Visité el café en Tesco el lunes 24 de febrero. Disfrutamos de un desayuno completo muy bien cocinado y caliente. Personal muy bueno y servicial a través de nuestro. En general una buena experiencia.

Decidimos visitar York por nuestro 22 aniversario y elegimos este hotel para alojarnos. El hotel estaba muy limpio y bien decorado. El personal era muy amable y servicial. Hay un parque y paseo cerca que es una gran manera de llegar a York.

Contact number to ring doesn’t work. Food delivered with half missing, delivery driver kept saying ring the restaurant even though he knew the number didn’t work, driver became very abusive then drove off

Absolutamente asqueroso 🤮 que mi hija encontró un pelo largo en sus papas fritas de su comida feliz de hoy! Lo habría devuelto y me habría quejado si no estuviéramos atrapados en el tráfico de camino a casa. ¡Ciertamente no volveré allí de nuevo, lo evitaría a toda costa!

Evite a toda costa que sea sucio sucio un personal es grosero. Parece que no pueden entender que si la aplicación ha pasado pero no está funcionando, el personal parece pensar que no se puede pedir en la caja

Waited 25 minutes for our sandwiches. One member of staff stood by the till doing nothing. Manager having a meeting in the restaurant. We got told it would be a 5 minute wait because they had to make a delivery order. (Don’t understand why they don’t do these in the back when there’s a queue of 5 customers waiting) The staff then got our sandwiches mixed up. One member of staff seemed to be trained well, the other two were poorly trained. I feel I wasn’t the only customer who thought this either.
