The pizza was delicious ….. and i got great service ever first time…

Use this Chinese every Saturday have had a few mess ups in the past but this week, we ordered special omelette and salt n pepper chips, plus a roast chicken, chips and xtra gravy. The chips from the roast chicken were missing, so I rung the guy read my order to me including the chips but claimed I hadn't ordered them, claimed I hadn't been charged which when totted up I had. Asked for the meal replacing got told I couldn't have and that if have to wait for chips as really busy so asked them to come back and give a refund but refused Absolutely disgusting service, after he read the order back and included the missing item. Currently waiting for my chips that probably won't come so waste of money for a part meal. Won't be using again and will definitely telling everyone about poor customer service!!

Oh dear really poor. The food was terrible. Spent £25 and the quality was awful. Ordered cheese and tomato garlic bread, no garlic and hardly any cheese or tomato. The chicken kebabs were processed chicken and small cubes. Salad was off. Food was cold. This place must of changed hands. wont use again.

Lovely place and amazing food could not fault it service and staff excellent. Highly recommend 👌

Pizza time no longer trades shop as been sold now it’s called Elo’s pizzas and it now as5 star rating do not place any orders from pizza Tim or hungry house they will take money but you won’t get any food
