Disappointed, this used to be our favourite Chinese until the food quality & taste just wasn't the same, a friend said they had tried it recently so thought why not, we will give it another go, spent £29, chips dry, no spice or nice flavour to our Thai chow mein or Thai rice, curry sauce had a funny taste, no free prawn crackers or free mini rolls, won't be giving it another go 😭

Not good special fried rice was awful chicken rubbery and slimy curry sweet ,not a enjoyable experience.

probably the worst Chinese I’ve ever eaten. Everything was greasy. Chips were hard and child’s drink didn’t even arrive. and after trying it, it is totally inedible disgusting it will be going straight in the bin

Rang the restaurant beacuse just eat wasn’t updating and they said 20 mins came within 15…the lady who answered the phone was very polite and friendly! Good is Bangin😍

Ordered on Uber eats , they accepted the order , started preparing it , then cancelled the order as we are outside the delivery area. We are 10 mins away. What a joke. Why accept the order if you don't deliver 10 minutes away?

Never again. I spent £46.00 on a meal from this restaurant. Everything went in the bin. Absolutely disgusting and so disappointing. Never again.

Very argumentative staff when you question there prices there website menu show prices that equated to £39 including delivery and when the food turned up they was demanding )51.30 absolute rip off one place I will never order from again

Do NOT order food from here without checking the price we were told 44.50 for the order when I worked it out it came to 39.00 when it got here it was 51.30 absolutely 💯 rip off

We have used this place for years as it 8s the best food, and I have tried a few!! I really like there thin noodles and they accommodate for me wanting them singapore. Yes occasionally there are mistakes which do get rectified, everyone makes mistakes, and delivery can get extended when they are busy, but just shows how good they are.

Worst take away I know for getting your order to you on time! They pretend it's on its way when it obviously isn't that's if they even answer the phone!

Ordered at 7pm, at 8.30 rang to see where it was to be told it was on it's way.... 9.30 rang again still not here. 9.45 received phone call 'we will cook it now' offered 10% discount, disgraceful

I NEVER write reviews this was disgusting everything I ordered tasted flat as if it was reheated and gone off and I can tell it was old and past it’s sell by date. hopefully they see this and bring up there standards.

DO NOT ORDER NOT TRUSTED SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY & NOT SENDING FOOD We placed an order about 10.30pm & got a notification saying it was delayed until 18.25 the following day! We rang up & they assured us it was being made & would be with us in 20 min. It never arrived, we rang & rang but it had closed, we waited up until nearly 1am absolutely starving & it never arrived. They have refused to give us a refund for the food we never recieved.

Ridiculously expensive to have delivered, either that or I was ripped off!! £18:00 for 3 things. Not worth the money at all.

As the title suggests I have had a few takeaways from here but alas I think I'm done lol The last meals from just eat being both beef and chicken crispy spicy shredded. Both were not very good- plus there used to be a free portion of prawn crackers spending over £20- not anymore. I have tried curry plus the thai - average. Similarly all the sauce dishes, including black beam sauce, chicken cashews- not many cashews lol and bang average chow mein. So its time for a new Chinese for me! No deliveries were late at any stage- all courteous staff- thanks

Always ordered from here .noticed last order was reheated chicken was still frozen reheated not ordering from here again quality totally gone down hill curry sauce is not the same sure there using golden fish product made with hot water

Ordered from this place for over 2 years now and never disappointed.The food is soo delicious, tasty, the perfect amount of spices and good sized portions. I tried others places when outside of Doncaster or their delivery area but never found something at their standards. Usually I prefer to skip the queue and collect the food myself and my food is always ready to collect. This place is my forever favourite food to eat when I want to spoil myself 😋

Was eating my food and went to get a prawn cracker and noticed a fly in the bag. Put me right of the food which ended up in the bin. Will not be using again.

