I had an absolute brilliant service! I was served by Zarin and Joana and I had the best experience every! They were really friendly and made sure I was comfortable for my flight as I lt was the first tike flying on my own. I dont usually write reviews but I feel like this was needed. Thank you so much guy you were amazing keep it up! I hope I'll see you again.

Pedí un donner kebab con patatas fritas de queso sin ensalada y recibí un donner kebab con ensalada sin patatas fritas y me cobraron por ambos

Tengo la hamburguesa de pollo a la parrilla. Probablemente la hamburguesa de sabor más sencillo que he probado. Tomé 2 bocados y tiré el resto. Realmente estaba emocionado de probarlo ya que es un restaurante en el que nunca he estado antes, pero no voy a volver.

We used to love this cafe together with a great, well stocked garden centre. Fabulous cakes, buns and meals and we've never had a problem. However, our visit during the first week in Jan 24 was an eye opener. I gave my cup back because it was dirty so was given a clean one. Both teapots were stained outside even though we only got hot water to put our specialty tea bags in. When we used some of the milk we found the inside of the jug was covered in black mould spots. The person I spoke to and showed the jug to just shrugged her shoulders and said everything goes through the dishwasher. Funnily enough my review on Google has been taken down as have the pictures of the filthy crockery.

This pub has not long ago been taken over from the landlord and lady from the swan in trading.We were meeting family and friends from Newcastle and were very impressed to say the least.Seven adults and one child descended tea time Friday and it was quite busy but we were served promptly.I loved the relaxed atmosphere and spacious surroundings very clean and tables cleared quickly.Our meals were presented nicely and tasted very nice and reasonably priced. Looking forward to our next visit.

Vine aquí para un bocado rápido y una taza aún más rápida. Megan fue útil, tuve una terrible operación de espalda hecha en pavo, así que mi movilidad era limitada. Llamo mucho a este Starbucks de camino al trabajo en una mañana y nunca he tenido un problema! El personal es sonriente y bueno en sus roles de trabajo. El restaurante suele estar limpio y ordenado y nunca he tenido problemas para conseguir mi café sin esperar mucho.

Este lugar es ideal para sentarse o para llevar. Comidas más rápidas si estás comiendo. Los chicos de las cajas son amables y serviciales también. El pollo peri asado a la parrilla es INCREÍBLE y las nuevas alitas de Nashville son picantes pero dulces!

How to order with the staff is not clear and the options on the menu machine doesn’t cover all items the waiting times for drinks were not bad the tea was tasteless my lemon ice tea didn’t taste of much either

Staff are welcoming and attentive. A perfect place to stop for a coffee or spend the afternoon working. Brilliant service from a brilliant team!

Terrible servicio al cliente, no estoy seguro de si nuestro servidor estaba odiando estar en el trabajo . . . total mala actitud para mí y mi amigo. Ignorada en el punto de servicio al hablar y apartar la cabeza de nosotros mientras dábamos nuestra orden. Después de hacer nuestro pedido, , dijo "ir por allí" tan abrupto . . solo salvando gracia de nuestra visita, fue la comida era realmente agradable para una patata . .

Decepcionante, las tortas eran de mala calidad compradas en catering estándar y el aderezo al costado era horrible, sabía a vinagre puro barato, le preguntamos a la joven mesera que trajo nuestra comida si había algo de mayonesa, sí dijo que es por la caja, no estaba muy ocupada así que podría haber usado un poco de servicio al cliente y podría haber dicho que sí, te traeré un poco, esto es lo que consigue que el personal joven tenga mala reputación no pueden ser molestados y no están capacitados adecuadamente, no volverán a ir y es una pena porque tienen un público cautivo, pero es quizás por eso que no lo intentan.
