Utter crap. Shame on KFC for allowing this standard of chicken to be served. Coating greasy and falling off. It seems KFC hq have just given up.

Poor quality food. Badly managed staff. Long wait times. This is supposed to be fast food. 20 mins later I was still waiting. The food was of poor quality, tepid and lacking in quantity. The cost of living crisis is being passed onto the consumer by raising prices and reducing quality and quantity. Shame on you KFC

Arrived late at hotel so decided to just get a KFC. Resturant itself was nice enough and not too busy, but decided to take food away. Don't know why I bother, especially as there was a taco bell nearby. Ordered some sides of strips and wings and when I got back found I was missing some of each. On company expenses so could not be bothered to go back, but it seems to be a real trait of KFC that they can't count extras correctly. Love the chicken but never go to one if I am paying, not unless I am eating in as something is always wrong.

Ordered 2x might bucket for one to take out! Service was slow and not very friendly (no smiles). Once home, opened the bag and no chips in one of the meals ( don't really get many anyway) the drinks where in plastic cups where the lids didn't even fit properly, nearly spilt them all over the car on the way home. Only good thing the chicken was nice.

Dirtiest restaurant ever! Run out of lids for drinks! Spilt drink over food. Chicken pieces the smallest ever known! Tables and chairs and surfaces covered in greese or remnants of food. Pretty nasty !

Very poor hygiene standards, ghd dirty food was littered across three tables and the floor. It was there when we arrived and still there when we left some 20 minutes later. We used the app on the way in but nobody asked for proof and two teenagers walked in without masks. Food was average would not revisit.

Very disappointed with the service at this KFC. This is the second time I've gone to that store through the drive thru and on both occasions food has been missing from my order. The first visit we had a piece of chicken missing from a bargain bucket, and yesterday I ordered a mega box and the gravy was missing. I've tried to call the store several times to complain and everytime I call they don't answer. I understand that at times it's very busy and staff are under pressure but to keep making the same mistakes with customers orders is not acceptable. I'm really put off in going again.

Every bloody 2nd or third time i go there my order has some contents missing dispite me asking them have they checked it..also another problem i have been facing recently is the E.U workers there understanding of a situation or orders takes forever to understand plus the attitude is too much from them. Today i went again 3rd time this week and i was very very disgusted with there attitude also the size of portions they handed out definitly made this the last time im going to kfc a large portion should be a large not a bloody regular people i seriously would not recomend this place

I've been to KFC before, but this is the first time I'd been to this one. Service was pretty slow in store to be fair, but we weren't in a rush so I didn't mind. Once our order was taken the food was prepared in a fast manner. However, while we were sat eating our food, the manager on shift and a customer (overheard to work at a different KFC) were stood slating the company and how things had changed and they weren't surprised people were leaving. Also the dining area lady was just stood leaning on the counter instead of doing her job, not a pleasant thing to see. The food was good but the service wasn't brilliant.

Could this be the worst KFC ever? Went in on a Saturday lunchtime and found overflowing bins inside the restaurant, chips all over the floor and tables uncleared. One member of staff on the tills and a big queue with other team members smoking outside. We left(as did others) and went across the road to Taco bell

My partner works at the arena and so uses this restaurant frequently for his break and also brings back his family some food. Yesterday, (10/08/18) as I went to meet him from work, I had ordered a fillet box meal with gravy and a pepsi max at a regular size with no lettuce and add supercharger sauce to the burger. They literally added a tiny bit the size of a pea to the top of the burger bun. Disappointing! I also asked for a mini fillet burger with no lettuce which I paid for and never received!! Absolutely gutted to pay for something I didn't receive. Also, the service was shocking. They were talking and laughing among themselves, making people in line wait as drive thru was their priority, and they didn't even seem to notice what orders they were putting together. At first, they tried to give me the wrong order and insisted that it was mine, even when another woman was telling them it was hers. Then when they finally got to my RIGHT order, they put it on a tray when the screen clearly said to TAKE OUT. I am thoroughly disappointed with their service. I worked for nine months at another KFC establishment and I know the procedure and how to do things but this one takes the biscuit!!!

Nice bean burger, but very expensive for the size £13.00 for 2 still Hungary after eating it. a lot smaller than the plant base whopper. The bean burger isn't worth £6.50 its not worth the money

Ate here yesterday. Place needs shutting down. Restaurant filthy staff stood around like not my job. Fillet tower was more like make your own here's the ingredients in a box. Worse thing is it was not even busy disgusting place do not go
