Ocean Shellfish in Scarborough

Visited on a miserably wet Sunday but was cheered up tremendously by a pot of beautifully fresh prawns and a crayfish, salad and lemon mayo sandwich which was made while I waited. Plenty of fresh filling in lovely soft brown bread. Cost a little of £7 for both. Made my day and will definitely visit again ☺️

I think the title of this review says it all. The lobster sandwich was delicious and freshly prepared - very cheap in comparison to every where else around and absolutely delicious. I even asked before I bought whether or not it was real lobster as I was surprised that you could get a real lobster roll at such a cheap price. I really liked the homemade lemon mayonnaise. My only regret is that I only bought one sandwich. Excellent quality, excellent price and a nice surprise.

Split fresh oysters followed by lobster sandwiches for me and my sons, with change from £20. Absolutely superb, will be back tomorrow!

We stumbled upon this quaint little shellfish stall in Whitby. I had the lobster sandwich and my husband had a crab sandwich. Let me tell you,you will not find a better sandwich in Whitby. Both were freshly prepared while we watched,the lobster had homemade lemon mayonnaise on whole meal bread,the crab sandwich with salt,white pepper and vinegar. Excellent quality at excellent prices,see you again soon.

A great selection of cold sea food and shell fish. We had fantastic Oysters (3 for £4) and a seafood salad. Great to eat outdoors but beware of the Seagulls!
