Yang City in Doncaster

Ordered at 8pm... by 9.30 pm no food,phoned up to be told it would be delivered in the next hour or I could cancel it!! I said I would wait but want too happy.. Then I got told they had cancelled it... MUPPETS

When this place was called Sunbo, the food was always amazing!. Since it became Yang City, the food is disgusting!. 4 of us bought food from this place, and we all threw 90% of it away. Don't waste your money with these people, their chef is useless, and can't cook; find a Chinese takeaway where you will enjoy your meal, and not waste your money!.

Dry overcooked food, called to tell the shop and was told what do you want me to do about it, was then offered 10% off the next order, bearing in mind I had just told the owner it was inedible and it was in the bin, he then hung up twice,

We are regular customers for our Chinese takeaway treat and have been for a few years now. We always order and always ready on time. Very friendly service and excellent food whether English or Chinese choices from the menu. Good value and competitive too. Highly recommend.

We use this take away regularly at least twice a month. Occasionally the delivery has been slow, usually when they are busy, which is understandable. Once or twice the chips have been overcooked or cool. The vast majority of the time 95%+ however food has been of a fantastic quality, delivered quickly and orders taken over phone with friendly chat for frequent customers. We have tried practically every dish on the menu and although some may not have been to our personal taste, as I can’t cope if they are too hot, they have been well presented, tasty and great value.

Always used this Chinese,though its never ready when you pre order the food is always good. The last 3 orders have all been awful, tonight being the worst one yet, no taste ,not hot and all frozen veg not heated properly .Sauce was awful , salt and pepper chips no taste, no chilles !!! Last time we use we will or promote this takeaway. The language from the lady working and her relatives was disgusting .

I have ordered from here a lot but the latest tasted like the lid had dropped off the salt container and the whole lot was in my food, couldn't eat it, my blood pressure wud of exploded, very disappointed

it was our anniversary and because we cannot go to eat in a restaurant due to the current restrictions with decided to order from yang city. We ordered and collected they said it would take 20 minutes when we arrived we had to wait another 15 minutes I really don't mind about this it's not an issue I understand that they are busy in this time. When the food arrived we noticed that the portion of sweet and sour chicken was deep fried chicken pure dried with a huge dollop of jellified source what came we can't even say what sauce it was awful so I called them as and I felt sad for her as we were looking forward to enjoying a nice anniversary meal during the current covid-19 situation. I called them and told them at the situation they said they would drop another one off then they change their mind and told us to come and collect another one I said in my heart because of the disappointment and because now the other food is cold I would like a refund not for the wholemeal no but just for a sweet and sour chicken they said no they debated with me in the shop which was quite embarrassing I felt so sorry for the poor young girl the daughter of the owner who had to translate it must have been a difficult situation for her because her mum was angry I could hear her shouting in the background she was angry because she gave me ME jellified awful sweet and sour chicken it was terrible to look at old post a picture also after this around 30-minutes later food is now cold at home I get a new sweet and sour chicken which my wife enjoyed I'm not happy with the service and I'm not happy. I will never ever in my life return to this place and that's a promise.

This is our regular Chinese Takeaway. The menu is varied and offers both Chinese and English options.

Meal is always lovely. Hot on arrival and speedy delivery. Great service friendly staff. Been using this take away for a long time have tried other local establishments but always go back to Yang City as food is consistently nice. Reasonable price and always get e exactly what we have ordered

Always order from yang city don’t mind paying delivery to wherever we are. Always spot on, tastes amazing, always hot and fresh!

again working late ,this time i will try the set meal option off there extensive menu, i thought i had a big appetite ....BUT...the meal for one beat me :::::and i did try to eat it all but with 2 large spring rolls, beef with mushrooms in a very tasty sauce, and egg fried rice....did me ...congrats on the new menu.there's loads i have yet to try,

extensive menu with a choice for everyone ....service is excellent ,food order is always correct and piping hot,with full trays of food i,and the prices are very competitive with there being other takeaways near buy ,,
