Subway in Bradford

Bad. This is possibly the worst subway I've ever been to. For context, it was not busy. I ordered a Meatball Marinara on herbs and cheese. I unwrapped the sandwich and the bread was borderline raw - pale, soggy and doughy. The sandwich was an absolute mess because the bread did not have the baked structure to support the fillings; it ended up tearing, breaking and going limp with the salad, sauce and meat strewn out on the paper - it looked like a culinary murder scene. It was, by far, the saddest sandwich I've ever seen and a damn waste of £8. All staff members looked miserable as sin and one could barely speak a word of English, which made getting the salad a real pain. I won't be coming back here.

Terrible experience. They are Saling bad food. 10:25 in the morning, I went for my breakfast at Subway Broadway, Bradford. poached egg looked went off , I asked the staff called lakeem or something like that,Asian guy. I asked if he got some new prep poached egg, and he said no. He said he would eat them, and nothing was wrong with this poached egg. He didn't look professional nor smiling. Rude and angry. Didn't feel welcoming at all. Horrible experience. No wander people don't like to go to subway now a days.

Ordered delivery of a veggie breakwich twice from this place, stunned they loaded it with meat both times. You really have to be an idiot to make that mistake so consistently. I don't eat meat, haven't done in almost 2 decades, couldn't stomach eating it, so got it out of the house immediately. What a waste of money. If you have any specific dietary requirements you should avoid this place; you can't guarantee they're going to give you something you can actually eat.

Came in on the 28th of January after work fancied a subway. Rajib served me and gave me excellent customer service! Very polite too. Thank you Rajib the food was great I’ll be back!!

Excellent service by staff Mr.Haseeb very kind and served politely.The sandwich are fresh and mostly the staffs friendly and hygiene.

Fabulous service from Abubakar! He looked after us so well, even though we turned up just before they were due to close. Honestly, a fantastic example of exceptional customer service. The food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended.

Very bad service i went last week for takeaway order and taste was not good and staff member was very rude i explained why i am complaining he refused to give another food same order and today i went again there was a girl she radeem my points before and after that she meesed up and said you doing have redeem points even my app showed point money radeem

Hafeez was a very respectful sandwich maker excellent service brilliant prices his wage need to be increased by 3-4 quid and also the till worker puspa was excellent she was really quick and spoke wonderfully thanks guys for excellent service

I had excellent service with a smile from Abu Bakr, food was 10/10 especially with the halal option now available thank you for the hospitality.

Love this place very friendly staff, but unfortunately I will not be going again as they are converting to halal taking away my choice.

Great choice in sandwiches freshly prepared Good value for money it was really busy but we got served quite quickly staff were friendly .

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. The staff was extremely slow in making sandwiches, and the person who was preparing mine suddenly left while serving veggies, leaving someone else to take over. I had asked for all the vegetables, but the staff kept asking me again for each one. I chose Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, but there was no cheese on it. Ordered a footlong, but they cut it in half without asking. I requested Southwest Chipotle sauce, but they put the spicier one instead. Totally messed up.

Great customer service. Food was delicious as usual.

I just enter to the subway at bridge Street near Broadway. I have entered to toilet but one of the staff member called me out and said to me that I can't use toilet it's only for staff and customer. If you but something only then you can use the toilet. He didn't even cooperate with me because I'm pregnant. You can say this to anyone that you can't use toilet. He was without uniform and asian senior guy. I just want to say that it's not good for anyone. You should have human senses to say anything. It's legally unacceptable as well that you can't say this to anyone. Very rude way. How can you treat anybody like this. It's not good as customer service and as human as well. Everyone is cooperating in all the stores whenever anyone come and ask for toilet. He should learn some sense of talking and behavior with a woman specially in this situation. I'm requesting to the person who are the incharge Or senior for this shop gave him some sense. It's happened on 13th October and 4:25pm

Lovely food and service and really sweet with my kids (always nervous bringing them everywhere as a mum of child with add. ) but they were very acomadating. Will be back

Been coming to this subway for many years now every weekend ,it hasn’t failed or disappointed me . The service and the staff are fast and friendly making it the perfect lunch on the go.

The lady was on her own, very slow, only 2 people before us but it took 15 min , no smile , felt like she doesn't want to b there!

Different menu can't have choice of salad on set sandwiches not great, not like it used to be

Ordered from Uber eats, a simple order of one tuna sub sandwich and one tuna SALAD. What came was 2 stone cold tuna subs, I cannot eat bread, hence why I ordered a salad. So thanks for denying me lunch just because apparently your staff can’t read a bloody ticket.

Am old bitter lady denied me onions in my meatball sub because I've asked for peppers already. Get a life

With plenty of choice there is something for everyone to eat and drink, the staff are polite, friendly and helpful, and you can choose to eat in or take it away, will definitely go again.👍

Subway staff cleaning the counter with her hands with gloves on then started to serve me i stated you just cleaned up with same gloves on she put new ones on but was rude also didnt put much effort once I stated above Also she smirked at a trans women though it was very rude disrespectful

Great sandwiches, tasty, big choice, great, tidy and clean environment. Staff is friendly and welcoming. There are a lot of promotions, as I know some of them are local for this restaurant. Location is perfect and it is great to take some breakfast even early in the morning before work or school
