Dropped in for a light breakfast and a coffee on a Friday. Nice buzz to the place. Coffee was delicious, the croissant and cinnamon bun hit all the right spots. Everything on the other tables looked delicious too :)

Went with a group of friends for breakfast. Despite it being busy we were served our food and drinks fairly quickly. Food was great! First time trying Japanese Milk Bread 🤤 The staff were all friendly! Loved the decor too.

Just got a flat white, but a nice place, quick, kind service. Was a bit too “sterile” of an environment for me to want to stay, but to each their own.

Love this place we visit here for breakfast every time we travel by ferry to Belfast on the overnight sailing from Birkenhead. They have a great selection for every appetite.

Have a weird policy of moving you off tables when you're eating your food/drink to a smaller table to allow more people to sit. £17 for a bap and a tea enough food but very uncaring staff. Insane prices!

Excellent Poached Eggs & Bacon on beautiful sour dough. Family of four & we all had it! Very enjoyable. Only let down was the toilets needed attention, before 10am!

Just went in for a flat white. The ambiance is quite nice. There’s one large communal table in the middle and a few separate tables around the edge. It’s a popular place. I found the flat white to be too milky, and the temperature was tepid at best, verging on cold.

Great coffee simple open design and excellent food. Staff are always super friendly, food is excellent but a slightly bigger menu would be great. Very popular these days be prepared to queue. But you know what they say good things come to those who wait.

A good coffee spot. The food is pretty basic, and the prices are laughable. £5.50 for two poached eggs and a single slice of sourdough (don't expect any fancy garnish or seasonings). £3 for any additional extra. If I wanted it avocado (£3) mushrooms (£3) halloumi (£3). Silly!

Fantastic coffee, love the selection of beans they sell & the seasonal special drinks are so interesting. Staff are super friendly and know what they're talking about. They sell a big range of coffee equipment too. Would recommend for coffee nerds!

This was everything I was looking for in my morning. A proper pour over, filter brew, and a trad capp done right. Fantastic presentation and service in a nice space. The barista brought me my pour over, poured it in front of me, and explained the processing method, origin, and flavor calls. Great work.

Queued, ordered sourdough, poached eggs and bacon for myself, paid at till. No receipt given. After a long wait for food to arrive it did, without the bacon, said to the guy that brought it over, he said he would come back with it, never did. Children had tap water that they couldn’t drink because of too much chlorine.

The café is lovely, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. It was on my list during my visit to Belfast. The coffee was well-balanced and delicious.

Food was basic to be honest, However, the coffee was excellent with variety of beans. Staff were friendly and helpful, coming alone it wasn’t difficult to find a seat. The atmosphere was nice and lively

We ordered a latte (with the Peru coffee beans), a French toast and an apple French toast. For the food, we really loved the French toasts individually and how different the two are. The French toast with the Japanese milk bread and bacon is an interesting combination, and they turned out to be a pretty decent match! The milk bread is so soft which complements the crispy bacon really well. The apple French toast just feels like eating a really really nice apple crumble. The latte was amazing as well. We tried the Peru coffee beans and it smells so nice! It’s so good that we even bought a coffee beans back home to make the coffee ourselves (or at least attempt to).

My partner and I come here often with our dog. The coffee is amazing and amongst some of the nicest coffee I've tasted in Belfast. The bakes are average. The food is above average but not great for the price you pay. I had always only gone for the coffee but one time Ordered food and then tiny plate was almost laughable. So for that reason, we only come here for coffee and only when we are in the city centre. I do want to add, the staff and bloody amazing at what they do we have never ever had a bad vibe with any of them, they're honestly great craic. P.S. Please bring the Chinese coffee beans back!!!!!

Had breakfast today with a pal, lovely setting, excellent food. staff are very pleasant and everything was "chilled". definitely going back.

Mediocre at best. Coffee not to my taste and a number of people say it's unenjoyably strong tasting. Feel like that's got worse of late. Food menu is poor and lacking variety. Again, uninteresting.

