Pizza Hut Delivery in Doncaster

They used to deliver to our area (less than 5 minutes away) but now no longer offer it despite sending a letter through our door with order vouchers!

First time ordering from this pizza hut (by accident but glad we did!) the food was very nice all cooked to perfection and fresh! Would 100% come back! We were served by Preet who was very nice and even came out of the shop to hand me our drink which i had forgotten. Great food and great service will be back 100%!

It was fast, easy and delicious 🤤 as always 👍 very satisfied and highly recommend

Not the first time this place has ran out of something rather early on in the night when they’re clearly not that busy, give me too little change then didn’t accept any chatter as he was acting busy standing behind a wall.

Found long black hair in Pizza’s Called them up they offered free food I said definitely not so now Iv had to contact customer services for a refund which can take 72 hours! Won’t be eating from there again!

Went for collection, one of the employees offered me a drink while I waited for my order, thank you very much for the great service 🙌

Delivery not the best and got it wrong not long again it’s better to just go and click and collect so they don’t mess it up as they tried to say I will now have to wait over hour to bring the missing pizza not the best go and click and collect

They need to change the phone staff. Terrible aftersales service phoned to complain about food quality cold dry after delivery i wasnt asking for discount or a refund. Felt they didnt care or want to help out thanks for that!!! ill take my custom elsewhere

have ordered often and many times in the past for a few years from this place but today i dont know what happened. All pizzas chicken BBQ was dry with no bacon and 3 and all were cold not the same quality pizza we have received before. Phoned to complain but they didnt seen to care less, all the Asian on the phone could say was "what do you want me to do its the same ingredients we always use". really bad after sales!! sorry wont be using you again

Great service and lovely polite staff! . I collected my pizzas & they was fresh & hot & I was delayed in traffic & Jake was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

they made a pizza with no cheese then the manager refused to help the situation by sending the right pizza or refunding the wrong pizza. he gave me a customer service number to call instead and the number wasnt active. terrible customer service. wont order from this branch again

Gave us a pizza with no cheese when we ordered cheese, manager wouldn't replace it, and the customer service form seems to make it deliberately difficult and tedious so you don't bother complaining.

bad customer service, rude staff and bad pizza. go to a different pizza hut instead

Delivery service is good and pretty fast, cost and quality mediocre, pizzas could do with more toppings and they dont cover right to the edge of the dough, there are better value local takeaways.

This is first review I've ever wrote. Right wast of money. £31 quid for cold pizza, chips garlic bread and Warm pop rubbish.

I placed an order at 11:40pm. Its now 12:31 and i still have not recieved my order. I would have rather been told on the phone my order could not be completed than being told my order would arrive in an hour. Atleast then i could have called somewhere who could actually deliver my food, instead of just ignore my order completely. Normally have no issues with this takeaway and i have never had issues with food or customer service but i must say that this is very dissapointing.

Very disapointed paying £16.72 for a poor service and they can not get orders right. Order through the app for a large chicken supreme supreme witch should have chicken, mushrooms, mixed peppers and red onion i asked for no red onion but pineapple and crispy bacon. When it came it had only pineapple and the bacon on there nothing else. Rang them and was happy to replace. Also ordered potatoe wedges there was only 3 or 4 cooked through the others was still hard in middle. Delivery lady was very polite and always had a smile on face while at door. I truely do think they need to check how to keep the customers happy. I will not be returning here and will be posting my review to my food blogging page.

Took 1 hour then they called and said the pizza was cold so they turned around and didn't give us our food 😠