Great Chinese cheap filling always on time and tastes great the bad reviews are pretty much copy and pasted onto other Chinese restaurant's for some reason delivery driver's maybe ? If so shame on you. Ignore the bad reviews this place is fantastic i would also recommend the fairway 👍🏽

Ordered tonight and it took two hours for delivery after they started 40 mins when ordered - most of this time it was showing as on its way When it did arrive the salt and pepper chips tasted like the ones cook from frozen hardly seasoned at all 🙁 and some of the food was tepid I’m really disappointed cause there food has always been good with fast delivery, but won’t be ordering again 😞😞

Tasty Wok is usually a safe choice, this time the food was made and ordered less than half an hour. The quality was exceptional and still very hot. Great taste, great portions for the price.

1st off I don't normally do reviews.. But I feel its right to back up most of the reviews on here. Last night I ordered from here via a online site due to getting a discount.. Normally I go to the much better red diamond just up the road.. But a discount is a discount lol.. Food was ordered at 7.45pm with an estimated delivery between 45 and 55 minutes which is standard.. It gets to 9pm and no food so I rung.. And I rung and I rung.. 23 calls later after the phone just ringing I got in the car.. When I arrived and said I had been waiting for close to 90 minutes the lady behind the counter struggled to find my address then when she finally did I was told to wait 5 minutes and IT WASN'T READY!! As I was waiting another lady walked in and also said the same and was kicking off..all this why the phone was ringing and not being answered. My food was then given to me with barely a sorry so I said I wanted a refund and was met with a sarcastic smile and a NO. I was to hungry to have a stand off, so i said are you not going to at least give me the delivery fee back.. Which I got £2... I could see in the back kitchen they had about 3 people on and a table full of deliveries just sat there. I wouldn't recommend at all. Very poor service.. Food wasn't bad.... But I was that hungry it was going to. Try Red Diamond 10x better.

The last twice we have ordered from tasty Wok the orders have been totally wrong and a family member ordered today and yet again Totally wrong, and all you get is bring it backs you go back and they get it wrong again sorry it’s time to find 1 that can understand what there customers are ordering

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered at 5.30pm still no food at 8.20pm . Do yourself a favor and find a better takeaway. Now have the hassle of getting a refund from just eat. So much fun.

Was really looking fwd to our first Chineese since lockdown and we were sadly disappointed with mediocre, tasteless food. Also I informed them I was allergic to mushrooms and got them served up in our chowmein. I will never order a meal from here again..

So disappointed with the quality of food. It was definitely reheated, but what was more insulting, it was still cold inparts. Was it really too much effort to reheat it properly or to even cook chips from fresh/frozen. My recommendation is too keep away and avoid a possible upset tummy. 😢😢😢

Me and my boyfriend who works away weeks at a time decided to order a Chinese from here. We order at 6:15 and waited 2 hours and still no show. We rang up to see where it was, the person on the phone gave us loads of attitude said ‘for god sake’ and hung up. So rude. We told them on the phone that we needed it ASAP as my boyfriend had to be up at 2 in the morning for work, and they didn’t care. All round rubbish experience, 100% would NOT recommend!!!

Beef chow mein and salt and pepper wings. Bland and insipid chow mein, rock hard wings. Mostly in the bin. Won't be going back.

Usually this Chinese is very nice until i bit into a bad chicken ball and threw up afterwords... completely put me off them now. The rest of the order was very tasty just let down by the horrid tasting chicken ball that was still pink in the middle :(

Normally service and food is lovely from here, however tonight was more than disappointing. When the food came it was NOT what we had ordered. When we phoned to ask if there had been a mistake with the order, a very aggressive lady shouted down the phone. Who knew roast duck in plum sauce actually came disguised as pork in batter with a clear pineapple sauce. Watch out ladies and gentlemen with food allergies and intolerances. What they place on the nenu does not match with what arrives and the management do not accept their mistakes. Would have been more than happy with an apology and offer to correct this. Not an earful. When paying £30 for a take away you expect to enjoy it!! Will not be eating from here again.

Nearly 3 hours now since I ordered and nothing. Left 40 mins for delivery and still nothing. Every single time they are late so never never never again with use these and suggest you don't either. Ruined my night totally.

