Didn't receive my order, no phone call nothing, avoid at all costs, I want my money back, I will be posting negative reviews everywhere, shocking service, should have known after reading previous reviews

Holy meatballs, Batman!! we've had a couple of pizzas from here and let me tell you, when the pizza feels hit, this place does not disappoint!! their food is absolutely delicious so far and piping hot! thanks folks

Food was cold usually it’s warm but cold tonight

order wasn't delivered. never showed up. guy on phone was abrupt and just lied by saying food was on the way when it clearly wasnt

Best mixed kebab I’ve ever eaten quality food

Food was not fresh at at all, lamb and chicken in the kebab was burnt, the wrap was hard😩 the fried chicken was the worst part the coating has zero flavour it was grainy from all the excessive flour and had this awful oily after taste! Not ordering from here again

Ordered a special kebab and a tikka kebab. Quality was generallyreally good. Only two things let it down - bottom half of the bread was all dripping wet and so soggy it was inedible, and although we both should have had chilli and garlic sauce we only got one of each. The meat and the wedges tasted really good though.

I always order from jimmy monkeys but I didn’t receive what I ordered and it was cold. I am not happy at all with my order. I will not be ordering again from there. I want a refund if anything I didn’t get what I ordered and paid good money for.

Ordered donor burger- the donor meat was like flesh, it was pink in the middle and white colour- then i came to google and saw other reviews and pictures and wish i looked before i ordered! The dog ate the food, i didnt ring to complain because i dont want any food sending i will never order here again

This is the worst food I’ve ever tasted in my life. We waited just under an hour for it to arrive and paid a fortune. The pizza is soggy which went through the box. I wouldn’t even give this one star but I’m going to have to just to be able to submit this comment. I appreciate this is quite far from my postcode however the food was awful.

We have been ordering from this place since 2023 and since November 2024. The service has been absolutely awful, we ordered the food at 1am and never arrived. We have rang them up and we tried to trace the order and they said to us “the driver has tried to contact you many times” I’m sorry but we had no miss calls from you! We have tried many times to contact this store and never answered us. They blocked our number so we couldn’t call the restaurant. Luckily with my bank I got immediately refund. We ordered food tonight and I’m telling you now that the food tasted like cardboard.

Horrible place I ordered £21.50 half peri peri chicken I have gotten a fillet burger with cheese on it complete order wrong and I’m allergic to cheese so I couldn’t eat it at all tried calling restaurant was closed rang the driver he said he will speak to owner I rang today to have my money back they said they will send me another order which I do not want anymore as I requested to speak to manger I got hanged up on never order from here rude disrespectful and un qualified people

Left it on the doorstep without knocking on ringing my doorbell. My CCTV confirms this. Food was cold but not stone-cold because I didn't know it was there. Fries were great! Like really really great! Doner meat was too salty but generally great. But missing jalapenos and pickles! Honestly I wouldn't have whined about delivery I'd actually got what I ordered. imagine having to eat a dober without chillies and pickles. 😭😭😭

According to the app, they delivered my order but I never received anything. They took my money and did not provide the goods, yet when I ask for a refund I don’t get the same amount back. This is disappointing

Hi just want to point out the food wasn’t bad but for the price it was awful and I appreciate that it was New Year’s Eve and they was busy and where we was but it’s no excuse for it to be an over an hour late which is shocking also I think what me and my mate paid was disgusting for the quality

I understand that is new years and it is high demand. This is the first review I am ever doing. We downloaded the app and the app still went AWOL on us, in the time we could've got the meal I could've cooked it myself and done a 24k run... I'm writing this message after ordering the food at 12:30 and its now 3am.. I'd prefer to be denied straight up then this treatment cheers lads 👍 pricks Got nowt

Food was 20 minutes late, food was stone cold, and kebab meat undercooked,the portion size for the price paid was ridiculous.

Absolutely shocking… food was very poor. I had a margarita 12” pizza and wow it was absolutely horrid. I’d not recommend this place to anyone. Even if it was the last place to order from on earth…. Not to mention it was over an hour late. I ordered at 12.48 am it told me an arrival time of 1.30am! It didn’t arrive while 2.38 am!

I was disappointed to have paid for a delivery which it did come to my address however the driver phoned me to come out and collect it from his car. This has never happened before when ordering on just eat they always come to my door

First time ordering from here and I can say it won't be the last. Got the Chubby Lover Meal Deal and it was amazing. all food was hot even delivering across sheffield and it was delicious. Burger was nice I would say get some sauce on it and the sauces I wish were a little bigger but overall it is worth it.

We ordered from this thinking with the prices it would be pretty good, we were so wrong the burger looked inedible and the chips I wouldn’t even call them cooked, please don’t trust those photos as it is the complete opposite!! plus to top it off the delivery was a long time too, Super disappointing!!

After being over an hour late the food was cold. The lamb very dry and doesn’t taste like lamb both pizzas was cold the chips was cold, dry and hard. The sauces one had burst open over all salad pots and other sauces. The cost was well over priced for what you get will never order again

The guy who answers the phone needs to have some manners every time you ring to order or chase an online order he gives attitude then hangs up like mate if you don’t know how to speak to people get some one trained who can deal with costumers

Placed order at 20.27. Food was meant to be delivered by 21.35 didn’t get delivered until 22.45. Not on. Also no updates from restaurant. I had to keep ringing to ask where food was, was told another 15mins this was at 21.44 I called back at 22.15 they said 5mins but came 30mins later. Food was cold was promised it to be hot. Chips were rubbery. And the delivery driver didn’t even send apologies for being late. Bad customer service on restaurant and drivers part.

was excited having read the reviews to order with an offer from Just eat. the food arrived and was warm at best not piping hot . sadly the hot, crispy chicken and crispy chips were not. the chicken was really greasy ,Luke warm some of the coating not cooked well, it's wasn't hot and crispy it was limp and like warm . the chips a plenty but again not a nice taste very greasy and floppy soft . we opted for the cheese cake but was only enough for two not four as we had bought the box for

Such a lovely place, the staff are so friendly. It's also open till 4am so it's amazing for night shifters! They gave me free ice-cream too !!🥰 I will definitely come back ❤️

The was good quality but a little bit expensive, more than I would usually be willing to pay. I have had the same quality for less but they are open until early morning, The Texas Garlic Mushroom had too much oil, it was dripping off the fork.
