New machines, on screen says faster and easier, must be for the staff as it is an absolutely awful experience for the customer. Slow and glitchy, way harder to order than just speaking to the sandwich maker as they assemble ypur sandwich.

Poorly customer service from the girl behind the counter and when she asked her colleagues if they could make a caramel iced coffee they sighed. The iced coffee it’s self was shocking and was cheaply done, nothing that could not have been done at home. I asked for two buns and one in a box and she just threw in the bun to the box. Then I asked if I could pay half cash and half card and she’s Replied with I do t have time for that as there was a slight que behind me.

Shocking customer service told 10min wait was 30min and only when I asked did they sort it out as was sat on the hot plate for 20mins due to there mistake of losing order slip no apology just bad attitude and cold food AVOID

Utter crap. Shame on KFC for allowing this standard of chicken to be served. Coating greasy and falling off. It seems KFC hq have just given up.

What an eye opener, 11 quid for one special chow mein !!!! That was a shock, i think its safe to say you've lost a once loyal customer. No takeaways worth that amount, especially when its burnt,fatty meat and greasy as hell. if you are sensible enough to see a rip off then kudos to you, to the pretentious liars saying 'amazing' or 'great deal' then please carry one being parted with your cash..........keep your overpriced muck.

terrible, apático comida de camarera de servicio incluso peor. Fuimos a celebrar una buena crítica de Evg de los padres. elección de los niños, Yo tenía dudas antes incluso fuimos. Olía muy quemado y grasienta. costillas estaban todas las grasas, underdone y completamente asqueroso. se quejaron de camarera y se reunió con el aspecto de bovvered de cara. cara basura que me dio indigestión. Sólo recomendaría a la gente que no le gusta.!!!!
