Ayer mi esposa y yo tuvimos el placer de disfrutar de un delicioso helado con crepé y exquisito café tardío en Victoria. También nos encantó la atención de Rahi, era muy amable.

Very disappointing. Very pricy for the quality & amount of ice cream. My daughter got 2 very small scoops if ice cream with her very average waffle which looked a little hideous to the honest. The ice cream was of average mass produced quality & nothing special. The rose effect is a novelty but thats it. The flavours were a little lacklustre. A real disappointment as I was really looking forward to a good quality ice cream.

One star as I can't post a zero star. Most racist experience I have had for a long time, took my friend who is in a wheelchair to this place and took him to where the ice cream counter is so that I could explain to him what flavours there were as he has problems with his vision. The female serving the queue left her post to come over and tell me that there was a queue and I wasn't in it, I told her I knew and that we were just choosing before we joined the queue at this point she said you can't stand there as there people in the queue who need to make there choices first! I just cant see the logic in this at all apart from that all the other people were white and we weren't; we had jumped the queue nor were we obstructing the whole counter. Left the counter very angry you can stuff your ice cream

We were after an ice cream and having seen a stall nearby that was serving cones without using gloves and whilst handling cash, we headed to Amorino, as I had seen it whilst we were in the centre going to John Lewis. Whilst there is a little wait whilst they create their masterpieces it is well worth waiting for. A salted caramel cornet flower and a tub with salted caramel and mango - the latter may sound strange but the wife wanted the mango as well after she tried a little. She wasn't sure what to have and the girl serving recommended it and gave her a taster. I must say I tried a little and it was superb, not too sweet, but full of flavour. Can't fault the gelato, the staff nor the hygiene. Superb! They also do coffee.

We visited on Sunday 25/4/21 around 1200. The ice cream quality as always amazing. Customer service is variable especially when the staff are local. During my visit, i have challenged the quantity in my cup so they suggested to weight and it was under . We love this ice cream and we hope for the business to flourish as it is the only shop that meets our taste. I have decided not to buy in the future if I visit again as staff not being professional trained and not polite. I hope management will take a notice.When we visit london branches , almost all staff are nice and accommodating rather than challenging customers. Smile will make a difference!
