Greggs in Richmondshire

Asked for a bacon roll with brown sauce, hot served a bacon roll with red sauce then brown over the top. Obvs knew they had made a mistake and tried to hide it. Roll went in the bin. Typical slap dash service from this food outlet.

Waited half an hour in queue on a Sunday morning for a bacon sandwich . Staff were awful - slow and one serving customers , two others going who knows what .in addition “Rolling eyes “ at customers who tell you their in a hurry is not service , it’s awful - attitude problem , management please note

Visited Greggs around 1430hrs 13/03/24 to buy a coffee. 2 staff were stood chatting. 1 stood picking her eyes came over to serve me ....I had to bite my tongue as I've had hygiene issues in Greggs before....I ordered a coffee and whilst the manager (on her badge)served me she dusted the machine hopper with her bare hand.....so I have now got a mixture of eye pickings and machine dust on the lid of my drink that I'm going to put my lips on .....Happy days eh? Is it possible to employ staff that actually care about hygiene?

A takeaway with a small eat-in area. Has good displays of sandwiches, wraps etc and a good range hot food in the way of sausage rolls and pasties.They also have an array of small cakes. There is also takeaway coffee.

Usually go to Greggs for lunch. There's always plenty to choose from, both hot and cold, healthy and not so healthy. They also serve the best coffee in town. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Slowest Greggs in NATO! staff are ridiculous 🙄 be quicker to go into catterick greggs than wait in this one!

Queuing much worse than it used to be. No sense of urgency among the serving staff. Even when there's a line of people waiting and just one person serving, the back-office people tend to drift in, hang around aimlessly, and then drift back to the kitchen. As often as not I give up and go to Mocha or Costa instead.

Always always a queue. Usually because a coffee machine has broken or lack of staff. Better off going next door to Taylor’s.

The food was okay. The staff did not seem happy to be there, but it was busy.

The shop is much bigger now and never had a problem until now. Found a real finger nail sitting on one of the packed boxed yum yums. Absolutely disgusting I had to throw them all away. Not sure if they are packed somewhere else but it’s put me off buying cakes from there!

Three people allowed in shop at any one time. Small but has all of the main products from sandwiches to stake bake. Limited cakes but I presume most people just want a bite to eat staff are friendly and service with a masked smile. Product not burnt like I've had in a few other places..so much for my diet

Handy to use if in centre and wish to have a take out hot drink without having to pay inflated prices. Always have a good selections of items to chose from at reasonable prices. Place is clean and staff are very polite and friendly to everyone, unlike other branches who show no emotion or engagement in what they do.

Just like every other Gregg's, one gripe why when you pay vat for hot food is it cold half the time???

Always a lovely experience awaits you at greggs. I buy off my app, it's so easy. In my opinion they sell the best lattes and sausage rolls going.
