Exceptional service, always fresh food and polite staff! Frequently visiting this place during my lunch break and never had issues. Special thanks to Sindija!

I went cardigan field with my family. ordered keban wrap and we enjoyed the food as well it was so lovely and the staff very friendly

This place is worth visiting. The food is good and we were very satisfied about the service. Farjana was very polite and friendly!

I have been a long time fan of this place, so it was a shock when I came in today and my presence felt unwelcome, food was as good as it always is, but the server made me feel like it was a chore to serve me my food, the whole restaurant as a whole feels like it doesn’t want customers in. Chilli cheese bites were burnt on the bottom, which didn’t help. Sadly I can’t see myself returning anytime soon

They said buy one get one free but when food arrived there was only 1 portion and the boss box was without a box just thrown in a bag, and people on the phone very unhelpful and removed the offer

Good place with nice music. Farjana was kind and helpful with the order. Food was tasty and portions are good size. Recommend to go for a quick meal.

It was nice experience. Ordered so many things for the first time. And it was good. Members of Staff were not that much energetic or interested in serving customer. A lovely girl called 'Farjana' was very nice and welcoming. She served with good and genuine gesture. Parking space was good. All over decent to good experience.

Delivery took 25 minutes (staring from picking up moment, after 50 mins preparing time) instead of 6 minutes because the driver was driving around (probably he was using another delivery app at the same time). Cold food, bad experience

Food was really nice. Wasn’t too busy but we still had a short walk. Was sunny when we went but there wasn’t any seating outside like there was with all the other food outlets. Plenty of parking.

Please clean your toilets. It put me off my food. I could smell the urine from my seat. The food was average anyway and the smell of urine in them awful toilets made it unbearable!

Came here today with my mother, and it was a delightful experience. Sindi who served us was very polite, friendly and efficient. Food was outstanding as always. Will definitely reccomend to family and friends.

all food is cold upon arrival, bottom of food bag has spillage from another persons order, want refund. the food is hard and cold. especially the bread and the hash brown bites. the dough ball bites are meant to be cooked but look and feel frozen

Visited gdk in cardigan fields leeds ordrred donner rice Meal deal offer for 8.50 you get no fries just a drink and get charged £1.50 extra hows that a meal deal . I call it Deception cos a meal deal can't be adding just a drink

Food was cold and soggy, disappointed

First and last visit. Waited 15 mins for 2 Kebabs. 5C outside, 2C Inside with air-conditioning on full. Dirty table. Kebab was over priced, poor quality and cold. Was sick when got home (and am never sick). Will stick to the local kebab shop. Would not recommend and will not be back. Shame as been going on about trying that out for months.

First time ordering from here. The place is literally 5mins from my house. Delivery was on time but the food was cold. Ordered beef and got sent chicken small overpriced food. Avoid

First time using GDK Kirkstall Road, Leeds. Food was hot, tasty and quick to be served. Appreciation goes to Farjana for helping with our query. Will be back again.

They should rename it to german salad. I basically got a salad sanwich with 2g of doner. Not impressed

cold food small amount of kebab and small amount of chips not much. Cheese on the chips ask for salad didn't get much had to put it in the food oven when got delivered, not very happy.

The food was cold and not much. I paid for extra sauces and didn't get them. I went once and I don't think I'll come back.

i have visit the store today with my family, the experience was very disappointing, we been wait for 30 min for our food, after 30 min my wife went to ask one of the team members how long it’s gonna be for our order, the lady at the counter said in few min cause its a big order, ( 5 doner boxes) , in the meantime all other customers witch come in after us were served with the food! the 10 min later i went to ask to speak with a manager who told me he apologise for this but they lost our order and he will maje sure the order is gonna be done in 5 min!

I like the food, the price is a bit much usually but mad Jan is a good deal. The staff are friendly and fast, Farjana sorted me out quickly and with a smile 😃

Arrived at around 7pm prior to a cinema screening. Ordered 2 meals at the self-service booth and received a receipt. After 25 minutes, my partner and I were approached by a member of staff asking if we had ordered. After telling him our order number, we were presented with a singular chicken kebab, which neither of us had ordered. As my partner was at the desk following this up, two male employees came to the table asking me various questions and being rather aggressive. I called my partner over to help me and the staff insisted that I ordered at the desk and paid again, though they were less unkind when my boyfriend appeared. Under pressure, I ordered and paid a second time as they insisted that they had not received my order. When the food arrived, it was drier than a flip flop, tasteless and was further soured by the staff laughing at me behind the counter. Would not recommend, especially if you are a young woman. A very uncomfortable experience. Currently writing this in the cinema and will be going to McDonald’s afterwards.

I previously gave this place five stars but now only giving 1 star following poor service last night. I brought 4 adults and 2 children and we ordered at least £50 worth of food for dining in. Unfortunately we didn't realise the wraps were contained in sesame seed buns and one of us was allergic to sesame. We politely asked if the one sesame wrap (worth a max £5) can be changed for a burger wrap with no sesame but they refused and gave the poor excuse that we ordered from the computer screen at the front. The experience left us disappointed due to poor service levels despite coming here regularly. Won't be back again. Be warned if you have a nut allergy too!
