!!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!! We orderd Cheese burger, Wedges and a mixed kebab. Biggest mistake we ever made. Everything was cold. All the chips inside the mixed kebab were all stuck together and cold and hard. there were only about 3 small pieces of chicken in it, the naan bread was cold and un-chewable, the doner meat was cold and the veg in it looked a few days old. Chips in bin instantly, veg in bin instantly, i gave the chicken to the cat and he moved away from it so that's in the bin too. i tried the doner meat and it too was worthles so i put that in the bin too. The cheese burger was supposed to have had salad on it and garlic sorce but it was just a plain burger with a cheese slice. It was warm but it wasn't what was orderd. The only thing that was edible were the wedges. The total cost came to nearly £20 and we were disgusted with what had been deliverd. I do not recomend this place. You will be disappointed.

STAY AWAY! Think it’s been taken over by new owners, portion sizes are tiny, dry crusty donner meat. The naan was so dry and hard it was like cardboard. Don’t know how they have the nerve to even serve food like that to paying customers. Such a shame as it used to be decent food at a good price when the old owners had it. But I would NEVER go back now!

Poor customer service, driver can’t locate the house , this is not the first time I ordered from them. Called the takeaway and asked the guy ( claimed he is the manager) to sort this out. He goes I am not your servant. Customer service to the max. Fk this place …. Just look the food ….cold ….. waste of my time and money …. Please ignore this place

Awful, undercooked food. Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery and the staff on the phone have no customer service skills. Glad we wasted £30 to throw the food in the bin! We know to not bother in future and go down the road to Munchie's, now that is proper food!

I ordered a zinger burger and chips and half the burger wasnt even cooked so I won't recommend also I heard that some guy died from this previous owners were the best in Darnall hands down

I had the smallest of the mixed kebabs, with chilli and yoghurt sauces. Freshly made and baked Naan, diner and tandoori meats. It was so tasty and huge I had to eat it over 2 hours!

I ordered my food from this takeaway and was very disappointed 😞 first of all my food was 35 minutes late, cold and ontop they over charged me I ordered the second time only to give them the benefit of the doubt but I was wrong I won't be ordering again from here, I DO NOT recommend this place....😡🤬

Kebabs are decent and pricing is spot on

The problem was that the donor kebab no taste no salad. And you guys put a little bit of salad no tomato no cucumber no onion no lettuce.

Terrible service! we asked for peri salt on the meal and got literally nothing. we asked for a plain burger because i’m allergic to cheese and he didn’t listen and scraped the cheese off so we had to get a new burger! These new owners don’t have a clue how to run a business and they don’t have meal deals and the prices are sky higher for 2 nuggets and 4 chips! never coming back here!

Ordered food from here via Uber out of no choice as my previous experience wasn't any good as staff were rude and not listening to your order rightly. On my second order when the food did not arrive even after the time given I rang them up and was informed that they open late on Friday. So why don't they update their timings with Uber eat in that case. surely because they don't care about customer and don't want to loose any business, To add on top of this the food delivered were different than what I ordered and were not fresh either. When I rang them to inform them rather than apologising they only went on to defend themselves. the Uber driver himself informed that he had to wait there a good part of 35 minutes to pick the order up

Wouldn't order from here again as waited 1.1/2 hour for food and when I rung to see where order was the person on phone said are you sure you have ordered wow how unprofessional is that and then still lie about driver leaving shop then saying he as been in accident when finally arrived got all order wrong added chips to order (don't mind but I don't eat chips) so basically they don't listen to what you want they just do what they want and don't give a monkey when you ring up What a joke vile food and vile phone manners If you do order a delivery and it takes soo long tell the driver to take it back and he will offer you it for less absolutely disgusting

Staff who had answered the phone was very rude! When explaining to the owner who came out the second time to order the right food. Handle and understood the situation perfectly! The owner I couldn’t fault he were good at handling it and the food he had gave was beaut would definitely order some other time ☺️

There food don't come like the advert picture on menu orded jumbo kebab twice now from here always packing them with yesterday's or the afternoon old chips talk about stale no meat or chicken or shish as statated on it all packed out with chips nann bread was hard could broke tooth if I could give no stars I would I actually counted meat pices and chicken pices and donner meat slices 15 pices of mixed chicken 5 pices of 12inch donner meat slices and nearly six boxes of medium chips im talking alot there's no need to rip customers of like this it not on there's no trading ethics with shops like this just want to make money I threw there menu in bin now so think about what you ordering from here thanks for reading😠😡😠😡

Hi, the parking to store is easy as you have the main road and side street but get busy at times. The store has nice entrance. The store it self has limited seat and breakfast bar table. The staff lady was very friendly and helpful. The food selection is big for fast food. The large mix kebabish special is big to share with 3 to 4 people depend which one you pick. Some of the meat felt like it was microwave which was not bad. The Donner was very nice and taste. Price are not bad but could be more cheaper if the cost of living was better. Please gave them try.

