Was really disappointed. The chow main was not cooked properly. The salt and pepper shredded beef was over cooked (could not taste any beef) and tasted as if it had been cooked in gone of oil. Was a lot of money for a meal we did not enjoy at all

I would like to make a formal apology for when we placed an order and forgot to mention allergens. None the less, we called up and explained the situation and we were sent a second set off food which was all made fresh and correct. Thank you for your hospitality, we appreciate your efforts and again, I send my sincere apologies xx

Was down working in Doncaster, really enjoyed this Chinese takeaway.

This has been my first choice Chinese for a few years now. I highly recommend this place. Even on the odd time they are late it's always hot and the quality is always very good.

I would like to start off by saying the staff were very nice and very apologetic, but I had to wait 2 hours to receive my food and they only began cooking it when I called an hour later. When I finally received my order the food was cold and the chicken purely tasted too much white pepper (it's not about it being spicy, I like spice and I order salt and pepper wings every time I order Chinese food).

Always ordered from here for over 5 years, but today the food was cold order was incorrect and has taken over 2 hours to arrive. Will not be ordering again.

Nearly £80 worth of food & had to be binned, very salty, especially the curry sauce, chicken balls overcooked/burnt the chicken inside was solid, a waste of hard earned money

Food arrived slightly warm at best, the driver took nearly 20 minutes to drive here even though it’s 5 mins away on Google maps. The food isn’t nice, it’s sweet and stodgy. The rice just mushes together. Wouldn’t eat from here again I’m very disappointed.

Sopa caliente y agria - llena de azúcar; insoportablemente dulce y, para mí; absolutamente incomestible. La salsa de frijoles negros -podía tenerlos bajo la Ley de Descripciones Comerciales- no tenía prácticamente sabor a frijoles negros y, de nuevo, ese dulzor de fondo. Salsa de frijoles amarillos - sin sabor solo asquerosamente dulce. Ahora sé que la salsa de frijoles amarillos es dulce, pero esto fue empalagosamente dulce - incomible para mí. NO HAGA PEDIDOS EN ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO.

The worse Chinese meal I've eaten! The hot and sour soup was sweet - so much sugar in it. Who puts sugar in hot and sour soup? I couldn't eat it. Yellow bean sauce didn't have any yellow bean flavour and it was unbearably sweet. Disgusting!

In the restaurant nobody speaks English or understand English when I rang . They send me chips and some chicken for £20 what a joke and the order was wrong aswell

this is the first time that an order from seng Lee has been late. the food was barely warm and had to reheated to be able to enjoy it.

Ordered take away - absolutely tasty! Only thing I could say is that it'd be nice if the crispy shredded chicken was a tiny bit thicker in terms of meat. The curry sauce is a bit too thick though and because of this, it arrived very luke-warm/almost cold, so possibly making it less thick could fix this a bit! Otherwise, absolutely smashing

The absolute best chinese in Doncaster with unique twists on normal chinese dishes. The curry is sweet and very nice. Gravy thick and lovely with rich taste. Everything battered is amazing too. The reason for such a low score : they have nearly doubled their prices on all dishes. It is ridiculous. The quality is still top notch, but super dear and usually later than sooner. Amazing, but very dear.

food arrived 15 minutes early which I was very glad as I was really hungry. came piping hot as usual and all 3 dishes were really tasty as usual. I can't praise seng Lee enough for their services. food 10 out of 10 and delivery driver 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Seng Lee

Waste of time trying to order every time I try order online it accepts it then cancels my order The staff really need to update the website to say when it is open and when it isn’t.

We have ordered from here for around 10 years tonight the order was cancelled after being accepted for 30 mins, will never order from here again I will also tell all the people that I have in past how good you are to order else where !!!!

Best Chinese I’ve had in ages the curry was amazing

Amazing food, perfect amount of spice and kick to the noodles without overpowering the flavour, meat flavourful and tender (not chewy at all which I hate about other places) and not overly greasy either. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

More than an hour over time and still hadn't delivered!!!! Cancelled order. Will not order from them again!!!!!!!

Really disappointed. Not only was the order wrong, it was a mess. I ordered banana fritters in syrup. It wasn't closed properly and as a result syrup was all over the inside of the bag and over the food that was in open containers. The curry sauce also leaked out so it really wasn't a nice mix. Some of the order was wrong too. I ordered chilli shredded beef and received some sort of sweet and sour shredded beef. The prawn crackers are either gone off or over cooked... I can't tell. They are the wrong colour and chewy. It was also 20 minutes late. This was my usual Chinese but honestly, too much was wrong this time for me to want to order from here again.

Food is great but delivery taking 90 min not acceptable

This is the second week running we have ordered and again, the food was not very warm. We had ribs which were overcooked and tough. The chips were dry and the beef in the chow mein was very chewy. I'm afraid we will not be using them again.

Really disappointed to be writing this review as I did use to highly recommend this place as one of the best however the beef chowmein was unbelievably salty, I can only compare it to eating spoons of salt, sadly in the bin as really couldn’t eat it! Really hope this goes back to the chefs as this previously wasn’t like this! Wouldn’t recommend ordering it unless you love salt. Also food delivered cold.

Best Chinese in donny but a bit expensive now which is sad but lovely food everytime

We ordered sweet & and sour, which on its own was £7 but elsewhere on the menu, it had with rice for £8.50 so we ordered the £8.50 but no rice came with it order.
