Avoid at all costs it’s dirty unclean a staff are rude. They can’t seem to understand that if the app has gone through but isn’t working the staff seem to think you can’t then order at the box

Thieves…… I wouldn’t normally complain about McDonalds as it is what it is however tonight I am compelled to do so. Went in at around 11pm - ordered. It was busy so expected it to take a while. After 10 minutes or so I could see my food was on the pass. Continued to wait as drive thru was busy. However 5 mins became 10 and 10 became 15 so I asked when my order might be ready. Server asked what number I was so said 93…..she proceeded to continue with order 96. I asked again if I could have my food and was confronted with THE RUDEST person I have ever encountered in the service industry. Not a what number are you let me check…no just a mouthful of abuse. HORRIBLE. So I left with my food still not in my possession and me £10 down. It’s not the money that bothers it is the complete disregard for me as a customer and the contempt with which I was treated. If you have to drive another couple of miles to the next McDonalds I really would do as this place is TERRIBLE. If negative marks were possible that’s what you’d get.

Disgusting service ordered 2 large lattes with drive through when we pulled away the coffees were not even a quarter full and was lacking milk the coffee.s we’re in drinkable it seems the machine need re filling but the staff wasn’t bothered.there was no que so no excuse this is the 2nd time we have had issues with place we won’t be going there again and I would recommend folks to avoid at all costs

Myself and my wife ordered a BigMac meal and drink. Price was shown as £6.59, but she was charged £13.98 for two meals! Burger wasn't very hot and the portion of chips wasn't even a medium one! When I asked for some serviettes, the Manageress begrudgingly gave us one each! I also didn't care much for her attitude either. In my opinion, vastly overpriced for what was on offer. I'm 68, an OAP and I'm afraid that we won't be returning in a hurry! In fact, I'm going to take this further and contact Trading Standards as service was as poor as the food!

I am absolutely furious with the sheer incompetence of this branch! It's beyond belief how they manage to bungle up your order every single time. These individuals are nothing short of absolute buffoons, consistently proving their lack of basic competency. It's infuriating to witness such a level of ineptitude, rendering this branch entirely useless. I am appalled at the consistent mishandling and mistakes that seem to be a hallmark of their service.

Cold food again. I hoped it might be a different this time. Cold chips. Barbeque burger was like leather, cold and burnt. The only thing I got for my £6 +, was a decent coffee..
