German Doner Kebab in Leeds

Really enjoyed my lunch today at GDK kirkstall. Looked after by Sindiya who checked on us during our meal. Top job guys

After staying in Leeds Children's Hospital for 3 months, we have tried pretty much every take away going. This is THE worst experience to date. They managed to get the entire order (2 items) completely messed up & ice cold. Feels like we've been robbed. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Truly one of the worst restaurants I been to completely dirty with no gloves, got the order wrong and cold after waiting for 13 minutes. Stuff are completely useless and have no knowledge of their menu nor there app, completely waste of time and money

German Shwarma Kebab… Farjana was the best part, she’s great, sorted out our food and was very smiley.

Friendly staff, simple menu (not too many items). Plenty of seating available. The OG kebab was spot-on. Packed with meat and salad in perfect quantities. The bread holding the kebab tasted as though it had been toasted slightly, this made it a perfect match for the filling. The bread stays intact unlike many kebabs where the bread becomes soggy and makes eating them a messy job. The kebab meat was nicely flavoured, not oily and had been cut up fine. I'll definitely be visiting again . I recommend giving this place a try

I used to enjoy this place, but the service has really declined. The staff got my order wrong, and there was no apology. When I asked for extra sauce, they refused to provide it. I won’t be returning to this branch, at least not anytime soon."

Some of the items ordered were cold, but once communicated to staff, were appropriately replaced.

Food was amazing like always. Was also served by SHRESTHA who was so pleasant and welcoming

Must try place ,great food ,good staff service. Yesterday was there for the first time and their staff named Farsim was good enough.

Delivery times was fine, but the kebab bread was heavily burnt to the point where it was like a crisp and and dark brown and the chips were stone cold

GDK in Cardigan field is the perfect place for a quick midnight bite. It’s super clean, with an amazing seating areas. The staff is helpful and fast to deliver. They also do 15% off for students which is always a plus.

Not good portion against other branches is very poor.

Food that has been served was amazing as well as staffs, particularly, the manager, were really friendly, cooperative and lovely approaches and attitude I saw. An interior decoration and atmosphere was fantastic, visional and fanciful.

Bhagya and the manager were both excellent. They helped me work out using the gdk which isn't the best. But the service was 10/10 thanks!

Just ordered a takeaway from this branch (doner wrap and 2 x boxes with with fries). It was extremely salty. Never had such salty food before. Kids didn't eat their boxes, which had to be binned and the roll was only slightly edible due to other stuff (e.g. salad) in it. Very poor quality doner from this branch of GDK

I am extremely disappointed to see my food is never delivered and if it’s delivered the toppings that I want is not putted into my food. It’s the second time my food is being stolen when the tracking app says it was delivered. Awful customer service

I ordered 1 time, 3 products arrived 15 minutes apart, each of my children ate in turn. The girl at the cashier was very nervous, the service was unpretentious, I don't recommend it, even though the restaurant was empty, I waited a long time. And very high prices

First time at GDK 10/08 very helpful staff member Elisha explained the menu, helped us to order and brought our food to the table. Really enjoyed our food and will definitely be going back.

I ordered a gym box with a double portion of beef. I received a double portion of salad, but there was very little meat for the price. I am a bit dissatisfied

GDK had been on my to try list for a bit, and decided to grab one. It didn't disappoint. Plenty of meat for a doner kebab, and nice toasted pitta bread with tasty salad/garnish etc. Decent value for money in my view. Give it a try if you like a kebab.

The food was absolutely great, but the service is what made it exceptional. It was my first time here and I accidentally ordered garlic and yogurt. I told Bhagya that I made a mistake and she was super understanding and accommodating, making me a new order without garlic and yogurt straight away. Can’t ask for more really. I used to order from I am doner in Headingley but this is for sure my new go to place. Thanks again to her and everyone who could have dismissed me but made sure I left satisfied.

Absolutely not worth the price. Food was fine, nothing special. Presentation was rubbish. You're paying £20 with service charges etc, for your food to be thrown in a bag. When ordering, its advertised as a whole box. All in all, I wouldn't waste your money. You can get cheaper food for the same quality at any kebab shop.

Amazing service by Atharva. Went out of his way for us and so pleasant. Definitely a Star employee and great person. Food was also spot on.
