Dominos in Bradford

The staff in Ilkley were so helpful last week when I needed to make a very large order. They were thorough and helpful during the ordering process, then everything arrived correct, on time and hot! I can't thank them enough!

LATE and COLD. Go elsewhere. Ordered a delivery which took over an hour. Phoned a number of times and was repeatedly lied to and mislead. Eventually arrived cold. Avoid.

Found a few very small hairs in my pizza. Wish they would use hair bibs . Been going for quite a few years and been ok I'll check back in a few days

Waited 2.5 hours for a home delivery. Went to pick it up myself and I've been told it's out with the driver. Actually wasn't... Gone back after 3 hours and they told me to wait 10 minuts will do it then.... huge lack of professionalism in customer service. Sorry, It's a no no from me !!!

Ordered a pizza deal that came to over £26 over the phone. I mentioned that I work for the NHS and could I get some discount. The guy said yes and to bring down my I.D. Failed to mention that I couldn't get discount with a deal. Yes perhaps I should have thought about that but as I asked and he didn't mention anything I thought it would be fine. When I got to the shop he said I couldn't get discount didn't even smile. He was so miserable. Didn't even say thank you for my custom. I wouldnt mind but a lot of money for a pizza a side and a drink. Pizza was undercooked, onion and mushrooms undercooked. Onion was still raw. Sort it out dominos

Dominos Ilkley....why do you get it so wrong every time? Wrong toppings all the time. 2 hours delivery. Always lied to when checking where pizza is “ iz on it way init mate..” the owner of this franchise should be ashamed of themselves. Not upto dominos standards.

Expect to wait 2hours and have cold pizza. Really bad but a small town with limited options so they know they can get away with it.

Absolutely shocking that for the second time of placing an order through the app an hour before my requeated delivery time. My order turns up over 15 minutes late. No courtesy phone call just like the time before to advise that the delivery driver was running late, just a half hearted apology to say that they were extremely busy 🤣🤣🤣. Try calling the customer to explain this and give them the opportunity to decide if they still want the order or a refund. Despite being late, the driver stood waiting for a tip, so he got one. Next time an order is place an hour before my requested delivery time, make sure it arrives at the stated time and not over 15 minutes late as I don't expect to have to wait on my drive and then come to your car to collect it!

Always pretty good pizza although as with all dominoes you need to do an offer or it's very expensive!

Can't really fault the place, to be honest. Had a few teething issues when they first opened but since then the service has been fine! Pizza's taste like the classic dominoes and come on time! I find requesting a time when ordering online instead of asap means its more likely to turn up on time. All in all a solid 5 stars.

This is the worst Dominos on the planet bar none, I’m pretty sure of this statement without having visited the rest. It took over an hour and a half for our food to be delivered. When it was I wished they hadn’t bothered. The wedges weren’t cooked, the chicken strips were soggy and revolting. The pizzas were ok at best. Really wish I’d read the reviews prior to ordering. If you are, go elsewhere.

Cheap and horriable tasting PIZZA tastes like frozen pizza muck all piled up and OVERPRICED. Will not go back ever!!!

I am writing this after eating at Dominoes who i thought was an we established company I made a remark about the rubbery cheese and asked if it was real mozzarella to which the staff didn't take to kindly i then heard a disgusting sound of someone removing snotand laughing in the background as and didn't think much of it except their immaturity as soon as I went home I felt unwell and was sick for days in hindsight I wish I got up and left I realised after they were acting strange and giggling when I picked up a slices of pizza to eat. IM JUST GLAD I DIDNT TAKE MY NEPHEW AND NEEDLESS TO SAY WILL STAY AWAY FROM A COMPANY THAT DOESNT TEACH GOOD WORKING PRACTICES AND EMPLOYS IMMATURE CHEAP MORANS WHO THINK HARMING PEOPLE IS FUNNY DISGUSTED DISGUSTED.

Ordering food from here is as reliable as a blind man on a galloping horse. You might get your pizza but equally there’s a good chance you won’t as the service is shocking. Never order pizza on a Saturday night here as you’ll either not get your pizza as it’s so unreliable or you’ll get it and wake up the next morning feeling like you’ve got a hangover without evening having drunk any alcohol due to the horrific amount of salt and preservatives in the food. Either way it’s a bad outcome!

Order here regularly. Always on time. Always get good deal using app. If ever any problems have always had good service when rung up. Bbq chicken pizza my fave ever!! Wouldn’t hesitate in using.

Arrived promptly and a deal which reduced the expensive list price.Two meaty and one veggie.All were dried out and virtually inedible.As we were watching England match couldn’t be bothered to ring up and complain and wait for replacement but truly appalling.Had Dominos in the US a lot and always great but never ever again here

Ordered a couple of pizzas and a garlic bread. Chose for pickup so I'd know they were nice and fresh. Pizzas were great and hot, garlic bread luke warm for some reason.
