It wasn't bad, the mozzarella starters are barely warm though.

Came in with my family today was very busy. We were greeted by a lovely girl who sat us in a waiting area, we waited around 5-10 minutes and we were shown to a booth. Food arrived very quickly and it was very delicious the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. The staff were so lovely and very attentive especially due to how busy it was. I would definitely recommend and we will definitely all be returning again.

Take away for the first time, usually eatin. Just had a Baltic chicken Tikka with a fish masala to start. Absolutely delicious, thank you Abi…….and the chef.

Only really tried the roti but its the best roti.A lot of the roti places add additive to bulk it up but Nadeems make beautiful roti without bulking it up with additives. Shop could do with updating a little.Staff respectful at all times.

Not a friendly welcome. Admitted we walked in 20 minutes before service ceased but we only wanted a quick cup of tea. Cakes and scones were still on offer but we didn’t have any. We did not intend to linger. What a frosty face we were met with. Awful customer service. Not a good example to the younger people working there.

Best Blooming Pies Ever !!!!! Served hot and a lovely Pot of Tea washed it down well. Lovely Staff and really good prices. You did really good Guys and well done for 100% good food xx

I love this cafe. The coffee is amazing and the staff are so lovely and helpful. The daily baked goods are great and it’s kiddie and dog friendly. Definitely a must stop in St Ives.

We had our wedding reception at the Rock & Heiffer on the 28th September. From the day we booked Nadine has been amazing, any questions or requests she responded to quickly. The room is lovely with plenty of space for guests to sit, eat and dance and the food was amazing (We asked Nadine to give the bride and groom a nudge before announcing food so that we ate something!) We had a lovely night and guests have commented on how lovely the room looked and how good the food was. Would highly recommend 🥂

We ordered a pizza and a burger after checking the reviews. The reviews were good which made us order. Burger bun was stale and not beef, the pizza dough wasn't cooked properly which resulted in us binning evrrything

I've been to this cafe 3 times now and while there is no argument that the quality of the food is brilliant I'm always left a bit disappointed. Each time I've come there has always been some kind of issue. I've visited today, really looking forward to the pancakes that they always post on their instragram page, no pancakes available. Last time I came was Mothers Day, they randomly decided they were going to open late so we had to stand outside and wait. My previous visit (on a monday) they just weren't open. Like I've said the food is great, the cakes are probably some of the best ive ever had but it seems very disorganised.

The most amazing caring team! We have visited this place several times since. Christmas. The food is always delicious, hot and plentiful with good prices too. The landlady Judy is truly caring and goes above and beyond to make sure that her guests have whatever they need. This evening my elderly Mum had an incident which involved a call to 999, Judy dealt with the call whilst I looked after Mum. The paramedics came swiftly and fortunately Mum was ok. The paramedics were due a break so ordered some food to eat and when the takeaway arrived Judy said it was ‘on the house’. So impressed. Your whole team are a credit asking me if I was ok too. Thank you for helping us tonight during a very stressful incident. Would highly recommend this lovely place. They deserve our support .

We had our wedding at Shipley Golf Club on 26th October and it was amazing! Alice the Events Manager was brilliant throughout the whole process of booking and planning our day- nothing was too much trouble. We had the ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening party there which makes everything so much easier to be able to hold everything in one venue without having to move guests around. The day ran like clock work, and all the staff worked incredibly hard to make sure the day was as special as it was . The food was beautiful, no quality was lost despite them serving so many people. We were so lucky with the beautiful autumn weather which means are pictures look fabulous with the beautiful backdrop of the golf course behind us. We have had nothing, but compliments from our guests about the whole day, but especially how lovely the food was! We cannot recommend Shipley Gold Club enough for a special event! Thank-you to everyone for making our wedding day the best day!

First things first. The Tyke is primarily a pub which serves food in spacious function room. Don't expect Egon Roney 5 star Michelin .. All being said . Sunday lunch for £8.95... Yup £8,95.. Mega cheap for Sunday lunch... But what do you get, a starter , Pate, soup. garlic mushroom, or Garlic bread. Main course is a selection of meats from the carvery, A selection of vegetables will be brought to the table. As far as the food goes, the carvery is what it is, The vegetables are plenty, but are frozen , not fresh. the gravy is not the best and could seriously do with improving. There is a desert course at an additional cost which is fine . Too many folk put on negative reviews and do not seem to comprehend they are getting a Sunday carvery for less than a tenner.. The Tyke serves this up every Sunday and does it for a target customer on a budget. The tyke does this well and this can be seen by the popularity of the Sunday lunch. Although I don't rave about the food , I can honestly say you get more than your moneys worth. Would I go again? Well actually yes, In fact I go there regular. So if you are on a budget , I would recommend the Tkye anyday.

Lovely small cafe with so many options for lunch. Super friendly staff who had thought of everything you could need. Had the jerk tofu and rice special and it was delicious and plenty of it!

This shop is so unassuming from the outside, however step inside and they'll make you the sandwich of your dreams! This is the second time I've visited and both times the sandwich they made me was fantastic. There is no scrimping, the sandwiches are full and weighty and the carefully selected ingredients all compliment each other perfectly. Both times I had the Tandoori Chicken Special. I urge you to try this sandwich.
