Very slow service! One paticularly staff walking around doing nothing while que gets longer! Over 10 minutes waiting for 2 hot drinks!

First and foremost THANK YOU for being one of the very view places within the food court to serve Gluten free food. We were served by Charlie, he was extremely knowledgeable, offered us all the combinations available. Hubby had the jacket potato with chicken tikka with a side of cheese. He said the potato was well cooked through, light and fluffy. The tikka was very moist and flavourful. Overall it was such a relief to find somewhere to eat as a family. Would highly recommend it to others and will definitely be returning customers. Again, thank you Charlie you're a credit to your work place.

ITS A SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! This place doesn't exist anymore, I ordered online paid and everything and it said "awaiting confirmation" for like half an hour then it said "No order found". I waited an hour that it might come but it didn't then i went to the place and it was closed looked through the glass door and it looked like it's closed from a long time. I paid £35 and now I don't even have a proof of it.

Called in after a meal in a local restraunt , was ok kareok on a Saturday night , was no to busy ,got served ok did seem a bit klickie in the main room so sat in the back room with a few other people and a suit of armour ,a decent drink would call again .

Visited 10am Monday morning, dirty finger marks on all glass panels, food on floor, obviously not been cleaned at end of previous day,dirty upholstery and cushions turned over to show zips so obviously grubby on underside too.Coffee and hot milk served in takeaway cups when clean cups stacked on counter??Tables not cleared, just grubby and awful!Sorry, will not be visiting again!
