Medusas vibe in Bradford

Food was bland S&P wings was hard (old meat)chips was soggy,mystery meat ribs was just fat not a single bit of care for the customer by the chefs ,the fact the food was this bad and they don't accept card payment in 2025 screams money laundering in Bradford

Never arrived ,wasted time and money

Very nice and clean but service is bit slow nice food and atmosphere overall very good

Absolute waste of money, portions are tiny, 90% veg and 10% meat. Staff are like robots only automated to make subs, will not have any sort of interaction whatsoever. Avoid subway all together and stick to home food.

Very disappointing food. It's difficult to believe that there is a chef in the kitchen. Everything we had, I could have cooked far better myself. The duck was far from crispy as advertised. It was drowning in gravy liquid with undissolved granules on the plate. The risotto was bland and sloppy. The chips were soft and the oil must have been old because they had that certain taste. We asked for no butter in one of the meals and it seemed very difficult to organise. The place, although cosy and clean, lacked the quality that the menu promised and is something in-between overpriced pub grub and school dinner. On the plus side .. the bar and waiting staff were super friendly and very apologetic. They took on the feedback. They graciously took the worst of our meals off the bill which was much appreciated. The wine we ordered was lovely. I really hope they switch their chef. The menu is promising.. the hotel is lovely and the staff so friendly. It's a pity the food isn't up to scratch as it would have made our experience at the hotel perfect.
