Waited 25 minutes for our sandwiches. One member of staff stood by the till doing nothing. Manager having a meeting in the restaurant. We got told it would be a 5 minute wait because they had to make a delivery order. (Don’t understand why they don’t do these in the back when there’s a queue of 5 customers waiting) The staff then got our sandwiches mixed up. One member of staff seemed to be trained well, the other two were poorly trained. I feel I wasn’t the only customer who thought this either.

54 York Road, York YO24 4LZ EnglandI had a deeply disappointing experience at Papa John’s in Acomb York around 3:00 AM. The staff were incredibly slow, rude, and displayed behavior that came across as racist. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that they were playing extremely loud music—specifically Indian music—which felt unprofessional and inappropriate for the setting and time of night. I expect better conduct and service from an international food chain. This location needs serious management review and staff training

1A Church Street, Copmanthorpe, York YO23 3SE EnglandOh dear really poor. The food was terrible. Spent £25 and the quality was awful. Ordered cheese and tomato garlic bread, no garlic and hardly any cheese or tomato. The chicken kebabs were processed chicken and small cubes. Salad was off. Food was cold. This place must of changed hands. wont use again.