Ordered 4 items, they delivered 3. Delivery driver said it could be in the pizza boxes, why would the item be in there? He lied. He was miserable when he turned but I would have given a tip even though it was a small order. No sauce and salad on the donner as requested, they did this the last time I ordered a donner. Very poor, wouldn't use them again.

Tried to order. All websites with discount apparently not working... must be hackers.. Boss in London.. no one can help. Losing business.. but dont worry about the 60 quid order we were trying to order... we rang twice and the arrogant bloke who answered phone obviously wasn't bothered. Used your place loads... recommended it to friends, but now will be telling them of the issues.

Always missing items and giving the wrong food. Sanam went from being the best takeaway in darnall to being the worst in the past few years. I think all the old owners have left.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Regardless of the fact we Ordered 3 meals and only 2 arrived and the delivery driver tried charging us for 3, the food was awful. Donna meat tough, chips not cooked and salad off. We only only paid for the 2 that arrived as we couldn't get through to ask where other meal was and driver didn't want to now. Wish we hadn't paid for any as most went in bin. Will never order from them again. Vile!!!

Ordered through uber eats, was told food would be with us within 1 hour but arrived at just shy of 2 hours. When I phoned to ask how much longer we'd have to wait the owner said I could cancel the order if I wanted to. Food is decent but customer service is shocking. Would have given better rating as the food was good but the arrogance and lack of customer was just shocking.

Yo the food at this takeaway is great, notice how most of the critical responses to this place are a long time ago They are trust worthy and reliable Great quantity and cheap prices quality is decent not the best but still good I don’t get why they get a lot of negativity Because i have been going to this takeaway for Years especially when i was a little kid I am a young teenager now 14 but this is one of the best takeaways in darnall in my opinion and it beats krispy kod because they only don’t have much stuff there like chicken wings and burger but they have excellent quality but i prefer sanams kebabish so keep up the good work and maybe i would recommend if you lot would sell milkshakes there So thanks and keep doing what your doing i hope they don’t go out of business any time soon m.

Drove from rochdale to Sheffield just to try the famous hunger buster kebab . Can honestly say was the best £22 I've ever spent . Not only did the size of the kebab have the wow factor, the meat inside it was delicious,. Its enough to feed an army . Will definitely be going back and would recommend it to any big kebab lover . I have give sanams my custom for many years but after Saturday night I will not be giving them a single penny anymore. I ordered a £20 & £10 mixed kerbab I asked for no sauces on them only to find them caked in it we was having large party to feed when we phoned up to complain we was told there was nothing there could do and said there would knock some money off the next time we ordered then hung up very rude &very poor dealings and will not be ordering again £30 is a lot of money to spend for sanams to muck up left hungry and most of all very disappointed

I ordered a chicken tikka sandwich on a garlic naan bread with a portion of sheik kebabs and got nan bread ripped off another larger nan bread with hardly any chicken tikka in the sandwich. I contacted the restaurant only to be told I can come and collect another from the takeaway. I explained to this individual that had collected this takeaway on my way home from the cinema and do not live close by and asked to speak to the manager? I was informed the manager was unavailable until 10pm and that I would need to phone back. Shocking food, service and value for money.

Poor food hygene - the guy serving was dis-interested and looked vague. He put pan 1 of chips in the fryer, checked pan 2 with the back of a NON-gloved hand, took pan 1 out and served pan 2 chips to me (customer). I have seen evening/night staff handle chicken ect with hands not tongs and have rejected and walked away - tonights display has made me consider calling in the council to do a full investigation.Todays was 06/06/2019 between 21:31:56 and now 21:51:00 - please check the CCTV you have!

Sometimes the food is okay but most times it's a disaster, especially the pizzas. They cannot make pizzas. The only reason I've given 2stars are for the cheese burgers and mix kebab as they are just okay'ish.

Almost everything there gets re-fried and it's disgusting! I ordered a standard chicken fillet burger and was surprised on how quick it was made. However, after I took a bite it was one of the worst burgers I have ever eaten. They add so much salt to all their food including pizzas and burgers. Such ashame a good takeaway has gone downhill like this
