First of all, when I arrived at the take away to pick up my food, it looked like a deserted place. The outside of the building was like a dirty old deserted place. There was a box of fried rice pour out on the floor next to the takeaway. I should have known it was a sign of things to come. The food was make very quickly. I ordered chicken spring rolls( nice, hot, fresh) Aromatic duck( very dry, tasteless, cold, as if it’s been sitting there for hours, the pancakes was thick and the spring onions and cucumbers was very little compared to portion of aromatic duck. There was nothing aromatic about that duck. I wasted petrol to go back and got a refund) The chow mien was ok but the taste was mild. It needed a bit more seasoning. Same with the fried rice. The rice tasted dry and needed sauce They took my feed back well and as I said gave me a refund for the aromatic duck only even though they should have done more for my inconvenience Overall, I will not be ordering from there again. It was my first time and it will be my last

Bought a family apple pie for tea which was inedible, the person who made it had used salt instead of sugar. Took the pie back to the shop the next morning, staff were not too bothered & offered a replacement pie that had been made the day before as they had no fresh product. Bad experience all round.

There’s so many types of burger houses nowadays, when it used to be just Wimpey, Burger King and Maccas. I really glad there is now more choice, and being able to go that next level , and get a knife and folk if you so desire. Great service, great burgers, and a great atmosphere at Handmade Burger Co, Leeds. Worth a visit.

Vinimos aquí cuando hubo un evento en la arena, estuvo más ocupado de lo normal, pero esto no habría sido una sorpresa para ellos. Con esto en mente, dejamos mucho tiempo para la comida, que fue un buen trabajo! Tardaron poco menos de media hora en llegar nuestras bebidas, y cuando lo hicieron se quedaron sin copas de vino así que tuve que beber vino de una copa de agua. El camarero se disculpó mucho por esto y explicó por qué. La comida era agradable, aunque los ravioles de langosta eran bastante pequeños, así que me fui todavía con hambre. Tardamos otros 15 minutos en limpiar nuestros platos sucios y aunque hubiera pedido el postre, no nos arriesgamos ya que queríamos llegar al espectáculo a tiempo. Vinimos a Prezzo, ya que hacen un menú variado sin gluten y han sido un montón de veces en el pasado sin quejas. Desafortunadamente, en resumen, nos sentimos bastante ignorados todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí. No volveremos.

Apareció durante un paseo de invierno. Un encantador Country Pub, con una cálida bienvenidaq, comida de calidad a un precio más que razonable. Sin duda recomendable 👌

Necesito ser honesto sobre la entrega. Seleccionas una hora que obviamente no significa nada, ya que la entrega fue hasta una hora tarde. Necesita clasificación.

Este es mi pub local. Llevan 10 días sin cerveza de barril. Esto no es un hecho inusual, ya que a menudo se quedan sin cerveza de barril el domingo y no tienen más hasta el miércoles siguiente. Por qué se permite que esta situación continúe semana tras semana está más allá de mi comprensión. Desearía que el pub o la cervecería se pusieran de acuerdo y garantizaran que siempre hay cerveza de barril en oferta.

Awful experience. Order hadn’t been put through when they said it had. Rather than apologise, they were very rude to me on the phone, and spoke to me really badly. Will be avoiding this takeaway.
