Very friendly staff, quality ingredients and very well presented meals, and also reasonably priced ... and dog friendly..... thank you and we will be back.
My wife and I visited after seeing a sign scribbled on a chalk board during the day. It's an innovative little pop-up based in the vaults under Scarborough Market Hall, where there are craft and vintage shops by day. Manned by owner Paul who is very knowledgeable and chatty, we were treated to some superbly kept wines in a quietly informal atmosphere. It's a far cry from the hoi-polloi and bustle of Scarborough drinking holes, and one which must be prized. Top work, we'll be back.
Visited on a miserably wet Sunday but was cheered up tremendously by a pot of beautifully fresh prawns and a crayfish, salad and lemon mayo sandwich which was made while I waited. Plenty of fresh filling in lovely soft brown bread. Cost a little of £7 for both. Made my day and will definitely visit again ☺️
Gran lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas y ver a todos pasar. Precioso café y gran variedad de bebidas. Cócteles y pizzas siempre populares. Personal encantador

We went to the sea front to get some traditional fish and chips and there wasn't much around that was reasonably priced or traditional (North Seafront) so we had a little drive and found Rennards. Did not look up to much from the outside but we all throughly enjoyed the food. Not a bite left. It was cooked fresh and the staff were very nice and friendly. Defiantly recommend! The prices were good too. 4 of us all together 3 had fish, all had drinks and it costs around £26.
A small, quirky cafe situated in one of Filey's station buildings which is very convenient for takeaway drinks & snacks if you're in a hurry to catch a train. We had the tasty full English breakfast which was great value at £6.50 and Yorkshire tea (£2.30). The menu is amazingly extensive for such a small enterprise but we felt that the home-made tray-bakes, though attractive in appearance, were quite expensive, in comparison. (£4.50+). The experience could have been made a 5-star one if the cafe had been made warmer on this cold, frosty morning & had some pleasant background music been put on to give customers a little more privacy whilst talking & eating.
Nipped in for sandwich and drink as just arrived to stay at the pub for a few days x
