The best restaurants in Northern Ireland

Absolutely atrocious service. No food. No refund Rude staff on the phone. Delivery driver lied about being at door and calling. Disgusted. Steer clear Sat waiting near 2 hours for food.

Would you please, please display opening hours somewhere outside! For the second time I've taken my kids to the drive through lights on inside (11.40 am & 7.10pm), to be ignored, there was a man at the other side of the fence & got no communication through the intercom, then after I drove on round realised they're closed, staff walking about & just looking at us. Surely a open/ closed sign wouldnt be that difficult. Other places put cones out at the drive through if closed & have opening hours displayed on large sign at the road.

Usual KFC food with fast service and friendly staff.

The staff play wich other to at front of drivers...that ridículos .....just a order on screen and still take 20min to ready..... the worst macdonalds from all uk to collect a order.....ridículos place for delivery......

It's a hit or miss with the food sometimes it is nice but there is alot of the time the chips are not cooked right

Reservamos y llegamos a tiempo. En la puerta, el maitre d' se negó a mirar hacia arriba y saludarnos durante al menos 5 minutos. Esto fue incómodo, por decir lo menos. Nos preguntaron si había alguna alergia alimentaria, y dije que soy intolerante al gluten, pero NO alérgica. Para abreviar una larga historia, no recibimos nuestro pedido hasta dentro de 45 minutos, y nos dijeron que nadie más que el gerente podía servirnos. Me sentí como una molestia completa, y nadie quería ayudarnos en absoluto. Le expliqué dos veces que no es una alergia, sino una intolerancia, y ambas veces, fui despedido. La comida estaba bien, cadena estándar cosas italianas, pero terminamos aquí mucho más tiempo de lo que planeamos, y me fui un poco frustrado por el servicio.

Greeted by a woman at the doors to tell us they were closed, all lights were on and they had drivers walking in and out, we only wanted to take away not to sit in, if they were closed for dining in and take away they should have the lights off and doors closed in the main resturaunt in my apinion, not to add it was raining quite heavily, felt like they were trying to close early.

No arguments about the quality of food but they have more interest in their online orders than serving people in the queue.

Dejado caer por Chick n Lick n como mi hermano gemelo y yo estábamos en el pub saltando por esta parte de la ciudad, la visita era casi aceptable. Esto es básicamente una decoración y mobiliario básico, el personal es un poco destacado. Pedimos una caja de pollo cada uno, el pollo estaba bien, pero posiblemente un poco demasiado cocinado, las patatas fritas eran pasables, para ser honesto no es la mejor comida de pollo que he probado, un poco soso, probablemente virar en futuras visitas a Belfast, es fácil de localizar a lo largo de Dublin Road. El horario de apertura es; Lunes a viernes, abierto desde mediodía. Sábado y domingo, abierto a partir de las 3 pm.

Visito Costa Kennedy Centre regularmente y no puedo entender cómo la gente se está saliendo con la suya comiendo alimentos que han comprado en otro lugar del centro I. E Greggs. Fui testigo de que alguien compraba un té/café y luego se dirigía a Greggs para comprar sus rollos de salchichas y pasteles. ¿Cómo se permite que esto suceda cuando he gastado al menos 11? 00 para té, café y bollería en Costa.

Wished I'd read reviews first. I'm the same as previous customers that food delivery requested but never arrived and their phone number is out of service.

La comida era genial muy buena salsa, siempre el mejor kfc, conseguir aparcamiento es un poco de un dolor, pero vale la pena, el personal siempre está trabajando muy duro y son muy agradables, probablemente podrían hacer con más personal, ya que normalmente solo hay 3 de ellos

just had a very dry and tiny fillet burger that tasted of nothing and some limp cold chips that tasted of nothing, the piece of chicken and corn was ok. total waste of 8 quid. buy a Chinese instead

Customer service?! 🤪 Talk about rude! Not only did the person who served rush everybody along at lightning speed, she also gave small portions for food. My medium box was only 3/4 filled and when I asked her to fill it she said it was enough, despite everyone else’s boxes being filled. The other server put a few extra bits of chicken in but the service was horrendous. The lady behind me in the queue said that the server who wouldn’t add more always gives terrible customer service. Paying £7.50 for the box I got seemed like an absolute rip off, and the customer service (or lack of it) made for a terrible experience.
