KFC Sheffield - Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield

Tell you to come to the front of the queue to order only to then tell you you've got to order on the screen and get back in the queue that's now longer. Ridiculous.

Enjoyed the food here, shame about the female staff member I spoke to when asked about not receiving the dip we ordered and got the response "it'll be ok", what sort of response is that meant to be when I'm missing an item I ordered?

Very bad customer service. I went to Meadowhall with my kids yesterday. I ordered two meals, and with these meals, you had a side to choose, gravy or corn. They chose gravy, but after we found a place to sit, my kids saw two kids eating corn and decided to have corn instead of gravy. I went to the till to exchange the gravy for corn and was refused by the staff. My question is, since I already paid for it, why am I not allowed to exchange it? And here comes the funny part. After me, another customer with a different skin color came and had his exchange, but not mine! Is this discrimination?

The worst KFC in Sheffield. The staff are so miserable a smile costs nothing. You order your food on a large tablet thats blonked on top of the counter. Customer Service is dead. The chicken was so dry, we ordered a bottle of Pepsi with our order and they served it in two large cups, we wanted to take it home. The first and definitely the last time we eat from here.

Friendly service But very slow … No queues but wait is just too long.

The chips and gravy were fine.. chicken strips were only just cooked and were very sloppy but the burger was completely raw inside! Hardly even cooked at all 🤮 The servers however were very appologetic and kind in offering a refund.

Very worst customer service. They don't even know how to respect customers and how to deal with customers. Very Worst.I don't know how the hiring team selecting this type of employee.

Paid for 2 zinger duo deals and ordered extra fries to go with them. Did not receive one of the portions of extra fries. Also got no milk with the tea and huge chunk of inedible lettuce. Disappointed as have had good KFC's in recent experiences and the food was great. No receipts either so couldn't challenge them to prove what we had ordered.

I'm straight up honest.... I love KFC never had a problem with it.... until today! I love a good old boneless banquet, can't fault it... but today the chicken tasted like rubber, it did NOT taste like chicken it was nasty! Even the popcorn chicken didn't taste right, might as well put fried rubber erasers in instead 🤢. I will stick to going to the other stores in Sheffield but I weren't impressed! Tried this particular KfC some months ago and was disappointed. The chicken wasn't that great...I've tasted better at other branches. Service wasn't polite or friendly, but rather abrupt. The only thing going for it is the location...Meadowhall Oasis is a pleasant dining experience, especially when not crowded. You'd think KfC would pull out all the stops in a popular location like this, but no...it's subpar

Great service from Manager Anthony, and also from Syeda Gizela at Meadowhall kfc, i had problem with online order to collect, the payment went through, then got cancelled after i'd taken the order, so i went back to pay and Anthony said it was ok i didnt have to. He said Thanks for your honesty and hope you enjoyed your meal

Worst service ever. We have to beg for napkin, ketchup and mayo.

They have very rude staff. I ordered beans I have asked for fork or spoon they said they don’t have any. I changed beans with corn the staff threw the corn my tray. They can be busy but they can’t be rude.

This was a top restaurant to take out from, with all of the options clearly presented at the counter! There are plenty of kiosks available, the staff are welcoming and the service was fast. I had a delicious, fresh 3 pieces of Original Recipe Chicken with chips, accompanied by my choices of mayonnaise and ketchup from KFC sauces!

Quick service but when we tell them it takeaway there gave us bag and we have to put food ourself. No help, ignore us, Staff services disgusting this was in meadowhall, food not all that, would not recommend anyone go there.

The staff were rude, the self service is chaos and their hot drinks were cold despite charging you £2.19 for half a cup of cappuccino ! Never buy hot drinks from KFC, as well as that the chicken was over fried.

Visited today (07/12/22). Too crowded with the self service machines against the wall and the barrier really close. There were three machines free but someone was using the first one blocking the rest off due to the closeness of the barrier. Refused service at the till as I was paying by card. Luckily there were more machines at the till. The guy next to me who needed to pay by cash was completely ignored for around 10 minutes as the staff paid very little attention to people wanting to order and ended up walking off when they eventually got to him. They also need to put at least a little effort into customer service. You never know they might like it. Both wife and son commented the chicken didn’t taste nice and after trying some I agreed.

I love KFC but the only problem is it's getting way too expensive portion sizes are getting smaller and I just don't think it's a good direction

To be honest I have tried kfc meals earlier many times at other kfc but at this kfc, I had a bad experience, I was quite disappointed with the chicken meal. It wasn’t worth enough, awful taste of chicken, cold fries 🍟 and watery soft drink. I’m sure this would be my first and last meal at this place.

this particular kfc place is expensive and low quality. the gravey is on 2 step gravey and the tango is heavily watered down. I feel like they are more interested in profit than the customer.

Ordered through just eat and it took 2 hours to be delivered and when it did eventually turn up ,the food was cold and most of it missing. A colnel chicken was one drumstick ,one popcorn piece ,no coleslaw or salad and no chips . The max pepsi cans were orange tango full sugar - l am diabetic The chicken banquet was 2 wings ,a drumstick,2 popcorn pieces ,1/4 packet of chips laden with salt and a chilli dip. The price charged was *£19•78. For a cold ,incomplete or already part eaten so called meal. never will l have a kfc again or recommend them

Food was fine today. We had a filet tower burger and chips also popcorn chicken and chips it was just over £10. The only problem was I couldn't understand or hear a word the lady who served me said. She wore a mask and there are plastic screens on the counter, plus background noise made it impossible to decipher what she was saying.

I love KFC but today was not what I expected for them and I have never had this before. I understand it is busy but to hide items on the menu so people can't order then and then when I ask for the item I wanted which was a family feast the manager comes over and say sorry but because we don't have bottles of pop we can't offer you this but instead try to get me to buy a bargain bucket and then try and charge for the sides all separate so it would have cost more and then when she realised that I knew it would cost more the manager then trys to blame a young girl who had just started working there stating she did not know how to work the till yet. Sorry but if you are a manager then manage the staff don't just blame them help them.

Nice food....BUT SOOOOO SLOW. takes an age to order, then you wait and wait and wait and wait for your food. In the meantime, you could have visited any of the other outlets in Meadowhall and eaten and been on your way. If you really must have KFC, then get in your car and drive 5 mins to the branch at Canklow.

Me and my two grandchildren when to KFC Meadowhall queue for 40 minutes , a customer who had been served before me brought her chicken burger back because it had mayonnaise on and she wanted a plain burger ( this was the 3rd time she had brought it back ) the burger was unwrapped and the assistant looked at the burger to see it had got Mayo on it , she them wrapped it back up and put it back on the serving rack , the other assistant started to pick my order and gave me the burger that the other customer had brought back , I told her I didn’t want it and explained why and she didn’t believe me , it was only when another customer came to my defence as she had seen what had happened as well , I decided that I didn’t want my order and asked for a refund which I got . Will never eat there again ,

We usually go to KFC and enjoy it but in this branch I couldn’t find any KFC foods. I don’t recommend this branch and won’t go there again. The food was horrible and price was high. Poor services.

I worked there for a short time and was shocked to see that they actually never wash the fry baskets and they don't cover the fryers after closing so you know there's gonna be dead fly's in the oil and under the fry dump is disgusting grime plastered to the bottom of it like not been cleaned properly in years discussing place
