Asked for a bacon roll with brown sauce, hot served a bacon roll with red sauce then brown over the top. Obvs knew they had made a mistake and tried to hide it. Roll went in the bin. Typical slap dash service from this food outlet.

When I was in here I kept getting nasty looks and side eyes from the manager that was working at the time, she didn't know me but she knew the person I was with which they use to have a relationship according the person I was with and I know it was at me as the person I was with went to the toilet, also on top of that the tables were sticky each one where I went too, personally don't appreciate getting those looks but the hygiene was poor like the staff were stood about and didn't even bother wiping tables felt like i had to wipe it myself with the napkins

As we were in store topping up our groceries it was convenient to call in the cafe. Couple of cappuccinos and a couple of cheese and hsms toasties served up promptly, efficiently and very tasty they were too. Nice friendly staff and a spacious and clean dining area.

I gave used this takeaway for years. I know everyone’s been moaning about it but I and my husband really fancied Chinese for tea I had it last month and it tasted Devine But last night I had my usual chicken rice and mushrooms in gravy and I found a hair in my rice which was over cooked and the mushrooms in gravy was disgusting mushrooms were not cooked and the gravy tasted like it was gravy granules

Absolutely perfect, soft chips and succulent chicken burger. 🍔 There must be new management or new chef. Would definitely recommend.

It’s such a shame as this cafe has a perfect location to stop in when visiting Richmond Park but it’s just so badly run. Over the winter they have no heating on so not a cosy pit stop in freezing temperatures. Too cold to take coat/ hat and gloves off! Customer service is terrible. Asked for avo toast but since it’s after 1130 they refuse the service it - even though they do an avo halloumi burger for lunch! No attempt by staff to even check with kitchen. Such poor customer service on another occasion when I just wanted a slightly different sandwich than on the list. Finally won’t take cash!! Too many negatives now so sadly won’t be back now.

Terrible food, standing at the counter you can see into the back, looks absolutely filthy and abhorrent, mark and avoid.

There is no subway here, does not exist, have asked the services and it is long gone, absolutely no sign of it whatsoever !!

Apparently a garlic bread comes with tomato.... I’m allergic to tomato but when I rang to complain I was told this is how garlic bread is served, no garlic bread automatically comes with tomato. And the delivery driver shouldn’t have his tiny kid delivering orders while he’s sitting on his mobile phone in the car.

This KFC is Terrible. The food is barely warm, the seating is filthy and items ordered were not available at collection. Avoid this one.

Must get here at 5am sharp for bakes or 11am for pizzas to get anything hot. Had 2 steak bakes at 5.20am today which were barely warm. Their shelves are just full of stone cold steak, chicken bakes which are sickly or stone cold pizzas with a very thick base little topping which I endup feeding the crows.
