They used to deliver to our area (less than 5 minutes away) but now no longer offer it despite sending a letter through our door with order vouchers!

Seems to have mixed reviews but IMO the sausage (and onion) sandwich is fantastic with quality ingredients. I sometimes travel out of my way to visit now.

When we first arrived, we couldn’t find anywhere to sit. Not because of people at tables, because of the amount of rubbish and dirty plates at tables. We waited of 40 minutes for our food - my family waited nearly an hour for theirs even though we ordered at the same time. When it finally came out, the pie was burnt, lasagne was mediocre and gravy was more like water. Staff didn’t seem to have a clue what they were doing and when we left, the dirty plates that were on tables when we arrived were still there on departure. Many people complained and few asked for refunds. The only decent bit was children eat for free.

Food was fine as were staff in cafe. I just absolutely hate being forced to order from the screens, please bring back real people and more human interaction

Ordered at 8pm... by 9.30 pm no food,phoned up to be told it would be delivered in the next hour or I could cancel it!! I said I would wait but want too happy.. Then I got told they had cancelled it... MUPPETS

Tea and avocado missing on the first order .Mistakes happen so tried again and tea was missing again!

Pedido vía Solo come. Tengo una oferta de comida (sub 6 ", patatas fritas, galleta y una bebida) £ 8. 69 Todo lo que llegó fue mi submarino y mi bebida. Llamé al restaurante de inmediato para quejarme y preguntar y me dijeron que podía llamar - almacenar y recoger galletas y patatas fritas (pero pedí en línea por una razón, si era capaz de simplemente aparecer no me habría molestado en hacer un pedido de solo comer), así que esta no era una opción. Un joven al teléfono tomó mi nombre y el número dijo que un gerente me llamaría al día siguiente para emitir un reembolso. Nadie llamó. Claramente adolescentes dirigiendo la tienda después de cierto tiempo en las tardes y los fines de semana. Deberían haber tenido un supervisor o alguien a cargo en el lugar. Lo sentimos, pero solo tienes que coger un paquete de patatas fritas y una galleta del mostrador, no están hechos - para - pedir artículos. No puedo imaginar que se apresuraran mucho a las 5: 30 pm el viernes en una tienda de sándwiches. Esencialmente he pagado la mejor parte de 9 libras por un sándwich y una bebida. No volveré a usar esta tienda.

Not the best we placed an order on delveroo, chicken was under cooked and we were nissing items. Poor quality aswell dried out chicken nuggets and generally very poor.
