10/10 pizza, generous on the toppings and very tasty,definitely worth a try! :)

No chips came with order had to wait for them nan bread ordered was solid not soft at all returned to delivery when late chips arrived

Must Try! Ordered the 12” chicken tikka standard crust pizza customised with a BBQ base - with a garlic mayo Dip - the pizza was beautifully cooked to perfection with a high quality cheese that was melted perfectly throughout not to mention the fresh toppings and the flavours gone into the pizza itself were to die for the garlic mayo dip is made fresh and complements the entire meal , delivery took no more than 25 mins and I would highly recommend ordering from this place it’s the best takeaway around!

Order from Alverley a couple of times a month and food is always hot and fresh and delivery is always quick 😊

Forgot garlic bread they did finally deliver it after we'd eaten the worst pizza ever greasy poor quality toppings and soggy

Ordered 1 kebab and fries at 8:30pm on a satuday so expected a bit of a delay. I only live 2 minutes drive away so not the end of the world. After an hour and half, I rang asking where my order is to which they said they have been busy (expected) and that they had a power cut earlier in the evening (not relevant but whatever). No apology or anything but they said driver has just left. Not too happy but still only 2 minutes away. It is currently 2 and a half hours since I ordered. Rang again and asked for a refund and said I have to do it online. If there refund process is as speedy as their delivery, I may never get it. Still no apology or anything of the sort.

Food good we have used them for quite a while but just lately can't for some reason order on line.

Loved that the pitta bread was on top of the tasty doner kebab meat so it's not all soggy

Ordered pizza, & kebab meat never again the donner meat tastes like its been reheated the pitta bread was burnt, too much paprika salt on the chips I couldn't eat them, don't waste your money ordering from here.

Regular customer of this place. Order came wrong without any sauce at all tasted like cardboard. Robbed of my money.

Had a delivery from here last Friday night . A chicken calzone and vegetarian with free garlic bread. Service and quality were second to none. Food was hot and tasty with quick delivery. We will definitely reorder from here 👍

Childs pizza came with hair in it so rang up and asked for a refund but only could get it if took the pizza to them while on the phone all they was doing was bickering about who’s hair it was and who did the pizza (so professional) so definitely will not be ordering from them again!

I dont normally order vegetarian pizzas I prefer meat but can only have halal meat so we ordered a vegetarian hot pizza from here coz its local and it was the BEST pizza I've ever had better than Pizza Hut and Dominoes it was packed full of ingredients I'm actually craving another 1 now whilst writing this review 😆LOVE LOVE LOVE 👍

First time eating at this place. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza and it was lathered in bbq sauce and then to top it off I feel like I've been food poiseñed I'm scared to leave the toilet disgusting I didn't want to give 1 star rating but had no choice

Food never showed up. No communication from the store after ordering the food accept a text saying it was on its way but hours later no communication on where the order was or what happened to our order. Absolutely ridiculous

Ordered for the first time this Evening and will not be ordering from here again unfortunately…It was the most basic of orders and when it arrived it was wrong and we were overcharged…I did call to let them know but realistically - when you complain to a food establishment, the offer of delivering the correct meal isn’t an option…I always think they are likely to do something nasty….The person on the phone sounded young and inexperienced, but tried to be helpful…With all the choice in Balby and Town- go there…The quality was average, nothing particularly special….On the plus side, the delivery was quick and the food was hot….The curly fries were the nicest part of the meal….

Fantastic service, got part of my order wrong, came out and replaced it within 15 minutes of calling them, and as always the food is delicious. Highly recommend the kebabs

Shocking ordered on a Wednesday night. Food came early than expected which is great BUT donner qrap was cold chips were cold. Chicken shosh and doner kebab was cold. The free garlic bread was cold. Rang to tell them to be told i was lying!!! The giy said he made the order but couldnt twll me my order when i told him what i ordered he said they hadnt had that order through!!

Always been absolutely magnificent, only issue I've ever had was they forgot a bottle of pop 1 day but gave them a ring and that was all sorted by a curtesy bottle on my next order, staff always extremely friendly and the food is to die for especially the pizza's and burgers. Ps: always order through their main site never from just eat for a flawless experience.

Hi, 1st bad review I've ever posted,food was cold when called to complain really shocking experience, re delivered as wouldn't give me a refund....2nd was a little warmer straight in the bin #donotorder

Usually good food but recently going down hill big style. Last time ordered was missing pop with meals and the ham and pineapple burger had no ham at all on it. The woman who served us was the owners wife, well she obviously didn't have a clue as she couldn't even get the order right twice. Dont think will be returning any time soon.

Charge a minimum order and delivery fee. The driver then told me I will have to pay an additional fee because I live 6 miles away. Dont accept the order if you don't want to drive so far.

Ordered garlic with cheese bread 2 burger n chips came cold no cheese on bread and no chips with burger rang up and still no order right after 40mins so one off us had eaten and me starving till chip come wow

Best take away in Edlington/Balby/Warmsworth area. Their pizza, chips and their service are unbeaten

Absolutely terrible dare i say food... asked for no onions, got them. Donna ordered, got the pitta uncut- thrown on top of the delivery carton... did try to eat some of the meat and it was Really Bad! Straight in the bin! 6 quid wasted! Never again...

always use this place and food is top notch I always give all stars but this time need to knock them down for a couple of things. if I order Fanta, why is tango acceptable, it’s a different drink, at least ask me first? also the drinks were not cold in the slightest. just a couple of grumbles but it’s the first time ever ive had to grumble about this place so I’ll continue to use this place for sure 👍

Excellent pizza as usual, but it arrived just over an hour before we had asked for it to be delivered, which threw our plans out of kilter. That said, we received a garlic bread that we hadn't asked for - delivery chap couldn't explain why though. Despite our plans having been disrupted, the food was as excellent as ever, and we continue to Highly Recommend this company.

We were given a garlic bread but we hadn't ordered that. Fanta wasn't delivered. Food was excellent and the driver was friendly.

Food was beautiful you get a lot for the money good quality tastes amazing and the delivery driver was early and very very polite! (I ordered pizza burger, garlic wrap and cheesy chips) plent of cheese on the chips, and the pizza burger was huge and very well made. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it.

Food came early, I asked for no salad on one burger the both came with salad none of them had sauce on that I asked for, the chips were barely warm and like rubber the chip spice was in clumps on some chips and none on the others

Food great, Delivery great, unfortunately they did not read the notes...I asked for no Mushrooms on Calzone and No Pineapple on Pizza this was ignored, spent ages removing mushrooms and pineapple!

Could do with a squeeze of lemon on the salad and this time the lamb was a tad chewy, but enjoyed it!

Ordered a garlic bread supreme, only got a plain garlic bread. Asked for Pepsi and I got coca-cola. The food was nice and the food was here in 30 minutes, just got my order wrong.

Plenty of topping on pizzas! Really tasty. Garlic bread should come with cheese in the pizza deal though (but its nice enough without) :)

Staff are friendly. Food is usually good, but we've had quite a few incomplete orders. Last order missed out meat from mixed kebab. Possibly due to busy Saturday. Going back to get rest of order filled too much like hassle when rest of family are already dished out. :-(

Value for money and excellent food

I ordered a spicy pizza but when it arrived it was a pepperoni, also the delivery charge of £2 is outrageous as we live 300 yards from the shop.
