Mcdonald's Restaurant in York

Absolutamente asqueroso 🤮 que mi hija encontró un pelo largo en sus papas fritas de su comida feliz de hoy! Lo habría devuelto y me habría quejado si no estuviéramos atrapados en el tráfico de camino a casa. ¡Ciertamente no volveré allí de nuevo, lo evitaría a toda costa!

La chica que nos dio nuestra comida fue, por decir lo menos, grosera e ignorante. Nuestro pedido nos lo dieron sin el contenido correcto que pedimos, el servicio al cliente fue casi con el resentimiento del personal de McDonald’s dándonos nuestra comida.

Entré, el lugar era una propina. Dije que pasarían 15 minutos antes de que pudieran tomar una orden mientras se actualiza. Un poco confundido cómo una marca global en esta época apaga todas las cajas durante 15 minutos sin una copia de seguridad

Evite a toda costa que sea sucio sucio un personal es grosero. Parece que no pueden entender que si la aplicación ha pasado pero no está funcionando, el personal parece pensar que no se puede pedir en la caja

Ladrones... Normalmente no me quejaría de McDonalds, ya que es lo que es, sin embargo, esta noche me veo obligado a hacerlo. Entró alrededor de las 11 pm - ordenado. Estaba ocupado, así que esperaba que tomara un tiempo. Después de unos 10 minutos pude ver que mi comida estaba en el pase. Seguía esperando mientras conducía estaba ocupado. Sin embargo, 5 minutos se convirtieron en 10 y 10 en 15 por lo que pregunté cuándo mi pedido podría estar listo. Servidor preguntó qué número me dijeron 93... procedió a continuar con la orden 96. Pregunté de nuevo si podía tener mi comida y me enfrenté con LA persona MÁS RUDA que he encontrado en la industria de servicios. No es un número que me dejes comprobar... no es sólo una boca llena de abusos. HORRIBLE. Así que me fui con mi comida todavía no en mi poder y yo 10 libras abajo. No es el dinero lo que molesta, es el desprecio total por mí como cliente y el desprecio con el que me trataron. Si tienes que conducir un par de millas más hasta el próximo McDonalds realmente haría como este lugar es TERRIBLE. Si las notas negativas fueran posibles, eso es lo que obtendrías.

Myself and my wife ordered a BigMac meal and drink. Price was shown as £6.59, but she was charged £13.98 for two meals! Burger wasn't very hot and the portion of chips wasn't even a medium one! When I asked for some serviettes, the Manageress begrudgingly gave us one each! I also didn't care much for her attitude either. In my opinion, vastly overpriced for what was on offer. I'm 68, an OAP and I'm afraid that we won't be returning in a hurry! In fact, I'm going to take this further and contact Trading Standards as service was as poor as the food!

Went to McDonald's monks cross ordered for the whole family, pulled round to pay and some guy called Alex aka sloth from goonies took our order most of the food was missing cheers kids where crying WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN.

Floors are vile, rubbish on every table, bins overflowing, servery looks like D&V waiting to happen. Staff really not interested. Emailed McDonalds customer services to tell them, “thanks here’s two £5 off vouchers when you spend £5. No thank you. The whole place needs closing down for a deep clean. 🤢

Clifton Moor McDonald's you are a disgrace to the brand. Customers cleaning their own tables, rubbish everywhere, cold food and off duty staff stood by the counter playing with their hair where food is being served. I complained about the state of the restaurant to the manager who did nothing to improve the situation. They simply left the front of house cleaner (lady with black curly hair) to try and keep on top of a full restaurant. How disrespectful. The lady could have been the best cleaner in the world and she couldn't have kept up. She was working incredibly hard with no support from her management. (Respect your cleaners, they are one of the most important roles in the restaurant). There is a reason why this restaurant scores so low on trip advisor, its because its lacking leadership, it provides a poor customer experience and their is a lack of caring about the place.

Slow & rude service. They ignore you when stood ready to order & if they do deign to speak to you, the following service is painfully slow. Fast food it certainly is not. No polite, friendly, efficient service here & if you do eventually get served, the food is poor; burned McMuffin & tepid porridge. How do you get things this wrong?

Dreadful. Cold unappetising food. Luke warm chips. No sauce in big mac. Milkshakes off as machine was broken apparently. Staff interaction with customer non existent. Worst mcdonalds I have had visited. AVOID

Went there at 0515 to get breakfast. Went to drive thru and sat there for a few minutes. No one bothered to speak to me so I went into the restaurant and there was only one customer there. So I went to the counter to order. Only one person behind the counter and she looked up at me and then went back to spraying the hot plates. Totally ignored me. So I left as I am not standing there to be ignored. Nearly every time I have been to this place there has been a problem. Suffice to say it will be the last resort for me to go there again.

Horrific place, from the ridiculously long wait in the drive thru to the creature that verbally assaulted my ear drums when I was finally served, no please, no thank, just an utterly rude person, another queue for food of only 6 to 8 cars which took forever, food was literally thrown at me out the window, burger was cold, fries were over cooked but least the cappuccino was good. I’ll drive past this maccies next time I’m in the area & visit somewhere more efficient & professional with staff that can be polite & string syllables together!

Went here today, ordered a chicken legend meal , without lettuce, I reminded the fella that I didnt want lettuce, so he said ' I,l go n tell them , they told me to wait at the 3rd window, which I did , my latte was cold so they made me a hot one , when I got home I had lettuce in my chicken legend , so what was I waiting for, obviously they cudnt be bothered to listen, I also asked for ketchup and the girl said oh we,l give u it after with the meal your waiting for, there was no ketchup either , the service is terrible, I certainly wont be going again

sat outside all tables were filthy, had to ask for a cloth to clean ours and ended up wiping them all down. The cloth was clean but disgusting after I had wiped the tables down. the bin was overflowing with rubbish. there was gunge up the sides of the windows which needed cleaning and the floor needed a pressure clean. won`t be going back,

No words for what we have found today. Both Clifton Moor and Leeming Bar Mc Donald needs some serious looking into.

Shocking service today. The restaurant was overflowing. I ordered food at 12.05 pm and it was finally provided at 12.35. The chips were not only cold, but also stale, the drink was half filled with no ice, and the Big Tasty burger was anything but. It spoilt a family trip out. We definitely will not be returning!

Order placed at 20:05 Order received 20 :40 Has to be the slowest service ever for a quarter cheese meal. Under cooked and cold fries. Clearly the restaurant can not cope. Stop on line orders and/or close the drive through until you get the front of house sorted. The worst McDonald's anywhere by a country mile.
