For someone who eats out at least once per day (don’t judge), this is the best food I’ve eaten in 2023 anywhere in the world, and it’s on my doorstep! Fantastic food, charming venue & a fantastic host & chef. Great for eating if you’re on the go, yet quaint & welcoming enough, you can just spend time relaxing with your food. Different portion sizes available & also vegetarian friendly if that’s what you need. Can’t rate the place highly enough!

My friend and I drove from Scarborough (130 miles round trip) for lunch and shisha. It's not the first time we've done this and we're looking forward to our next trip. My friend is Lebanese and the food here is consistently good and a taste of home for her. The shisha is as good as any I've ever had abroad and they have a good variety of flavours to choose from. This trip we arrived at an inconvenient time while they were repainting, however we were welcomed with open arms, pampered and treated as family. I don't believe any other establishment would do this! I can't recommend them highly enough for not just their amazing hospitality but also great food, shisha all set in a relaxing, authentic mediterranean setting. If you're looking for great food for lunch or dinner or a good night out and maybe something a little different this is a true jewel tucked away in the heart of Leeds city centre.

We visited this evening, spent a lovely couple of hours sat outside. Staff were attentive, shisha was lovely and prices were very reasonable. We will be visiting again!

We were looking for a light, snack type meal before a night out but were unsure what we fancied. We spotted the outside tables behind the corn exchange and saw a blackboard advertising a chicken Schwarma box for £7.50. I popped inside to find quite a substantial menu of eastern Mediterranean dishes. We opted for the Schwarma box to share and it was served on a plate. Nice spicy chicken, hummus, stuffed vine leaves, mushrooms and many other tasty delicacies. Perfect for what we wanted and we really enjoyed it. I told the friendly owner I’d give him a good review so here it is!

We visited Kadas after a concert on Friday night and fancied a late night feast, the atmosphere was relaxing and the kebab was beautiful and very authentic. However, the main thing we will remember from Kadas is how kind and helpful the owner was to us. We wasnt having much luck finding a taxi near by and the owner went out of his way ring and hunt down a taxi for us, even braving the storm outside. I can't reccomend this place more, will definitely visiting again! Thanks.

Always been a good pub but was quiet when I was there a few months ago. However this time it was packed and had great live music (ok, it was my band: I'm a bit biased!). Great selection of cask ales and friendly crowd.

I uses Ibis when I just need a basic clean comfortable 1-2 night stay in a city. But in this hotel, at least in my room, that standard has fallen. Shower was leaking, toilet seat was loose, curtains were dirty with stains, so was the kettle. It is just lack of care and attention.

Used to be lovely but new owners don’t have a clue. Whilst the food is okay, everything else has gone down hill. Menu wise I’d suggest you advertise a quiche as a quiche, not a tart. You don’t stand a chance of hearing your party, the acoustics are shocking. As for the clientele it’s full of screaming and I mean screaming brats. So if you fancied a nice relaxing lunch with friends, I’d suggest somewhere else because it won’t happen. And the owners don’t care, that’s the sad part. Perhaps you need to advertise that you are more of a crèche than an overpriced cafe.
