Cooplands in Leeds

Bought chicken mayo and bacon sandwiches for unexpected visitors. All said best sandwich they've had in a long time. The sandwiches were freshly made for us by very friendly staff. So lucky they were open on Sundays.

Bought a family apple pie for tea which was inedible, the person who made it had used salt instead of sugar. Took the pie back to the shop the next morning, staff were not too bothered & offered a replacement pie that had been made the day before as they had no fresh product. Bad experience all round.

How is this place still open ! The bread was stale and my bun didn’t taste fresh the service was shocking and it’s expensive . Wow the directors really need to look at the state of there business . Food went in the bin :(

Don't question me. This is by far the best bakery in all of mankind. AND NO ONE TELL ME OTHERWISE OR ILL HIT WHOEVER DISAGREES WITH A FRYING PAN

Great place for a snack staff are courteous and polite if you are same with them. My dog gives them 5 🐾 too

Very disappointe has to be the worst cooplands in Leeds. Never any selection with baked products unless you like cheese straws and sausage rolls every time. Ordered a sandwich to which the chap pulled a scabby sandwich out of the fridge that I’m guessing had been there all day with the state it was in. To then add chicken to it to make up the order. What makes this better is the chap appeared to be some sort of area manager as he was not dressed in a uniform and seemed to be running the show. I’ve been going in there for 20 years and the place just gets worse and worse

Tasty fresh treats , sweet and savoury Amazing , helpful and very friendly staff. Special mention for ‘Joe’ , staff member who ensures customer satisfaction . Well done

Not consistent service. Stale bread with breakfast sandwich. Picked up a couple of bread buns and they we mouldy, I passed them to the young lad behind the counter. His response was "yea they are out of date also". Walked in last weekend front door open stood there for five minutes waiting to be served, then told we don't open till 07:00. Where does it state this. Won't be using this place again.
