Duck in plum sauce covered in some other kind of disgusting gue. Egg fried rice very poor. special foo yung once again very poor. Gave most of this meal to the birds! Shan't be setting foot in this place again!!!

food arrived over 2 hours and 15 minutes after order was placed. then when food arrived it was cold. The "duck" used in the dish I believe was in fact PORK. I do not like pork and the entire dish was binned. rang up to ask where the order was and the staff were impolite and put the phone down on me. would ideally like a refund of some sort to compensate this poor experience, will not order from here again.

Everything was just ok- pretty bland - the won ton soup which was very watery- baked salt and pepper chicken - fresh- good size portion but lacked flavour. special chow mein was very plain and again not much flavour. I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

Big order. Got one wrong, but delivered early and food was excellent.

The starter Chicken Skewers in Satay Chicken were drowning in sauce. I could barely see the chicken & felt as if it was deliberately overwhelmed with sauce. The chicken when you could find it, was almost inedible. The dry chicken Chow Mein really was very “dry”! with no taste, with very little veg and the chicken pieces used were so obviously pre-packed sliced chicken. The salt and pepper chips were just oven chips with a few pieces of cut pepper too. And sadly within half an hour of eating, I am now still sat in a lot of pain & my tummy is gurgling. I did not eat much of the portion either. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I have to on this occasion; normally I go to a different place & I’ve never had a problem. I just really wish there was a way to obtain a refund, because right now, my tummy is not feeling very well at all! I’m sorry for such a negative review, but I won’t be ordering from here again.

I order from here frequently. Usually the food is lovely, piping hot and generally arrives in reasonable time. Today I ordered sweet and sour chicken, it was tasteless ??? No flavour at all? I had recommended this takeaway to someone last week who also had a poor experience and also said tasteless to which point I didn’t believe them due to how decent it normally is?? Is the usual chef on holiday please ?

Tried here as the reviews seemed really good but wasn’t for us. Chilli beef sauce was more like a tomato sauce not spicy at all, crispy noodles in sauce was horrible with slimy chicken, no free prawn crackers even though we spent £40. Salt and pepper chips were really nice and crispy and food arrived 30+ minutes early but wouldn’t go here again. Sorry!

The order was 10 minutes late, but that wasn’t a problem. The food was nicely presented and fresh, seemed quality and healthy and not overly salty and fatty like some takeaways.

Food was really nice food came early but only thing I would say is if the staff could write on the container lids what is in them saying which is what dish because we couldn’t tell so we ended up having abit of everything But food was really nice definitely going to go back for another meal would highly recommend it

Horrendous VILE customer service. Did not give me the order I asked for, called me a liar saying I ate the food when I clearly provided and took all the food back that I DID NOT order. Would not refund me full price. Food smelt bad. Should be shut down judging on previous reviews. Should not be aloud to speak to customers this way. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. No apology. Absolutely appalling vile people. Do not waste your money here.

I was quite disappointed, I have eaten from here before and it was great. The amount of food is also amazing, plenty of food for the 2 of us. However Friday evening, it was, to say the least, tasteless. So nobody went back for seconds and it has been wasted. And no free prawn crackers for an order over £30 Sorry!

The order was very early and the driver very friendly. I have been a customer of Wok This Way for 20 years and find the food delicious and well prepared. I love the Hot & Sour soup and the dry style chow mein is always in my order. I've tried most things on the menu and have never found anything wanting.

First try and wouldn't go back - ordered 7 dishes and only 1 was edible unfortunately, (the plainish salt and pepper chicken wings) the rest *about £30 of food* went in the bin :( Everything tasted 'off' and bitter and already feeling nauseous from what I tried I'm afraid.

Really really tasty, I espeically like Wok This Way's deep fried foods, the batter is amazing and the meat is always cooked just right, goes great with their super tasty sauces and egg fried rice.

Good food but not the right food. Chicken chow mein had no chicken in it lol. Chili beef was sweet and sour chicken. Duck was great and actually was duck but not shredded. Overall ok, feels like they just delivered any food they had in.

Food delivered very quickly. However, both rice and main dish only lukewarm and rice very hard and undercooked. What I ate of the main was tasty but spoiled by being almost cold.

First time ordering here. Loved the salt and pepper chips, we had a mixed starter that was nice too. We really disliked the Szechuan beef dish. It had a funny taste and smell, and for that reason I wouldn’t order from here again.

E.T.A. for food was 6.00pm. Received text that food was on it's way 5.54pm. Food arrived 6.04pm. Excellent. The meals were hot, well packed, good portions and very tasty especially the King Prawns. Will use the service again.

My partner ordered the beef with ginger and onions, which was terrible. The beef tasted and smelt off. We will not use this Chinese Take away again.

We ordered chicken fried rice and chicken with cashews. Nothing extravagant but unfortunately the chicken was slimy, tough and verging on inedible. Clearly the cheapest chicken is used. I rang to complain to the restaurant who said if I returned the food they would provide me with a refund. I’m doing this, I was told that as I’d eaten some of the food (which must sign in order to discover the chicken was dreadful) they wouldn’t refund it. Simply terrible service to match the disgusting food.