I had a few friends over as i was throwing a surprise birthday party for my friend. I ordered us a chinese soon as it come it was the complete wrong order i then called and the woman didnt understand much english, then the wrong order that come was cold as the driver didn't get the right address for about 20 mins when he did arrive we was starving to find cold wrong order which was very upsetting as we ordered it. We all ended up hungry and it all went in the bin so ill never order them again. Plus side we got pizza delivered 😐

We've ordered takeaway from this place so many times we might as will give the delivery driver our front door key. I wouldn't be surprised if we got an invite to his birthday party. But, on a serious note, we've ordered from here hundreds of times and have never had a bad meal. The food is always great, reasonably priced, and it always turns up before the advised delivery time on Just Eat. The food is always hot too. Highly recommended.

Food was cold. Extremely cold. Not very tasty and my daughter threw up half an hour after she had eaten. WILL NOT USE THIS TAKEAWAY AGAIN.

Due to the weather I was prepared for my food being late. And was happy it was only 15 minutes. The food was hot and VERY nice 10/10 . Will definitely be using again. ☺

17 March 2018 order Do not order from this take away, ordered fried rice got plain boiled rice and a call from the take away saying we would get the difference from the delivery driver whom knew nothing about This, we have used this take away b4 but will never order anymore food from here dreadful you have other options please use them x

DONT DO IT PEOPLE YOU HAVE OPTIONS, they don't know difference between boiled plain rice and special fried rice and even when they ring you to inform you of the mistake and the driver will have your refund, surprise surprise driver he know nothing, you've just lost a customer xx

Food arrived on time. order was wrong, received duck in lemon not duck in plum but was too late to wait for correct order to arrive so just made do! chips and rice nice

Ordered two egg fried rice, chips and a drink at 7.30. An hour later we phoned to ask if it had been sent out. The woman was very rude and said "it was on the way" and proceeded to say goodbye over and over until I hung up. We checked the app about 20 minutes later to see it said 'delivered'. I phoned again and was asked 'why am I phoning again delivered means it's on its way and to be patient. At half 9 we phoned again to be told we had cancelled the order and it wasn't coming. (Without me saying and certainly no refund). Two and a half hours later we got our food and still no refund. £16 was expensive anyway, but for that wait it's unbelievable. Call China town 2000 instead or find China Wok on just eat. Do not order from here.

Ordered at 5:35 didn’t turn up until 7:45 rang twice to see where was ‘on its way’ was what I was told both times. Quiet disappointed as usually fantastic food and service, food arrived and was cold had to re-heat, other than delivery and the coldness food was nice as usual. The weather was bad but they already added 30mins on and it was another 45min from that! My partner ordered elsewhere after me and it came and he finished it well before mine arrived.

I'm really dissaponted with my first order from here. I ordered at 9 o'clock and the food came at 10:25pm! When the lady knocked she didn't even apologise for how late it was and she knocked so many times on my door you would of thought she was trying to wake the whole street up. The overall quality of food was quite nice but the fact it was so late just totally put me off especially with not a word from the delivery driver to apologise.

Won’t normally go anywhere other than our old regular but it was closed one night so took the risk here. We are hooked! Food is great, portions are just right, drivers are all really polite. If we want Chinese food this is where we order from now. It’s great!

Chips and prawn crackers were really nice, shame about the rest. Salt & chilli ribs were more like BBQ ribs without the sauce but with a few bits of bell pepper. No kick at all. Chow mein was really slimy and not at all tasty. Sad really as this used to be my favourite restaurant in its previous life.

First time I ordered from here, and definitely will again. Food tastes great, and the portions are a generous size. Would highly recommend!

wasn’t satisfied with the food at all.

the food is good but being charged 50p for using a debit card as well as a delivery charge of £1.80 on top of having to order a minimum of £12 is ridiculous. I have calculated petrol from the take away to my house and it’s £0.25p used the take away needs to look at distance of delivery and not charge for under 2 mile.
