German Doner Kebab in Leeds

Visited gdk in cardigan fields leeds ordrred donner rice Meal deal offer for 8.50 you get no fries just a drink and get charged £1.50 extra hows that a meal deal . I call it Deception cos a meal deal can't be adding just a drink

First and last visit. Waited 15 mins for 2 Kebabs. 5C outside, 2C Inside with air-conditioning on full. Dirty table. Kebab was over priced, poor quality and cold. Was sick when got home (and am never sick). Will stick to the local kebab shop. Would not recommend and will not be back. Shame as been going on about trying that out for months.

First time using GDK Kirkstall Road, Leeds. Food was hot, tasty and quick to be served. Appreciation goes to Farjana for helping with our query. Will be back again.

They should rename it to german salad. I basically got a salad sanwich with 2g of doner. Not impressed

The food was cold and not much. I paid for extra sauces and didn't get them. I went once and I don't think I'll come back.

First time visiting, nice food 👌

i have visit the store today with my family, the experience was very disappointing, we been wait for 30 min for our food, after 30 min my wife went to ask one of the team members how long it’s gonna be for our order, the lady at the counter said in few min cause its a big order, ( 5 doner boxes) , in the meantime all other customers witch come in after us were served with the food! the 10 min later i went to ask to speak with a manager who told me he apologise for this but they lost our order and he will maje sure the order is gonna be done in 5 min!

Arrived at around 7pm prior to a cinema screening. Ordered 2 meals at the self-service booth and received a receipt. After 25 minutes, my partner and I were approached by a member of staff asking if we had ordered. After telling him our order number, we were presented with a singular chicken kebab, which neither of us had ordered. As my partner was at the desk following this up, two male employees came to the table asking me various questions and being rather aggressive. I called my partner over to help me and the staff insisted that I ordered at the desk and paid again, though they were less unkind when my boyfriend appeared. Under pressure, I ordered and paid a second time as they insisted that they had not received my order. When the food arrived, it was drier than a flip flop, tasteless and was further soured by the staff laughing at me behind the counter. Would not recommend, especially if you are a young woman. A very uncomfortable experience. Currently writing this in the cinema and will be going to McDonald’s afterwards.

I previously gave this place five stars but now only giving 1 star following poor service last night. I brought 4 adults and 2 children and we ordered at least £50 worth of food for dining in. Unfortunately we didn't realise the wraps were contained in sesame seed buns and one of us was allergic to sesame. We politely asked if the one sesame wrap (worth a max £5) can be changed for a burger wrap with no sesame but they refused and gave the poor excuse that we ordered from the computer screen at the front. The experience left us disappointed due to poor service levels despite coming here regularly. Won't be back again. Be warned if you have a nut allergy too!

Missing large curry fries, yoghurt signature pot, water.

I'm trying not to write negative reviews, but this was a really poor culinary experience. The food was bland, soggy, and unseasoned. I've been looking forward to trying GDK since it opened. For £48 for 4 small kebabs, I'm afraid this will be a one-time only experience. The only positives were the can of Coca-Cola and the Feddos in the kids' box (that were served on a tray rather than a box). Sorry, but it's not recommended by us...

food was okay but expected more for the price of it. The original girl who brought our food over told us which wrap was which, but she was wrong and i ended up taking a bit out of my boyfriends, which was covered in sauce i am intolerant to. The service however was fantastic, Toufiq is incredible and deserves recognition for that, very attentive and helpful. just a shame that the food is more expensive than it should be

Visited Cardigan Fields Leeds on a Saturday at 12.30pm. Not many people in, so atmosphere only 3. Never been to a GDK before. I had the Doritos burger, hubby had a Boss Box. Really enjoyed it, very tasty food in great combos, well priced. Priya was very friendly and helpful. Got two free spring rolls when being asked to do the survey but would have rated highly anyway! Will definitely visit again.

The German Kebab was delicious, served lovely and hot in tasty crispy bread. The only thing that let it down was the woefully small pots of garlic sauce! Only one was standard and tbh 3 were needed for the generous sized Kebab.

The delivery arrived when it was predicted however the updates were irregular and the food was cold and the order was not as it was supposed to be

Pre cinema meal and thoroughly enjoyed it.There were 6 in our group and all the food came out quickly and pretty much together. Will definitely return.