Great spot ! Had the rotating Columbian espresso and the seasonal Cinnamon French toast - both were delicious. Servers were super nice, and the atmosphere is laid back just for a pop in. Wish this place was home !

I was looking for a vegan turmeric late and thankfully here I found have one!, for vegans is ok, they have avocado toast or the soup (today was lentils and beans), the waiter said it was full vegan but I think it have a bit of milk cream as a part of decoration, I recommend to ask first, the taste was really good and the place a little bit bussy.

Ok, it's the only coffee shop I've been to in Belfast, but it's so good it's the only one I look for. Excellent coffee, lovely food, decent staff, usually some space somewhere. Can get a bit busy at peak times.

I wandered the city looking for good coffee. On the third day, my friends brought me here for a meeting. It was a pleasant surprise. The espresso had a wonderful taste, and the milk was poured and stretched expertly. The baristas were authentically friendly and welcoming. I almost felt home. The deserts were likewise tasty. I highly recommend the soft salted caramel brownies. Moreover, the environment was conducive to thought and creativity. I was surrounded by interesting people who are bold, kind, and outgoing. There were USB and charging stations, but space can sometimes be competitive. The wifi wasn't working for most of the days that I was there. tl;dr: best coffee and cafe environment in Belfast.

Honestly so overpriced and adverage. We bought french toast, sour dough with poached eggs, 2 coffee and 2 buns and it cost £35. The seating layout is annoying. We were told to take the window seat and I ended up standing to eat because it was so uncomfortable. The food was only ok. My wife had the sour dough and pouched eggs and it cut her mouth because it was so tough. I had the french toast which was nice enough. The place is a cute little hipster place but only adverage on food and coffee.

I love it here so much. I always feel so welcomed and taken care of by the kind staff, and the coffee and food is such high quality. My go-to ❤️

Had our first breakfast here a few days ago, and it didn't disappoint! My partner loves her coffee, and she said it was one of the best she had. She even bought coffee to take back home as well! The french toast dish was delicious (the bacon was sooo crispy!), and I enjoyed the experience here. I'm not a coffee drinker, but if you are, then make sure you come here for breakfast!

We went to Established Coffee as our first breakfast in Belfast. It's a lovely modern and small cafe, so I would recommend getting there early as people queue up to get their coffee/food. The coffee is outstanding: I had the butterscotch iced latte, which was incredible! I also ordered food, I went for one of their seasonal dishes, the Japanese milk bread with maple syrup, crispy bacon, and a sausage on the side. The bread was super tasty and fluffy, and the sausage and the bacon added flavour to the bread and were cooked to perfection.

So so glad we found this place. The coffee was amazing (try a butterscotch latte) and the poached eggs on toast with salmon was worth the whole trip to Belfast. Haha A great place to chat may be a bit loud if you are wanting to work or read. Will totally return some day.

So flavour coffees El Campo & El Vergel with Alomnd & cinnamon swirl. The staff ( specialist , freindly, welcoming ) The atmosphere is nice, but nothing unique. Good place to start you day with a nice flavour coffee.

The original and best speciality coffee shop in Belfast. I wasn't sure about it previously but have since matured in my coffee journey and have come to love it. The staff are so friendly, down to earth and engaging. Have had many coffees here over the years. I even bought my Chemex here years ago. Recently had an amazing double espresso here alongside an epic biscoff cookie. Perfect extraction made it a delight to slowly sip and appreciate. It was so excellent that I bought a bag of the beans before I left. It cost a little more due to the beans but was worth every penny. An exceptional cafe that now roast their own coffee. I can't wait to return soon. Highly recommended!

Danger! Good coffee in great quantities. Probably biggest coffeeshop in Belfast, lots of beans on shelf and some on the bar. Nestor Lasso strawberry chiroso on the picture, served very smoothly. Cinnamon swirl (not on picture) is to die for.

