The best restaurants in Leeds Yorkshire and The Humber

Was just passing through Leeds and even though it was approaching closing time I received a warm Leeds welcome, a nice change from some other Prets I've been in!

Having recently been acquired by North, who usually start from scratch, I assume Alley Cats is currently still in transition. They have North Bar beers, but a thin selection of spirits, and the decor is as before. When we visited last night, the barman was so drunk, he was staggering about all over the place, glass in hand, unable to properly pour a pint, and talking the sort of ridiculous drivel that only makes sense to the severely inebriated. It's a very small bar, and he turned into something of a 'turn', though not very enjoyable to watch, as he tripped about the place, even losing his phone at one point. It's card only, so I need to check how much the idiot charged me! One pint was definitely enough, but hopefully North can do something with the place.

A popular cafe opposite the Parkinson Steps of Leeds University. Coffee is good, service pleasant, gets quite busy.

Visité Benugo para el almuerzo. No decepcionado ya que la selección de bocadillos ha sido buena. Había fumado sándwich de salmón con capuchino. El café es fantástico. Volveré seguro.

Absolutely awful. Really gone down hill over the last few years, used to be lovely but unfortunately standards and hygiene has gone down hill rapidly!

Ayer mi esposa y yo tuvimos el placer de disfrutar de un delicioso helado con crepé y exquisito café tardío en Victoria. También nos encantó la atención de Rahi, era muy amable.

For someone who eats out at least once per day (don’t judge), this is the best food I’ve eaten in 2023 anywhere in the world, and it’s on my doorstep! Fantastic food, charming venue & a fantastic host & chef. Great for eating if you’re on the go, yet quaint & welcoming enough, you can just spend time relaxing with your food. Different portion sizes available & also vegetarian friendly if that’s what you need. Can’t rate the place highly enough!

Me encantó venir aquí por un sándwich y café, pero me decepcionó que le permitieras a la gente comer alimentos comprados en otros lugares para usar tus mesas exteriores y los clientes genuinos no puedan sentarse. El joven que trabaja allí dijo que está bien hacer esto

Mi primera y mi visita y mi última visita visita, tetera cara de té £ 2 , 30 p. Sólo en efectivo, obviamente no les gusta pagar ningún impuesto. Muchos otros lugares para desayunar y mucho más barato.

Personal extremadamente poco profesional. ¡Rudo y desconsiderado por no mencionar cómo se presentan a sí mismos considerando que están tratando con comida! ! ! ¡Evítalo a toda costa en vez de encontrar una furgoneta de helados!
