff was disappointing. The main reason I wouldn’t return would be due to the unpleasant behaviour of the employees

The best indian in the east in my opinion. Not sure if they do delivery but I've been several times to sit in. It's BYO, not sure if they charge corkage. The portions are quite generous and I often can't finish the main if I get a starter. It can be busy so probably best to book on weekends. The table right at the back is a bit loud with the kitchen right behind so try to sit at the front if your hearing is iffy.