A cafe with a good business, tried the blood rice cake; if you don’t like strong taste, don’t try it!

Ordered chilli hot chocolate with oat milk, regular hot chocolate with oat milk, avocado toast and cinnamon bun. The chilli hot chocolate tasted same as regular hot chocolate, no taste of chilli at all, and the oat milk tasted weird too. The cinnamon bun was okay. They forgot to give me the cinnamon bun initially, I had to go and ask for it again, and the cafe was quite empty at the time. The avocado toast was a piece of toast with a half raw avocado that did not taste good, and no seasoning at all. Do not recommend for the food or drinks.

Established has been on my list for some time now and decided to give it a go. I ordered French toast and as I was waiting I noticed that other people in the cafe who had the salted caramel French toast had left quite a lot of it on their plates so I was starting to doubt my choice. I could kind of taste eggs from the toast and it was cold. I was disappointed and felt like I had to eat more just to make it feel worth the money. Our meal in total came to over £23 which was steep considering it wasn’t enjoyable. there are better brunch options nearby (albeit with a wait but more worth it). I would like to give Established the benefit of the doubt that their savoury breakfast choices are better however I don’t think I will be back. Service and atmosphere were really great though.

The food was very good and the atmosphere were also very good. The staff were nice and friendly.

We had cake and coffee, which was both very good. Service was excellent. Ambiente nice with a good mix of music. A little too noisy as the interior is barely designed to make buzz sound quiet and pleasant. On the downturn, the cafe only has one toilet, which may be too little during a busy time.

The place was busy and a queue to just order but the coffee was really good. I tried their Cortado it was perfect also their desserts were really delicious.

We usually love artisan coffee and went with the suggestions of the staff (their two house specials at the till) but it wasn't to our taste at all! No fault of hers, might just be too out there flavours for us. Our milk bun breakfast was good, and the atmosphere is nice and the staff lovely. Unless you're up for very adventurous coffee you might not like (strawberries do not go with coffee for me, I've learned) I'd go with one of their classics instead.

Great coffee & perfectly poached eggs if you’re in for brunch. A busy place (especially on weekends) so expect a bit of a wait, but well worth a visit if you’re not in a rush. Also love their take-away bags of granola.

Called for breakfast which was a basic breakfast sausage and bread but £20 for 2 seems OTT

Today I ordered a flat white with oat milk, the girl serving then passed the order out after shouting (I thought) flat white with oat. It was just a flat white (someone else's) the server then glared at me and said "you took someone else's coffee" .... Which was indeed true, but could've been handled so much better. Such a pity, as usually I find the staff lovely.

Top notch espresso and surprisingly delicious breakfast food. Great for travelers, walking distance from the AC Marriott. They serve still water with their espresso. If you ask for sparkling, it'll come from a can and they'll charge you for it.

I’ve been visiting Established coffee on my trips to Belfast for a while. As someone who works within the coffee industry, it’s always a real treat to see what they have on their bar. Today I tried their Nestor Lasso via pour over and found it to be a delight. The team have great enthusiasm and clearly have a real passion for their work. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We found this to be a nice coffee shop and a good place to sit while we were waiting for a tour to start. Surprisingly, there really isn’t much open from 9-10 am in the area.

I'm really disappointed with the money I just spent and the portion size. So expensive for barely any food. Still starving and just wasted £15 but the server I had on the till was bringing all the good vibes lol

I'd wanted to try this place for a while. Finally got around to calling in. Decided to have a turmeric latte... It sounded different. Very tasty with a nice zing. Venue is clean and well maintained.

This lack of clarity added to the sense of pressure, highlighting the need for clearer communication or signage at the entrance. Now, onto the positives—the food was exceptional. Each of the four meals we tried was divine. The lamb short rib was flavorful, although the excess bread made it a bit challenging to cut. However, the star of the show was undoubtedly the hash brown, perfectly complementing every element of the meal. The staff, though occasionally visibly frustrated with the system, remained courteous throughout our experience.
