The pasta was lovely and amazing service but there was literally no sauce to the point I couldn’t taste it :( was very disappointed as i’d been so excited to try!

Salió al mercado de Leeds a pasear y esperando buena comida. Y lo encontramos. No queriendo perdernos todos los gustos diferentes optamos por compartir el tofu picante banh - mi con toda la bondad vegetariana. El pan estaba caliente y recién horneado, los sabores funcionaban muy bien sin que nada dominara a la otra. Si volvemos por ahí, lo intentaremos de nuevo.

Excellent delicious food as always

As my birthday was approaching my dad who suffers with dementia offered to take me out for birthday lunch. We wanted something a little nicer than a pub lunch so visited M&C in Horsforth. I honestly wish we hadn’t. When we arrived it took a good 5/10 minutes for anyone to come seat us, my dad actually asked if it was even open, I began ringing the number online but then someone appeared to seat us. We ordered & to say there were only 3 tables in the restaurant we waited a very long time before our food arrived but I was anticipating it would be worth the wait. Both steaks were smaller than what you’d get elsewhere & both tasteless, the chips had been fried several times to the point some were so hard they were inedible, the onion were absolutely awful it had the texture of plastic - I honestly think the onion had been left out on the worktop for a few days, it really wasn’t nice & absolutely not fresh. The blue cheese sauce tasted nothing like blue cheese. The mayonnaise was absolutely awful, tasted so cheap. I can’t believe a “steak house” can serve food like this, I’ve honestly had better steaks from pubs. Such a shame because I’ve visited other M&C’s & they’ve been spot on. Huge let down, I don’t think I’d even return for free!

Went with two friends for a meal. The food was stunning! Wish we tried one of the sharing board so will definitely be back for them. I got the nduja ravioli and it was gorgeous. Cocktails were fabulous, easily one of my fave espresso martinis in Leeds. The cannoli dessert was lush! Would go back for it again also!

Acabo de ir aquí hoy para la cena mi esposa lo reservó para mi cumpleaños y puedo decir lo que una experiencia gastronómica completamente diferente servicio excepcional y excelente comida y para colmo todo el personal me sacó un postre de cumpleaños y cantó feliz cumpleaños recomendaría a cualquiera

Trabajé en Poco durante un par de meses en la tienda Headingley y disfruté de mi tiempo trabajando allí. La comida es excelente, hecha fresca por chefs que se preocupan por la comida que están haciendo. Hay una gran selección de postres y cosas saladas, cambiando semanalmente, lo cual es genial si quieres variedad en lo que estás recibiendo. Mis favoritos fueron los Calzones y los Arancini (¡tanto los sabores como las opciones vegetarianas son geniales!). Los desiertos son deliciosos y muy variados, así que hay mucho para elegir. La crema fresca Bomboloni, o pistacho Aragastina o Cannoli son mis favoritas. Pero todo es delicioso y vale la pena probarlo. Trabajar allí fue bueno. Detrás de escena hay mucho que hacer de gente trabajadora que quiere traer una porción de la cultura alimentaria siciliana a Leeds. Bruno, gerente de la sucursal de Headingley, es un tipo maravilloso que se preocupa profundamente por su herencia siciliana y proporciona a los demás una experiencia gastronómica que refleja la alegría y el deleite de la cultura gastronómica que experimentó al crecer en Italia. Es un gran tipo que siempre está abierto a hablar de los productos que se ofrecen y cualquier relacionado con la cultura italiana, haciéndolo con gran pasión. Un gran lugar para trabajar y visitar, lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Food menu is good, reasonably priced, with a nut free kitchen and a lot of gluten free options. Sadly the speed of service was totally opposite, a 45 min wait for orders to be taken, and then the wait for simple sandwiches ordered was about the same again. Really let the entire place down badly.

Really authentic Vietnamese flavours and ingredients were all fresh. Service was fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend it to any fans of Vietnamese food as this is the real deal!
