Absolutely disgusting place usually.not too bad lately terrible staff today rude and tight gave me hardly nothing in my sandwich and I'm.not one to ask for extra but jeez I had to ask 3 times and still it was bad the sandwich is 8 pounds load it up ...its not coming out your wage ...anyway I pay for.my food the bread wasn't toasted either no biggy I go to sit down not a single table clean except one which had a huge water spillage under no one mopping it just a sign u left the shop ate half my sandwich it tasted old and disgusting I banned the other half I walked past the store around 40 mins after I purchased the sandwich and the tables were all still.uncleaned will not be stepping foot in there again as long as I live every single fast food establishment in that town is diabolically disgusting go to Guiseley instead everything there is fresh and beautiful had I had been able to sit inside i would have photo my terrible sandwich it almost looked plain avoid

Sometime last week, I went to Broadway and got bubble tea from there. I'd started drinking it straight away and I got home within an hour, or less. There was still about 1/3 left in my cup and I took a lot at it and saw the yogurt bit of the milk and water had separated.... they had used gone off milk. Really was disgusting. I'd recommend asking them to use milk that is not expired :D

Immature staff, dont know how to talk with customers. Very bad experience.

Every time I go they never have anything ready

I asked for chicken on my sandwich toasted without cheese,was given one with cheese . Was made another one without cheese but when I unwrapped the sandwich the bread was all broken up and not wholemeal as I requested but white bread.

I fancied nipping out for breakfast this morning. Disgusting. Food was cold and just chucked on the plate. Never going there again.

Very disappointing food. It's difficult to believe that there is a chef in the kitchen. Everything we had, I could have cooked far better myself. The duck was far from crispy as advertised. It was drowning in gravy liquid with undissolved granules on the plate. The risotto was bland and sloppy. The chips were soft and the oil must have been old because they had that certain taste. We asked for no butter in one of the meals and it seemed very difficult to organise. The place, although cosy and clean, lacked the quality that the menu promised and is something in-between overpriced pub grub and school dinner. On the plus side .. the bar and waiting staff were super friendly and very apologetic. They took on the feedback. They graciously took the worst of our meals off the bill which was much appreciated. The wine we ordered was lovely. I really hope they switch their chef. The menu is promising.. the hotel is lovely and the staff so friendly. It's a pity the food isn't up to scratch as it would have made our experience at the hotel perfect.

Love this club!! probably the best place in Bradford, banging tunes and stays open untill the last man standing. Been on some good sessions here get yourself down!!

Never arrived ,wasted time and money

There is no TESCO’s CAFE! There’s a Greggs where it was just to the left of the entrance. It feels newish and is well run. I was looking forward to a cooked breakfast but oh well. I had the sausage omelette roll with brown sauce and a croissant with a large white coffee. All very tasty and filled the hole. (Just not my expectation😂)

The staff in Ilkley were so helpful last week when I needed to make a very large order. They were thorough and helpful during the ordering process, then everything arrived correct, on time and hot! I can't thank them enough!
