Ordered on Uber Eats, said it was going to be delivered in 45 minutes, an hour and half passes, still not here. So I ring them and give them my address to ask where my order is because Uber eats is still telling me it’s on its way and the woman said it’s with the driver it shouldn’t be long, half an hour later it’s still not here, ring back. Give her my address again, they then told me they don’t deliver to my area, the woman said she had cancelled the order when it came through but whilst on the phone she cancelled the order. We waited 2 hours was told it was on the way and didn’t receive anything. 100% don’t reccomend.

Portion size to fit a toddler, wonderful Chinese wins this one for area hands down. Give it a miss not enough food for money. Taste average.

Delicious! This is my new favourite Chinese. Ordered a delivery on Sunday Night. Food arrived earlier than the expected delivery time. Everything was hot and fresh and every part of my order tasted amazing. Delivery driver was very professional too. Will definitely order from here again 👌

Ordere meal 6 pm monday , told 40 mins and i live 500 yards from it , it took over an hour and when it arrived was click cold and wrong order , phoned back and told extra would be sent out , hour later they phoned me stating driver couldnt find the address he had already been to , then this food came and was even colder ,, binned it all , absolute garbage shouldnt be trading , avoid it

Over 3 and half hours wait! Chow mein tasted funny sent wrong sauce stick to what you no and don't try here cos its dreadful! Eccelesfield or orient worse Chinese we have ever had such a let down!

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered online at 22.23 on 12th Oct and I chased order up @ 22.40 and the lady says ‘driver has just been sent out and should take 5-10mins...’. It’s currently 00.00am and still no show or call either. This is absurd! They should just close down because their customer service is less than 0 on a scale of 10. Anyone reading this I strongly advise you to look no further in buying from this shop. I haven’t tasted their food yet and I am certain it’ll be poor anyway seeing that their customer service is already a failure. If I had read previous reviews I would have had a big pass.

Ordered a meal at 8pm they said 1hour delivery which was fine waitwd till 9.30 called back they said my food was cold so sent a fresh one out with driver i waitied will 9.50 called back and asked if would get any discount as waiting so long the lady said next time. I would not recommend this place

This place is a total joke , ordered food at 7.30 on just eat and was told be with us about 9 , waited till 9.30 , took 7 atempts to get through to place at 9.40 to be told its with driver , at 10.05 still no food and now just eat says be with us 10.30 , phoned again and still told with driver , food finally arrived at 10.15 nearly 3 hours after ordering , food was bland , left most of it as had to wait to long , if they cant handle order they should inform you quicker and let just eat know Wont ever order from them again

Bland food, but I don't appreciate being lied to by your delivery driver. A £19 meal had £3 charges (£2.50 delivery, 50p service charge JustEat) total £22. Driver lied on arrival that I had the amount wrong and it was £22.60. I said twice I'm sure my amount of £22 was right? I felt bad that I got the amount wrong with it being cold outside, so gave him another £1. Now I don't care about 60p/ £1, it is the principal I care about. Being lied to, to my face, just to get extra money.

Ordered food at 5:20, got told a maximum arrival time of 40 minutes. Called 40 minutes ago, told the driver would be 5 minutes away. Only to hear just now he was only sent out 10 minutes ago. Left on the phone with no response, pure ignorance. Delivery driver is irresponsible as are all the customer service staff. Currently 6:51pm, just had the phone put down. Liars, irresponsible and disgusting. Do NOT go there. A shop run by all teenagers could give you better service then these people could!

Place an order for 2 box meals of beef curry and fried rice curry and rice and onion ring delivery come only 2 meals no rice and curry phone she said I didn't order that and I order 3 times week from there 15 to 20 pounds at time and get call a lier never ordering from again

Ordered hot and spicy tofu with rice and vegetable spring rolls. Food didn't take long and it was tasty. Loads and tofu and loads of vegetables packed into the box.

Terrible service. Ordered the food and was told it would be an hour . Rang 1 hour and 20 minutes later and was told it would be a further 15 minutes. Rang again 1 hour and 45 minutes after ordering as food still not arrived. I cancelled my order and went to dominoes instead!

Vile. Tasteless food. Never coming here again yuk yuk yuk. So disappointed I love Chinese food and this was so disappointing. Waste of money and food. Such a shame it's massacred and called a Chinese takeaway like this when there are people struggling to eat elsewhere. My dog wouldn't even eat it.

Great food, reasonable price. Paid £10.90 for a main course, rice, and spare ribs. All the food was of a high standard and still piping hot by the time I'd driven home. Ordered in person and the food was ready in less than 5 minutes at 11.30pm on a Saturday night which was impressive. Service was polite and quick.

Bbq sauce in the ribs was way too thick same consistency as gloss paint, chicken ball batter again too thick and under cooked. Tasteless salt n pepper chicken but you do get lots of it. Again tasteless noodles and a side of stale chips and soft crackers. Sorry but save your cash

We couldn't even complain it get the to send the correct order because the takeaway had closed early. we paid for items that we never got I don't really think that's fair takeaways need to take more time and care with people's food.

the prawn toast was over done too hard. The duck in the rice had fat in it with bits of trimmed feather on it. the egg fried rice was nice and the sweet and sour balls and prawn crackers too would order again but something different.

First of all DO NOT ORDER! Having been in the local area of Hong Kong house for the past 15 years the shop has had few owners over this time. The new management and there service fall far from the stantards I have become accustomed to. The shop should be renamed "The 3 P's" Piss poor service Piss poor attitude Piss poor value Having just finished a 12 hour shift in the week I didn't want a mountain of food, which would be the norm. So instead I chose a meal deal for 6.20. For this I got 4 sad prawn balls and a scoop full of rice. Sorry but that is not good value. Oh so as well as sending a disappointing amount of prawn balls instead of chicken. They also didn't send the sauce included. So I was left with a dry tray of fried rice a 4 battered ball. Never again!
